RealPlayer will occasionally run into situations it can't handle, due to circumstances beyond its control. These circumstances generally fall into one of two categories:
1. | Connection | RealPlayer is unable to establish or maintain a connection to the network, Internet or server. |
2. | Web browser | RealPlayer is unable to find or launch your Web browser. |
The following error messages may appear in response to one or more of these situations.
If Autoconfiguration failed, the most likely cause is that you have lost your connection to the Internet or to your company LAN.
