War between the pledges:

Blood pledge leader can declare war against another pledge.

From the chatting window, type '/war [blood pledge name]'. But it is the leader of that blood pledge who decide whether they go to war with his pledge or not.

When two pledges are at war, members of one pledge can hit members of the other pledge without pressing ctrl key and vice versa. And Safety area does not affect war participants. PKing in this way doesn't affect the participants' alignment. Neither do guards interfere with the battle.

There are three conditions of ending war.

- A treaty of truce : a truce can be suggested by any leader of the blood pledge which is at war. If this suggestion is accepted by the other, the treaty is settled.

From the chatting window, type '/cease [blood pledge name]' to suggest a truce.

- Surrender : if one pledge is totally defeated by the other, the leader of that pledge can surrender to his enemy.

From the chatting window, type '/surrender [blood pledge name]' to surrender.

- Kill the leader of opponent pledge, or lost their own pledge leader.

Siege:

The pledge who doesn't own the castle can declare the war against the pledge who does. It's called laying siege to the castle. To declare a siege, you can use the same command '/war [blood pledge name who owns the castle]'. To know the name of blood pledge who owns the castle, talk to some merchants or guards at the castle gate. But there are some conditions to meet for a siege:

- Only a prince/princess whose level is 15 or higher can declare the siege.

A siege usually follows the following steps:

- At first the blood pledge who wants the castle have to declare the war against the pledge who owns it. At this point, if the blood pledge who owns the castle has been occupying the castle less than 6 days(24 hours in real time), the pledge can refuse the war request. Also having more than 10 members inside the outer castle could be the cause of reject. In all other cases, the blood pledge who owns the castle comes to accept the war automatically.

- Now to infiltrate the castle, the attacking party has to destroy the outer gate of castle while fighting other players and NPCs who defend the castle. The members of attacking party can use their weapon to destroy the gate. But, since the gate is reenforced with hard materials they can't inflict significant damages if they hit it with edged weapons like sword or spear. Furthermore edged weapons could be damaged due to the successive impact on the hard surface.

- Once the members of attacking party go inside the outer wall, they have to head for the inner castle where the lord of castle lives. There is also a gate at the inner castle but not so strong as the outer gate.

- Once inside the inner castle, the members of attacking party just have to kill the lord to achieve the victory. Or if the prince of the blood pledge who initiated the war reaches the spot before the throne, the war ends.

One thing to remember is that the siege automatically ends when the sun goes down. So regardless of the time when you started the siege, you have to finish it until the sundown. Or the attacker loses the war.

Other things follow the general rules of the usual war between blood pledges. But if the pledge fails the attempt to take over the castle, they will be branded as revels and thus hunted by guards for a while.
