You can record and playback keystrokes and other actions, such as command executions, by using the macro options available in Visual C++.
To record a macro
The Macro option provides you the ability to name, save, and later edit the macro you record. The Quick Macro option by-passes the Macro interface, immediately recording your actions and storing them so that you can play them back, until you record another Quick macro.
