Firstly, if you find you need a little more space to see stuff on your monitor,
you'll find a "no frame" button right beside the help button in the bottom left of the screen. Click on that
and hey presto! More screen. However, you lose our lovely navigation bar on the left, so
you can't have everything. If you're exploring using the bigger screen and want to go to
one of our regular sections, or another feature, just click on the "no frame" button, and
you'll be back at the front page, and you can navigate from there.
In the same bottom left corner, there's another button to restore the frames to your screen
and a button to mail us.
Secondly, navigation inside frames is a little different to what you might be used to.
If you follow a link inside the
frame and want to go back to the last page you were looking at, you can't just press the "Back" button.
That just takes you back to the last page you were looking at before you entered the frames.
To navigate back within the frames:
PC
Right click inside the frame. A menu appears with the options "Back in frame" and "Forward in frame".
Follow them wherever you want to go.
Mac
Click and hold inside the frame. The same menu I mentioned in the PC bit appears. Follow
the signs wherever you want to go.
