Delete a record

To delete a record, make sure the record you wish to erase is currently displayed in the checking window. Then select Delete Record from the Edit menu. The current record will be erased from your file and all account totals will be recalculated to reflect the change.

It is not possible to delete the initial balance record from your checking account.

If the transaction type is a payment you may wish to use the Void Record option instead. See the payment info section of this help topic for more information.
