Saving and Retrieving Whiteboards

eMail inChorus provides you with the ability to save the graphical content of a Whiteboard to a file so that you can open it later to edit or to use as a template for a new message.

To save the contents of the Whiteboard:

From the File menu, select Save Whiteboard .
Enter a file name in the dialog box.
- Adding the file extension will help you to identify the type of file.

To retrieve a saved Whiteboard file:

From the File menu, select Open Whiteboard .
Enter or locate the file and click OK .

Saving a Whiteboard as a Template

If you want to save a Whiteboard as a template, save the Whiteboard file in one of the eMail inChorus template folders. These folders should be located under eMail inChorus/Templates . eMail inChorus comes with several template subfolders that display as tabbed section of the template dialog box. You can save your whiteboard in one of these folders.

Alternately, you can create a folder anywhere for your own templates and use the Broswe button on the Select Template dialog box to find and open the template.
