Open DragThing automatically
To have DragThing run automatically as your Macintosh starts up, check this box.
On Mac OS 8 and 9 this option creates an alias to DragThing in the Startup Items folder inside the System Folder. On Mac OS X, it changes the settings in the Login section of the System Preferences application.
Bring Finder to front
To bring the Finder to the front when DragThing is opened, check this box.
This is useful if DragThing is run automatically at startup by setting the above option.
Update dock item information from disk
To read the icons and names of dock items at startup from the original files on disk, check this box.
With this option off, startup will be a lot faster, but the items may not always be up to date. Switching off the "Identify missing dock items at startup" option will also help startup speed.
