Eyedropper
Click on the eyedropper. Keeping the mouse button depressed, drag the eyedropper cursor about the monitor until the desired pixel color appears in the main color box. Release the mouse button. The chosen color will continue to appear in the main color box. Often times, especially at higher monitor resolutions, it is difficult to pick the color of a single pixel precisely. Some 'colors' may actually be composed of a cluster of different colored pixels. If precision color picking is required, utilize the magnifying glass tool! |
