Coming from the "Table Picnic" department, Norm Abrams may be the master of crafting fine wood tables, but Lockergnomie Bob Unitt has found an easy way to construct a single cell table in Microsoft Wood... er, Word. You don't even need a circular saw or a belt sander for this one, gang. Just type "+-+" (sans quotes). Should you find the need to create additional cells, all you have to do is add the appropriate number of plus symbols to the end. For example, a one row, four-celled table would look like this: "+-++++" (sans quotes). A one-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eater would look like this: "-.++++" (sans quotes). To add additional rows, just tap TAB from the right-most cell. You can't beat this shortcut... especially if you use tables frequently. Let's see Norm build something that quickly.
