I know you've received at least one e-mail in your life. How else would you be reading this sentence? When I wrote my book, I was sure to include a small section on e-mail etiquette. When you forward messages to other people, it is customary to send the ENTIRE text. However, when you reply to someone's message, you should be a little more mindful. Should you include someone's original message in your reply, weed out anything irrelevant. I always suggest keeping key sentences, but nothing more. This way, you'll cut down on message size, and the recipient won't have to hunt for comprehension. Be nice, think twice.
