The TriTeal
Professional Services Organization provides customers with
multi-level consulting, training, and technical support services. We offer
domestic and international programs to enterprise organizations requiring
assistance with the definition, implementation, and maintenance of custom
solutions.
The services that make up the TriTeal Professional Services
Organization complement each other along with the software products that
TriTeal markets and sells to create a single-point solution for our enterprise
customers.
The TriTeal Professional Services Organization offers flexibility
of our services to partner with you in meeting your needs. We can
work directly with you onsite, work with your other technology
partners, or perform work using our access to resources that
we have available at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

The Training Services Department offers many courses for all levels of users on
the software products that TriTeal makes available to its customers.
End-user, developer, and system administration training is delivered by
knowledgeable and experienced trainers in a manner that promotes learning.
Training sessions are designed to be highly interactive so that students get
plenty of "hands on" experience rather than a tedious recitation of information.
In addition to giving students all they need to effectively learn, TriTeal
training courses can be customized to meet a variety of needs. Courses can be
geared to different levels of detail or tailored to meet different time
constraints. Also, TriTeal's modularized approach to course definition allows
for specific components to be emphasized or de-emphasized as necessary.
TriTeal's Training Services Department is the best resource for getting new
users "up to speed" on TriTeal's software products.

The Consulting Services Department provides enterprise organizations with
assistance in the definition, implementation and maintenance of custom solutions
based on the TriTeal Enterprise Desktop (TED) product suite . We specialize in
interoperability solutions for complex heterogeneous computing environments,
integrating UNIX, Windows and Macintosh operating systems. With experienced and
skilled engineers, the Consulting Department can perform application integration
and can assist software companies and MIS organizations in the desktop
integration process.
