Has your keyboard
ever stopped responding in Windows? You might still have full mouse control,
but no way to "type". This could be a hassle, especially if you can't (or don't
want to) reboot. Well, pull up the Windows character map (if it isn't installed
on your machine, you can add it via the Windows Setup tab in your Add/Remove
Programs Control Panel applet). In CHARMAP, you can double-click on 'characters'
(in sequence) and then copy them to the clipboard to be pasted into any given
application. How's that for a key play?
