Does your neck hurt
after a long day at the computer terminal? Make sure your monitor is sitting
correctly. If you have to look up or tilt your head backwards to see anything
on the screen, then you NEED to make some adjustments. If anything, you should
be looking DOWN on your monitor (so your gaze and head are tilted slightly downward).
This will help more than you'll ever know. Posture is important. And take a
break every few hours, too! Look who's talking...
