How many times have
you tried to copy/paste a URL into an e-mail message, only to have it pasted
as an attachment instead of text? Kinda annoying, eh? To get the text URL into
the message, first move your blinking cursor up to the Subject line (or To,
CC, or BCC line) and try pasting there. It should 'translate' the URL into plain
text. From there, you can re-copy the text URL and paste it as text into your
message (and delete it from whatever line in which you pasted it).
