Living in Iowa, I grew up with a puppet named Floppy. Other "older" Iowans should remember him, too. Sadly, Floppy isn't around anymore. And if you've got tons of floppies lying around, you should get rid of them, too. No wait--don't just throw them out--copy their contents temporarily to your hard drive, and then (if you want) put the things you want or need to keep onto NEW floppies. Why? Because floppies have an extremely short shelf life and are not to be trusted (even those bountiful AOL disks). You should also be careful not to store your floppies next to anything magnetic... that's a major no-no.
