Sure, colored cursors are cool--we all love 'em. But if your video is sluggish, or things just aren't moving fast enough for you on-screen, consider switching back to the default cursors that shipped with your computer. Yes, they're Black & white--but they also have smaller memory requirements. Open Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers -> (None) -> Apply. Viola.

Want to save a particular link you find on a WebPage? If you're using MSIE, you can click (and hold) a regular link and then drag it to your desktop. Bingo--no muss, no fuss. Nothin' but shortcut. It works with regular images, too!

Compress your e-mail! If you use Microsoft Internet Mail & News, you should: File -> Folder -> Compact -> All Folders whenever possible. If you haven't done it lately, you could be wasting up to 10M on your hard drive! That I know of, this only applies to MS Internet Mail & News users. I could be mistaken.

Danworld.com tells us that if you have the Natural Keyboard, there are several built-in special keys:

* WIN + R = Display the Run dialog box.
* WIN + M = Minimize all windows currently open.
* WIN + F1 = Start Help
* WIN + E = Start Explorer
* WIN + F = Start Find Files/Folders dialog box.
* CTRL+ WIN + F = Start Find Computer dialog box.
* WIN + TAB = Cycle through taskbar buttons.
* WIN + BREAK = Display Systems Properties panel.
