In the Location of Windows setup files section you can change the search path that Windows uses to find the files when you add a program. You can browse to the right directory by clicking on the "..." button to the right of the edit box.

In the Messages during startup the following options are offered:

Legal notice box before logon: This option allows you to make Windows display a dialog box with a custom message before you logon the system. Simply check the check box and type a caption and the text you want displayed on the dialog.

In the Make Windows aware of a file's location section you can browse to an executable file and then you will be able to launch that program just by typing the filename in the Start -> Run dialog. Just like the PATH variable you used to put in the autoexec.bat
