How to add or remove components from the network

ATTENTION: World Online Lite users need to use different network information!

Return to index

Please be careful when you start removing or adding network components. Make sure to have a Windows 95 or Windows 98 CD-ROM within reach, as supplied with your computer. In case you do not have one,  turn to your supplier. In some cases, Windows will be installed on your computer by default. If that is the case, you will find the necessary files in compressed format on your hard disk.

NOTE: If you use ISDN and you are required to reinstall the network, make sure to reinstall the ISDN software (usually Powerpack) as well. You can do this, after you have reinstalled and configured the network, according to the instructions below. Removal of components will be entirely at your own risk.
