Job File window
Description
- Job window shows records of previously performed Clean! actions. Each Clean! action creates record starting with date when it was taken, followed by list of items.
- There's one line for each item in the record. The line looks like follows:
Item State
Item Name
Kind
Size
n/a = Item not available
Skip = Item was skipped
Del = Item was deleted
Name of a file or folder file or folder number of items for folders
file size for files
Actions and Tasks
° Turn logging of Clean! action ON and OFF
- You can set up whether you want the Job File to be created or not in the Preferences window.
° Cleaning of the Job File
- You can clear Job File manually by deleting (trashing) 'Agent Job File'. This file resides in the same folder as Cleaning Agent application.
- You can also clear Job File automatically using Cleaning Agent's abilities. Add 'Agent Job File' into the Cleaning Agent's list and configure its cleaning conditions (e.g. clean it once a month or when it reaches certain size). That's it.
