SiteGenWiz Tutorial
Basics
Enersoft SiteGenWiz contains several toolsbars. A Toolbar lets you access the
program's functionality easily. Every toolbar has a thin line at the top or to
the left. Double click on this line to make the toolbar free
floating. You can also click on it and drag it to a new
location to reposition the toolbar. To show or hide a toolbar go to the
menu entry 'View'.
Standard Toolbar
Use this toolbar to:
- save page modifications
- cut or copy the current selection to the clipboard
- paste content from the clipboard
- undo last change
- find text in page
- start help (this manual/tutorial)
Building Toolbar
Use this toolbar to:
- Show or hide the wizard toolbar (see below). When
the wizard toolbar is hidden, the whole window width is available for page
editing
- Show page in source or webview (for standard pages only)
- View the complete site in a window of your default browser
- Publish you site (upload to your web host with the built-in ftp
utility)
Editing Toolbar
Use this toolbar to (for standard pages only):
- select font face and size
- define a block format type
- toggle bold, italic and
underline
- select text color
- format selected text as numbered or ordered
lists
- shift selection to the left or
right
- insert or edit images and links
Wizard Toolbar
With toolbar you are able to define the site structure, set
page types, select the framework for the site and more. Also, this
Toolbar lets you navigate through the pages of your site. Read the
tutorial part one and two (see below) to get more
information.
Before starting the tutorial you may find it useful to take a look at
the preinstalled sample site. It contains an overview and some
descriptions of the functions offered by SiteGenWiz.
Tutorial

The tutorial gives an overview of the features Enersoft SiteGenWiz offers. If
you've done some modifications and want to see the changes in action, press
'View Site' from the Building toolbar. For subsequent
modifications, especially if you want to inspect effects for a specific page you
also can select 'Build-Generate Site' from the menu and then press the
reload button of your browser.
