Use spheres
To make the dragonfly's wings, you'll create and transform spheres.
- On the Create palette, click the Sphere tool.
- Click the Edit attributes button.
- In the Object attributes dialog box, change the X, Y, and Z size settings to 10, 0.15, 60 to create an oblong wing shape.
- Click OK.
- Position the wing on the dragonfly's body.

- Press Command\Control + D to create a second wing.
- Click Edit to flip to the Edit palette.
- Drag the Y axis of the Rotate tool to position the second wing.
- Drag to position the second wing. The set of wings should be perpendicular to the body of the dragonfly.
