This tab allows you to customize an editor preferences dictionary within AceHTML in order to correct a word automatically or to create AutoText entries for entering words or phases using only an abbreviation.
To create a new Auto Correct entry:
In the text box below the
Replace column, enter an error
you make frequently.
For example, enter teh.
In the text box below with
column, enter the correction corresponding to the error you entered previously.
For example, enter the.
Click on the Add
button to add this Auto Correct entry to the list.
The top part of the dialog box displays the list of Auto Correct entries
you have made.
To edit an Auto Correct entry:
In the Auto Correct list,
click on the entry you want to edit in order to select it.
The entry's information is displayed in the fields under the list.
Make the desired changes.
The Delete button changes to
the Replace button.
Click on the Replace button to replace the Auto Correct entry on the list.
To delete an entry:
In the Auto Correct list,
click on the entry you want to delete in order to select it.
The entry's information is displayed in the fields under the list.
Click on the Delete button.
