created by This theme was updated on July 15, 2000. In order to use desktop themes, you must have Microsoft Plus! installed on your computer, or an equivalent to Plus!, which can be found at Tucows. You will also need a program to unzip the theme files, such as WinZip or Zip Central. To install a desktop theme, unzip the file to your themes folder, which is commonly located here C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes. Once the files have been unzipped to the correct folder, enter the Control Panel and locate your Desktop Themes icon. Double click on the icon to open, choose your theme from the drop down menu, and click apply. To uninstall the theme, enter Control Panel and double click on the theme icon. Choose the theme which you choose to delete from the drop down menu and click the Delete button. You might want to check your theme folder to make sure all of the themes files have been deleted.
