AppMI
INTRODUCTION

 
 

AppMI is a collection of toolbar images for all kind of applications,witch will maybe found a standart toolbar style for the ClassicAmiga system.

AppMI is Freeware.

The Author can not be made responsible for any damage on Hard- or Software.
Your using this material at your own risk.

All images are in GlowIcons style and most of them have a size of 24 x 24 pixels and a standart depth of 32 colours.
There is an image for normal and for ghosted display in the standart IFF format.
Please note that the images in the documentations have a reduced quality.

There are also some animations in this distribution which are in the IFF ANIM format.
The single images of each animation are also included in the IFF format, to make it easier to add them to your application or integrate it to your sourcecode.
All animations are in GlowIcons style and have a standart depth of 32 colours, but they have different sizes.
All images and animations use the same colour palette.

The archive is free for developers and anybody else, but everybody who release a product using AppMI, should send a copy of the full version of the created program to the author.

Thatīs why only registered users will get the archive.

AppMI was created using PPaint 7.1 by Cloanto Italia srl on a MaxData PentiumIII 450 and WinUAE from the AmigaForever 3 distribution by Cloanto Italia srl.
The Amiga system itself runs with OS 3.5 and Directory Opus Magellan II.
The documentation for AppMI was written with MS FrontPage Express.

To navigate trough this documentation please use the links on the left side of each page.

"Index" is just the start page of the documentation with a simple AppMI logo.
On the "News" page you will find all the new images, animations and news about the distribution.
The link to "Images" and "Animations" brings you to the main pages of AppMI.
Here you will find the full set of images and animations with all the descriptions.
Use the search option of your browser to find a special image or animation or just use your mouse to browse trough the images of this distribution.
The quality of the images of these pages is reduced, so please donīt use them .
"History" will give you a overview about the releases of AppMI.
On "Problems" you will find a list of known problems and future plans.
The "Contact" button will open your email client to contact the author of AppMI.

You will find find the real images of AppMI in the drawer "AppMI/Images".
This section is seperated in "Normal", "Ghosted" and "Background".
In the "Normal" drawer are the images you will see in the documentation while the images in the "Ghosted" drawer display the same image in a nonactive version for toolbars who are not in use.
In the "Background" drawer you will find several backgrounds for your toolbars.

In the "AppMI/Animations" drawer you will find the animations of this distribution and the single images of each animation.
Each of the animations is stored in a seperat drawer for easy use.

It is planed to release some specials for still existing programs with the AppMI distribution.
If you have created a new design for a application please send it to the author and they will maybe released in the next distribution.
This images will be found in the "Extras" drawer.
This part of the distribution will also released on the Aminet as soon as possible for free.
