I can appreciate your troubles with Mcdonald's and other fast-food restraunts. But in defense of myself and the many other empoloyees, I must say that until you work at a Mcdonald's or a Taco Bell you cannot understand the workload. I work at the highest volume Mcdonald's in Florida (or the largest volume store in Casper's Co.)
We deal with about $1000 of sales every hour.(that's alot of Big Mac's) While you might order only 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry, Other people order 8 cheeseburgers( 3 minus onion, 2 minus mustard, and 3 with no pickle)\
These things take time to prepare and the wait time causes confusion.
I hope you will be a little less critical of people that are doing a job that most people turn their noses at...If it wasn't for us you would be waiting alot longer for that Big Mac..
