Q. Just turn over the page, please, to the next page. This is
entitled: "Current Employees by Length of Service for the
Company".

MR. MORRIS: We will have to have a copy of that as well.

MR. RAMPTON: What do you mean you will have to have a copy?

MR. MORRIS: You do not have to give us one if you do not want
to but then we will not be able to look at it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Why did you not bring it to court today?

MR. MORRIS: Because we cannot bring every document.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not raise your voice. Just give a civil
answer. Stand up and give a civil answer.

MS. STEEL: I think the problem is we have said before that if
we have not got two copies it makes it difficult because we
do not have a spare one in court. We have to take them
home and copy them. Because they are UK documents we have
not -- we did not bring them today because we did not think
they would be used.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If that is so you could show a bit of
courtesy by saying: "I am sorry, by some omission we have
not brought them to court today, could someone please lend
me a copy?"

MR. MORRIS: I did say that but Mr. Rampton was making
disparaging comments.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It did not come across to me quite like at
that.

MR. MORRIS: Could we please have a copy? We are sorry we did
not bring them.

MR. RAMPTON: Again, Mr. Stein, you will see that this contains
a breakdown both in numbers and percentages of the
workforce ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can I just say something while I have
something on my mind? Some barristers have their own
system of what they call "core bundles" or "core documents"
in relation to any particular topic which a witness may be
dealing with. It is quite useful. It is not fail-safe in
that if you make a core bundle the first question which
will be asked the following morning will be on a document
you have not put in the core bundle. But it is something
to think about and then you may get the documents which you
think are most important which you have not necessarily got
there in one fairly thin ring binder.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, this is an example.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am only mentioning it now because what has
happened has prompted me to think about it. When we
