Day 162 - 25 Jul 95 - Page 22

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I cannot decide it now. If, at the end of
the day, the document is discovered it will not be your
responsibility because it will be pursuant to an order of
       the court.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: So you will have absolutely no option.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I mean, I have given my word not to disclose
       it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You are far from tipping me the wink that
that is what you want to happen. You are taking your stand
on it, which is perfectly proper of you to do so, and
       I will decide it.

MR. MORRIS: Right. We will contact the relevant parties
regarding that. Maybe we will book them into that argument
into, say, the Thursday, or something, because obviously
they will have to specify today -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think before you judge how long it is going
to take you have to know whether Miss Gabriel or Channel 4
       want to be heard.

  MR. MORRIS: Right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there anything else?

MR. MORRIS: There was one thing; just going back to the Brazil
       judgment.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: There were a couple of times, and you did notice it
a couple of times, about the words "Central Latin
America". As far as I know, it is Central and Latin
       America throughout, but -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If you look at page 3 of the word processed
       version -----

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I have not got the originals.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The wording in your pleading of the meaning,
if one turns to page 2, is "Central and Latin America"
which is in the third line of the quote in the word
processed version. So I will on page 3 put "Central and
Latin America" -- this is what will appear in the approved
transcript -- and if I find it anywhere else when it comes
I will change it to "Central and Latin America".

MR. MORRIS: Yes, because I think you quoted our meaning, our
original meaning, and I cannot find it here.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have just found it and it is quite right
that it is Central and Latin America. So on page 2 of what
       you have there ---
