    18        tables and, in fact, we can work out more sophisticated
    19        tables by using the tables within, but we will use these
    20        for the time being.  The first table, table 1.1, is the
    21        estimated energy requirement for different age groups in
    22        different genders per day?

    36        account of activity levels and so on and so forth, but take
    37        a 20 year old male and his estimated energy requirement is
    38        2,515 calories per day?

    42        am comparing apples with apples, because these are daily
    43        figures?

    47        adults percentage of total energy intake are set out
    48        below"?

    51   Q.   And there we see the recommendation of 10 per cent for
    52        saturated fatty acids or 11 per cent if you take that one
    53        into account.  Is that right?
    54        A.   I think that that recommendation most people,
    55        everybody else with the exception of COMA, would be
    56        recommending something below that.  But that is the top
    57        absolute level.

    60        of saturated fatty acids according to these people.
