Q. And verify it?
A. Yes, I do.

Q. Before we go on to the notes that I made, which I have
submitted as a statement, I want to go to when you left the
store. You wrote a letter, a signed letter, to the
employment ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- bureau?
A. Where would that be?

Q. I am not actually sure where it. Is it behind the
statement?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. What we have got is the question 1 and
some comments, et cetera.

THE WITNESS: Yes. I had to answer questions that they gave to
me, so I just answered the questions. But it will not make
a lot of sense unless we have got the questions as well.

MR. MORRIS: Right. We have got them somewhere, because they
were disclosed.

THE WITNESS: I have got the -- yes, I have got the statement

A. No. Well, I made -- there should be a -- I made a
statement, and then I was asked to answer questions on that
statement, so I answered the questions. This bit here with
the questions, you know -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I understood there was something like that,
but I was not aware we actually had the -----

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I am sorry, I was not attending. They
have been disclosed but they are in, I think it is in
file 1, in tab 1, because the whole of Mr. Logan's file is
there -- tab 2. My fault.

My Lord, the actual questions start at page 27. There is,
first of all, Mr. Logan's application, which is at page 26,
and then 27 and 28 the questions, and then some
correspondence, and then the answers to the questions and
some more correspondence, and some questions by the DOE to
McDonald's, and two letters from McDonald's.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just let me catch up with that then.

THE WITNESS: Shall I look at this?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: There is no reason why you should not. But I
just want do some reading.

MR. MORRIS: Can I say, Mr. Logan has got copies of all these
documents in the files, and he has made notes on them
himself. Is it OK for him to have his file in the witness
