    13        hand corner, and they are running backwards there, but it
    14        should have a bundle page.  Tab 5 -- have you got pink VIII

    16        A.  Yes, I have tab 5 but they are McKey quality control
    17        sheets.

    20        Have you got pages 52 and 53?  This is McKey's product
    21        specification on page 52, 20 per cent fat, plus or minus
    22        one per cent, yes?  On page 53 for the quarter pounder,
    23        that was regular hamburger, it is 22, plus or minus one per
    24        cent?

    27   Q.   So that is a McDonald's specification to McKey's about what
    28        the fat content should be?
    29        A.  It is, yes.

    31   Q.   Is that the same, as far as you know, in America?
    32        A.  No, the content -- fat contents are slightly different
    33        in the States.

    36        A.  I think they work slightly higher.

    41   Q.   Has that fat content changed in the time you have been
    42        there or that you know about in the UK?
    43        A.  No, as far as I am aware, it has always been the same
    44        over here.

    47        a McDonald's specification.  I just wanted to show you a
    48        specification.  I do not know if it in the witness file.
    49        It is the US specification from some undefined date in the
    50        60s or 70s -- 70s.

    56        Lordship the other day, we believe it is mid-1970s but we
    57        are not sure about that.
