restaurant very few drinks would actually go into a two or
four hole tray, they go on to a plastic tray.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, if you are going out to someone's car or
       something like that?
       A. Yes, and usually in the restaurant it would be a
plastic tray unless they had run out of plastic trays at
that time and then they would use a two or four hole tray,
but generally we do not use that many in the restaurant.

MS. STEEL: Obviously, the ones that taken out, you no longer
have control of, so you cannot recycle them?
       A. No, we cannot, no.

  Q. How many of the ones actually in-store get recycled?
       A. Not many because not many are actually used in-store.

  Q. But of the ones that are used in-store, would you say 50
per cent, 100 per cent, get recycled or what are you
       saying?
       A. I honestly would not know the exact percentage of
that. It would be a small number because there are only a
       small number used in-store.

  Q. Right, and it is also -----
       A. The majority will go outside as take-away.

  Q. Not all of your stores are involved in recycling cardboard,
       are they?
       A. In terms of inner packaging or outer packaging, are you
talking purely these two and four hole trays?

  Q. As I understand it, the only other packaging you recycle is
       the transport packaging?
       A. That is right.

  Q. Yes?
       A. The corrugated case.

  Q. That involves a third of the stores?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So where two and four hole trays were being recycled that
would only be in a third of the stores as well?
       A. Yes.

  Q. As you say, it only involves a very limited number?
       A. It is a very small number.

  Q. 23A: Where did you get the figures from for this, the
paper bags, is that the carry-out bags?
       A. That is, yes.

  Q. They are all known as carry-out bags, take-away bags, or
whatever, that is all the same thing?
       A. They are the same thing.

  Q. There are not separate, different types of bags?
       A. No.
