Day 270 - 28 Jun 96 - Page 50

MR. MORRIS: I do not know where that would be, the full text of
the transcript. I certainly would not want to show the
video because it is quite long. The next thing we can deal
       with very quickly.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You do want to show the video?

MR. MORRIS: I do not really want to show the video because, as
long as the transcript is accurate, which I have not
checked against the video, we can just read out the
       relevant sections of the transcript.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest you do is try and get yourself
organised and, if we do have an early day in the middle of
next week, then try and do it then.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which one do you want to do then?

MR. MORRIS: That leaves Ms. Winter, Dr. Middle or Dr. Vogel.
Yes, we can do Ms. Winter, she will not take very long.
She is in the defendant's witness statements volume 1. I
have got that, she is behind Tim Lobstein. I do not know
       whether that --

MR. ATKINSON: She is in volume 1A, my Lord, at 12.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you.

MR. MORRIS: I am sure everyone will be relieved to hear I am
not about to read out the whole.

MR. ATKINSON: Has your Lordship got a 12?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, I have not.

MR. ATKINSON: I have not in mine actually. Mrs Brinley-Codd
       has got a copy here.

MR. ATKINSON: My Lord, if you have my copy because it is very
       short indeed.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is very puzzling, because it is actually
in my index, including the survey.

MR. ATKINSON: Yes. I wondered whether, like Mrs Brinley-Codd,
you have an extra file? There is a 1A (i), because 1A
became B too stuffed full of things.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not quite know what has happened. I
remember the short statement perfectly well. I remember
       the survey, but --

MR. ATKINSON: If your Lordship cannot find it, then we will
       arrange to have 1A.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I would be grateful. Yes, what are you going
       to do?
