  Q. Did that include McDonald's?
       A. I cannot remember how many. We had letters from many
customers, I cannot remember whether it included
       McDonald's.

  Q. Have they ever said anything about it?
       A. We may have discussed it in general terms, I do not
       recall.

  Q. Can you turn to the new documents, bundle V, I think it is,
document No. 5 within that, please. If you turn to the
second page of that, do you recognise this?
       A. Yes, I do.

  Q. It is from the Handbook of Medicine, Medicinal Feed
       Additives?
       A. Yes, it is.

  Q. The hazard warning says: "Skull and cross bone symbol and
toxic". Presumably, that is the hazard warning that is
actually on the container that the drug comes in?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. That would also say "MAY CAUSE CANCER" in capital letters?
       A. Yes, I expect it does, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where is that?

MS. STEEL: It is the second page of document 5, the left-hand
column, second from the bottom, and it says "hazard
warnings" and then just to the right of that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I see, yes.

MS. STEEL: The Handbook of Medicinal Food Additives, where it
says "hazard warnings", is that what is typically found on
the container that the drug comes in?
       A. The requirement to put that warning on was made by the
Veterinary Medicines Directorate sometime last year. So,
       that is a relatively requirement.

  Q. Is that in general or are you talking about this drug in
       particular, this antibiotic?
       A. Yes, this antibiotic Furazolodone, that is a new
       labelling requirement.

  Q. What was the labelling requirement for, do you know?
       A. Well, it certainly did not have the skull and cross
bones and it certainly did not have the "MAY CAUSE CANCER".

  Q. The contra indications warnings, it says: "Animals must
not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment.
Chickens, turkeys AND ducks may be slaughtered for human
consumption only after seven days from the last treatment"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is that a new requirement?
       A. That is a requirement for this particular form of
Furazolodone. This is a suspendable which is a water
