  Q. You can put that one away. If you can get out the
supplementary bundle which was served on Friday?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It there one up there?

MS. STEEL: There is not one up there so I will hand it up.
       (Handed)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: For my own purposes, I will call this
"Supplementary 9" because Supplementary 8 was as far as we
have got, I think, was it not? Do you remember we had a
debate about whether I had ever had a copy of it?

MS. STEEL: I have lost track of how many supplementary bundles
       we have.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will call this "Supplementary 9" anyway.

MS. STEEL: Thank you. If you turn to tab 1 of that?
       A. There are no tabs here.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If you can do your best. I think there are
probably numbers in the top right-hand corner. It is the
front page anyway, the first page.

MS. STEEL: This is a press release to News Editors concerning,

concern about the leaflet" -- which is the leaflet which is
the subject of the libel action -- "stating that it was
defamatory and requesting that the organisation
disassociated themselves from the leaflet and its
