       actual ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It does not appear there. That is why he
said that the question "recycle percentage" applies just to
the boxes, etc., that the items are carried in, and in fact
the question uses the word "box".
       A. We did not ask for a description of recycled or
percentage of recycled in this questionnaire for the
packaging item itself, because that we know. That is
determined in a specification, for instance.

MR. MORRIS: I would like to know what the percentage of
recycled content of the corrugated transport packaging was
as far as the ones that answered those details. Can you
remember how many countries filled that in, so you got some
       kind of idea?
       A. All suppliers filled this in.

  Q. Yes, but in terms of the "if known" whether it was
post-consumer or post-industrial recycled content of the
recycled percentage in the transportation packaging?
       A. No, round about ----

  Q. Half the countries filled it in or how many?
       A. This document, around about 150 went out to different
suppliers and they all filled them in for various
products. I do not recall all the recycled percentages in
my head that they sent back, no.

  Q. Can we then ask through the court for ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. You can only ask the witness.

MR. MORRIS: He does have the documents, he says he still has
documents, so can we ask for a digest, at least a summary?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How long will it take you to do that?
       A. A summary of the recycled content you will find in the
       report.

  Q. What I am asking you now is how simple or difficult would
it be, if it were thought desirable, to find what
proportion of the 150 suppliers or however many answered
actually divided their percentage as requested into
post-industrial and post-consumer, and then working from
that how simple or difficult would it be to work out
       overall percentages?
       A. It can be worked out. We have those documents.

  Q. Yes, but what is involved, do you see, because if it is
relevant there are two approaches. You could either do
some sums or someone could do them on your behalf, or if
the documentation is still available and there is no
objection to its disclosure, it could all be given to the
Defendants and they could try to do the sums. I have no
idea of the size of the problem. I cannot balance it
against whatever may be said about the benefit of the
       work. Do you know yourself?
       A. No, I do not know what benefit it would do.
