concerned as a lawyer, did the booklet conform to federal

A. Yes, it did.

Q. Then B: "The nutrition information need not disclose
16 information on other than calories, proteins,
carbohydrates, fat, cholesterol and sodium". Can you turn
17 back, please, Mr. Horwitz, to 95 which is in tab 5 -- keep
your finger in the letter from Mr. Van der Kamp, please.

certainly pre- dates August 1986, does it not?

Q. At the bottom of the page in the middle box appears in the
22 sentence: "McDonald's has additional nutritional
information available upon request. Food exchange List
23 for McDonald's Restaurants (diabetic exchanges)". For how
long had McDonald's made specialist information available
24 for diabetics?
A. I do not have the exact years, but it was for a
25 tremendous amount of time. It must have been 15 years
prior to this time.

27 and cholesterol content of foods served at McDonald's
restaurants". Did you telephone or write to the address
28 below or the number below to get that information?
A. That is correct.
