MS. STEEL: It is page 48 of mine.

THE WITNESS: Is Derek Wong the last one?

MR. MORRIS: Can someone say what the number might be?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, it is number 20.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: (To the witness): If you start at the
       back -----
       A. I have found it.

  Q. Derek Wong is the last statement; then you get Angie Hall,
which is the one before that, and then Bonnie McLelland.
       A. OK.

MR. MORRIS: She says -- and she is a witness for the McDonald's
Corporation in this case -- in her second paragraph:
"I feel that the age of many of the card holders is too
young to be deciding such a big issue of their lives.
Their ages range anywhere from 15 to 18 years of age."

Is this the same Bonnie McLelland -- well, it will be --
who was the contact person for all the intervenors?
       A. Yes, I believe so.

  Q. She is a salaried ---
       A. Pardon me?

  Q. She is a salaried employee?
       A. Yes, she was.

MR. MORRIS: That is all I have to say on that.

MS. STEEL: You were asked about the money that Cam was paying
his witnesses $102 a day and you were asked whether you got
paid for attending; did you get paid that amount?
       A. No.

  Q. How much did you get paid?
       A. I do not remember exactly, but I think it was in the
       $70 range.

  Q. It was put to you that there was no point in Cam giving
away free food, hats, and all the other things that were
referred to in your statement, because people had already
turned against the unions so he did not need to bribe them,
as it was described by Mr. Rampton. Also, you have said
during your evidence and during cross-examination that
after the union elections around about April some people
had got fed up with the conditions in the store and asked
you to organise again. Was Cam still giving out as much
       free food, hats and activities?
       A. No.

  Q. He was not?
       A. No.

  Q. Right.
