       A. I really do not know, no.

  Q. Did you make a report on that?
       A. Yes, I did, yes.

  Q. Did you have a conversation with people who were involved
in the group at that party?
       A. I do not recall who I had conversations with at the
       party.

  Q. I was at the party, was I not?
       A. I really do not remember offhand.

  Q. You do not remember?
       A. I do not remember who was there.

  Q. You were sitting in Mr. Gravett's bedroom for quite a time,
       I think?
       A. I really have no recollection of the party. I remember
going to a party, but I do not remember anything that
       happened in the party, no.

  Q. OK. If I could hand up the photographs? (Handed) It is
the same person in both the photographs. You tell us who
       it is, please?
       A. I do not know who it is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let me just have a look. (Handed)

MS. STEEL: After the meetings on 15th and 22nd March (which we
have notes of for you) various people went to the
Queen's Arms Public House, and, while people were in there,
you were seen talking to this man, who then followed
New Zealand John home. Does that remind you of who this
       man is?
       A. It does not. It is possibly one of the freelance
people that Kings employed, but I may have met him earlier
on in the evening and been told. But from the photographs
I have no recollection of who he is.

  Q. OK. Do you ever remember being followed at Kings Cross
       after a meeting?
       A. Not that I can remember, no, no.

  Q. Specifically, do you recollect being followed at
Kings Cross, from the meeting to Kings Cross, on
5th April 1990, after you had attended a meeting?
       A. I do not remember that.

  Q. Do you recollect being followed on 17th May from the
meeting to Russell Square and running into an underground
       car park underneath a hotel?
       A. No, I do not remember that.

  Q. There were other meetings that you attended, were there
       not?
       A. Of?

  Q. Apart from those that we have got mentioned in your
       statement?
