MR. ATKINSON: Andy Shakespeare, do you know him and does he
work for -----
A. He does not actually work for us any longer, no. He
left some time during 1994.

Q. How long had he been ---
A. He had worked for us for around two years.

Q. -- as a crew member?
A. He was a crew member.

A. That is right.

A. He -- I cannot remember all of the details. I remember
one specific complaint he had was that he had recently been
given a pay rise, but he felt that the responsibilities
that he had been given outweighed the pay rise he had been
given.

Q. Do you know enough about that to have any view on whether
he was right or wrong?
A. I think he deserved a pay rise and he got the pay rise
he deserved.

Q. Are you aware of whether you or the Company still have this
