         Q. But it is certainly not something that just Mr. Lipsett
2 has used himself -- for example, newspapers used the term
"styrofoam", I think, mayors of certain counties?
3 A. Yes, it is commonly misused.

4 Q. I just want to go through a few points in your statement.
I do not know if you could get that out?
     5
MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can we put pink V away?
     6
         MISS STEEL: Yes.
     7
         MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yellow III?
     8 A. Yellow III?

9 MISS STEEL: Page 21, it is page 5 of your statement.
              A. Yes, I have it.
    10
         Q. When was the new bulk soft drink distribution system
    11 introduced?
              A. It was introduced at about the same time I joined the
12 Perseco company, in 1988. I am speaking very much in
rough terms. I do not know all the details related to
    13 that.

14 Q. So "recently" is actually quite a while?
              A. Well, it took quite a few years to do that change.
    15
         Q. Right, OK.
16 A. So, in my estimation, it depends on how you interpret
that. It took a long time for us to make that switch over
    17 in the United States.

18 Q. When was it completed, do you know?
              A. No, I really do not know. It was a complicated change
19 over in equipment that we had to make in our restaurants.

20 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do I understand that if you buy Coca Cola in
one of your restaurants, it is syrup mixed with water and
21 carbonated on the spot, as it were?
              A. Correct -- I want to make sure I answer that question.
    22
         Q. It comes in as a syrup?
    23 A. Yes.

24 Q. And at your counter or in your restaurant ---
              A. That is correct.
    25
         Q. -- it is mixed with water and carbonated?
    26 A. Right.

27 MISS STEEL: I may have missed this. On page 22 you give the
percentage of paper board products made from recycled
28 paper. It gives, the 1990 figures. Do you know where you
              got those figures from?
29 A. Are you referring to the last sentence on page 22?

    30 Q. Sorry, yes.
              A. Yes. Those would have been calculated probably by
