Q. That is in the middle column; yes?
A. And, beside his name, I think it is Martin Coughlin's
signature.

Q. Which one is that?
A. It is like the slanty one, going up that way; it looks
like Martin Coughlin.

Q. Is that under the Xs?
A. Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is his name?
A. It looks like "M. Coughlin", so I presume it is
Martin Coughlin.

MR. MORRIS: And he was?
A. He was a Store Manager.

Q. At?
A. Kind of for both of them -- yes, he was for both
stores.

Q. He was your Store Manager?
A. Yes, he was, yes.

Q. OK.
A. David Trimble there; he was management, as well.

Q. That is bottom right-hand -----
A. His is very clear. Mark Daley was also management.

Q. That is on the other page, yes, the last one?
A. Yes. They have a name there, Tallon, but I think it
should have been Fallon. I remember seeing that. There
was somebody on strike called Dermot Fallon, and I said,
"Ah, I see you signed it while you were on strike", and we
were laughing at that. But I am not sure now.

MR. MORRIS: I will just see if there are any further
questions. We have no further questions.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you.

Cross-examined by MR. RAMPTON Q.C.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Mrozek -- have I got the name right?
A. Yes, you have.

Q. When the strike began, I think it was 16th March 1979?
A. Yes.

Q. It started at O'Connell Street, did not it?
A. Yes, it did.

Q. Were you ever on the picket at Grafton Street or only ever
at O'Connell Street?
A. I think at one stage I may have been in Grafton
Street. I was, yes, I was.
