11 A. Right, the system that is now in place is that each
12 crew person has a magnetic-- has a card with a magnetic
13 stripe on it. When he books in, he or she, clocks in, he
14 swipes that through a machine in the store that registers
15 him on, and then when he goes off he swipes it through
16 again, that registers him off-duty. At the end of each
17 day, that information is transferred to a central computer
18 who then creates the information for the Payroll.

21 A. Well, they are paid fortnightly, my Lord. Everyone in
22 McDonald's is paid fortnightly, that is, McDonald's UK.
