Day 171 - 11 Oct 95 - Page 24
said, five or seven years, or something, and again I have
not got my notebook with me -- then they should be
available for the summer of 1993 and the summer of 1994;
and if they were thought to be useful to link up with the
other documents, then it depends which particular year the
Plaintiffs have the documents available, the schedules
available for.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Can I just say, just going back to point 9 for one
minute, that I think Mr. Richards said that the rap
sessions were five pages, approximately five pages, the
minutes of those rap session or notes of those rap
sessions.

I think that is all I really need to say on the clock card
computer sheets. I do not need to say anything about 11.
Really, we are in your hands about what you feel is the
most significant period.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It seems to me at the moment I have to -- at
the moment, the documents which Mr. Rampton has referred to
me seem to be sufficient; that is, the kinds of documents.
The queries in my mind are for what periods and whether
there should be any blanking out of names at all.

MR. MORRIS: Shall I go on to points 12, 13 and 14?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Mr. Rampton said that the service history file
exists and that anything related to the RCDs, the toasters
and grease troughs would be relevant -- the RCD, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What dates are we concerned with there,
according to your information from Mr. Logan?

MR. MORRIS: Well, I am a bit unclear exactly when it was.
I think it was a for a ten month period, and that the RCD
was failing. I cannot remember what Mr. Richards said. He
did not dispute the period. I do not know if he
mentioned -----

MR. RAMPTON: I am not sure that he did not -- I think
Mr. Logan, from recollection, said eight months, and
I think Mr. Richards said two or three months. So there is
a dispute about that.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. Mr. Richards on page 7, point 16, line 3,
says: "Logan is correct in saying there was a fault in the
system which lasted approximately 10 months from
installation of the system until it was overhauled."

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That may not be too much of a problem, because
if I were to say documents in relation to the tripping of
the RCD system, that will no doubt define itself.

What was the alleged three month period for the grease
trough, and what period were we concerned with over the
