MR. MORRIS: If the Plaintiffs want to rely on context they then
really to disclose the whole video.

MR. RAMPTON: No, no, the context, the edited--

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I can have argument about it later if there
       is any.

MR. MORRIS: It might be helpful to get the actual newspaper
cutting because there are only about three relevant--

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where is that?

MR. MORRIS: As I say, it was in the defendant's supplementary
documents volume 6, Wall Street Journal, but I have got
another copy should anybody - I will just identify the
       relevant part.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, near the front of that volume, this is
       defendant's supplementary's of documents bundle 6--

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do have a transcript. I will hand that
down and you can see if it is the fuller one. (Same
handed) If there are any markings - can you just hand it
back to me, Mr. Riley? (Same handed).

MR. MORRIS: I think that is the complete version, because it is
different from the one I have got in front of me. As long
as you have it, that is the main thing really.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest you do is let us watch the
video. As the video is being shown, if you keep my copy in
front of you and check that it is what is being said on the
video, all you need to is watch and listen as we go through
       and if that---

MR. MORRIS: Is it relevant just to put, say, a yellow dot?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. Do not touch it at all. If you have got
a pencil you can mark in the margin anything which is
       wrong.

MR. MORRIS: The copy of the press cutting you have got--

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am not interested in the press cutting now
       I have got that.

MR. MORRIS: It is just underlines the bits that we want to rely
       on.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not worry. I am not interested in the
press cutting now I have got something better.

MR. MORRIS: This is the US video conference.

                           (Video played)
