the lawyers on your behalf and paid for them, either?
A. No, I do not.

Q. Did you ever ask about that?
A. No.

Q. You were subpoenaed to attend the Labour Board hearings,
along with about 20 other employees who were also
subpoenaed; is that correct?
A. Yes, I was.

Q. The other 20 employees were subpoenaed, as well?
A. I guess they were. I do not know. I assume they were.

Q. In your statement -----
A. If that is what I put in there, I guess -----

Q. It says: "I was subpoenaed along with about 20 other
employees to give evidence."
A. I guess they were subpoenaed. I do not know for a fact
if they were. I know I was.

Q. You were willing to give evidence quite voluntarily, yes?
A. Yes, I would have.

Q. Did any of the other employees show any reluctance or say
to you that they were reluctant to give evidence?
A. Not to me, no; they did not to me.

Q. The reason they were subpoenaed, was it not, was so the
Company could pay them a large amount of money, the
official rate, $100 a day, to give evidence?
A. I do not know the reason they were subpoenaed, but
I was subpoenaed because I wrote a letter to the
Labour Board and they wanted me to go down and tell them my
story. I know that is why I was subpoenaed. I do not know
about the rest of them; I assume for the same reason.

MS. STEEL: Sorry, that was by Cam's lawyers; that is right?
That is what it says in your statement.
A. Yes. I got two subpoenas.

MR. MORRIS: When you were interviewed by lawyers before the
Labour Court hearing, you were paid scheduled work time to
do that, were you; while you were being interviewed by
lawyers, you got paid for that?
A. I only talked to a lawyer once. I do not remember
getting paid for it.

Q. Was it while you were at work?
A. No, I was not at work.

Q. Did you know about the details of the settlement proposals?
Were you involved in negotiation over that, or evaluating
