Q. Are antibiotics used in the feeds?
A. Antibiotics, no, not in the feeds.

Q. Right.
A. No.

Q. When are antibiotics used then?
A. We will use antibiotics, if you classify penicillin and
the like as antibiotics, etcetera, we will use them on an
individual basis to a peak if there is respiratory problem
or something like that, and the pig would be treated
individually.

Q. So there is no time when all the pigs would get a dose of
antibiotics then?
A. No.

Q. Has that always been the case?
A. I would say for the last -- since about 1979 or 1980.

MR. RAMPTON: I do too.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, if you would like to go and sit down?
Thank you, Mr. Bowes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I was not going to give a decision on
those.

MR. MORRIS: Right, it is just that some documentation may be
lying on those as well. I was asked to look for the
reference of Kasper Van Erp's report and review of
packaging, 1990. It is day 63, pages 5 to 7. It is really
two whole pages really but -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I will find it.

MR. MORRIS: It goes to page 7 because the review is brought up
on page 7. The review may be a more extensive document.
We did not have time on Friday to apply for all the
outstanding employment documents which are loose ends, if
you like, from the affidavits of Messrs. Stein and
Nicholson. That is something I would like to do when we
get another chance. Obviously, that is not urgent in terms
