Day 202 - 11 Jan 96 - Page 48

MR. RAMPTON: If the copies of the Bath documents are not
legible that the Defendants have, that can be dealt with
between the parties. It does not need time spent in
court. So far as Colchester is concerned, there are not
any notes of these meetings. Mr. Atherton has given
evidence about it. We have searched everywhere, Head
Office; Mr. Skehel's house; we have asked Mr. Atherton; we
have searched at Sutton Coldfield and at Colchester
restaurant and there are no notes, and that is the end of
it. There is nothing to discuss.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there anything you want to say about
either Bath store hours worked, better copies, or
Colchester store meetings' notes now?

MR. MORRIS: I only got a fax and my fax is not very good, so I
just need better copies of those, if that is OK.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not see -- how many -- is that just the
one sheet?

MR. MORRIS: It is just the tables.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I think it is the tables. The tables, as
your Lordship will have realised, are the result of some
arithmetic done by somebody who ------

MR. JUSTICE BELL: But that is only one or two sheets, is it
not?

MR. RAMPTON: It is about seven sheets, something like that, but
we can easily produce a clear copy of that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Perhaps when I rise that could just be done
quickly on the photocopier here.

MR. RAMPTON: Except that we have not got them here, I do not
think. We will bring them to court tomorrow.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will cross that off my list because that
can be dealt with. The Colchester store meetings' notes,
is there anything more you want to say about that,
Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: No.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You have heard what Mr. Rampton has said.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will cross those off my list. Are we going
to Mr. Skehel in the morning?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Right, 10.30.
