they would have taken place.

Q. So really you are outlining what the policy was?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not think she is disagreeing with what
Mr. Cranna says. It is perfectly possible he is right.

MR. MORRIS: But I mean, in general, you had eight to 14 stores?
A. Yes.

Q. That was 10 years ago. What you are saying is: "Generally
these were the policies of how things generally were meant
to work at that time"?
A. They were the policies of how things were meant to work
as a general rule, but I actually implemented those
policies so then, yes, it would have happened.

Q. So your evidence is, what you are saying is, these were the
policies that you were implementing ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- around that time relevant to the West Ealing store?
A. Yes.

Q. And the other stores that you worked in?
A. Yes.

Q. You cannot recall any specific details about the rap
session that was held at the West Ealing store at the time?
A. No, I cannot.

Q. When it was, how many attended, what issues were raised?
A. No, I cannot remember, but if there had been an issue,
then I would have remembered because it would have been
something that I would have had to deal with.

Q. They do bring up issues, do they not?
A. Yes, but what I mean is if there was a major issue of
concern within the rap session, then it would certainly
bring it foremost to my mind and I would have remembered
more from the point of view of having to do a follow up and
rectify the problems. So, basically, if I cannot remember,
it states in itself that there probably was not anything
other than routine items brought up at that point in time.

Q. So you can remember every issue that came up at all the rap
sessions at all the stores that you were a Senior
Supervisor for?
A. No, that is not what I meant.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, that is not what the witness has said.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is not what she said. You may want
------

MR. RAMPTON: The particular word "so" was being used.

MR. MORRIS: Forgot the word "so".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: May I just remind you what my note was of
