statement, sorry, in tab 7 -- if you turn to page 4,
       please.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The Dave there, that is another Dave, is it?

  MS. STEEL: Sorry?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 25th January; is that tall thin Dave, or
       Mr. Morris, on page 68?

  MS. STEEL: Sorry?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Page 68, 25th January 1990, there was a Dave
       there.
       A. I do not know, from memory, my Lord, I am afraid.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is merely in case Mr. Morris wants to put
       anything about that.

  MR. MORRIS: 25th January.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Do you see in the first paragraph, the
       fifth line -----

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I do not know. (To the witness) You do not
remember whether it was the other Dave or me?
       A. I do not remember now, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. Thank you.

MS. STEEL: You have said in paragraph 16 of your statement
that -- you do not actually remember whether Mr. Morris was
there or not, but you have said that I participated in
discussions where the majority of the evening was focused
on the future of the group and its anti-McDonald's
campaign, those discussions being that the anti-McDonald's
campaign was not really going to be a very -- well, it was
only going to be a very small part of what was going on?
       A. As we said earlier, the anti-McDonald's campaign was
being shifted from the focus of the group's activities.

  Q. There is not a note in your notes about me saying anything
in particular. When you added this in the statement, was
it just because you thought that, because I had been there
and I was a regular attender and I was not someone who sat
there silent at every meeting, you assumed that I must have
       been contributing to the discussion?
       A. No. I do not know now. I have no recollection now.
I do not know what I remembered when I made the statement
       three years ago.

  Q. So, for example, I could have been arguing, if I was saying
anything, I could have been arguing against -- Mr. Gravett
keeps bringing up about the anti-McDonald's campaign and
wanting to do this and wanting to do that, and I could have
been arguing against that? You cannot remember?
       A. I cannot remember.

  Q. You have noted that the main emphasis of the group in the
coming year would appear to be the world banks and the IMF,
