you have got them there. I think they are in that big blue
file right at the end of the top shelf. These are the
notes for 20th September. They were the extra notes
served. It is actually a report from King's Investigation
Bureau which is compiled from a number of different agents'
reports.
A. Can you give me a clue as to which page we are looking
at?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the King's Investigation Bureau report,
is it?

MR. MORRIS: It has got page No. 5 in the top right-hand corner.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have put that at what I have called 217,
and that may not be the accurate numbering, but it is
somewhere in that region.

MS. STEEL: Okay, if you go towards the back of the file. Have
you found it?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is about 10 sheets from the back of the
file. It is dated 1st October, headed Confidential
Report. The first page is blank, as is the second, and
then halfway through the third it starts 20th September.

MS. STEEL: We have got page 1, which has been blanked out. We
do not have page 2 at all.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have a blank sheet with a 2 in the top
right-hand corner.

MS. STEEL: I do not have a blank sheet.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, you are not missing much.

MS. STEEL: Then half of it is blanked out on page 3. A chunk
is blanked out on page 4. If we go to page 5, do you have
a 6 in the margin in a circle?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Next to 20th September.
A. Yes, I have it.

MS. STEEL: We have been told that these are the notes of, or
the notes that were made by Michelle Hooker or the summary
of the notes that were made by Michelle Hooker. She talks
about filling remaining envelopes with leaflets, seeing my
previous report for full details of the leaflets and mail
out. And then she says: "Charlie and I had started the
mail out on the 18th of September 1990".

Do you know anything about her starting the mail out or,
you know, did she talk to you about it or anything?
A. No, I do not know anything about that.

Q. You do not?
A. No.

Q. If we go back to your notes on page 26, there is reference
to protests being organised against the International
