Day 096 - 03 Mar 95 - Page 73

anything which you are arguing for. As far as I am
concerned, I have treated what you were doing, the argument
which you were putting previously, as tantamount to the
interrogatory which you wished to pose there. I have given
my reaction to it in the ruling which I handed down on
Monday. In other words, you were not suffering in your
argument from the fact that you have not served a formal
       interrogatory.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us deal with the matters which we have
mentioned in the last 20 minutes.

MR. RAMPTON: Your Lordship says 2 o'clock for Mr. Chambers?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 2 o'clock for Mr. Chambers. If we have
finished before 1 o'clock, we would not start Mr. Chambers
       until 2.00.
