because there is some wrangle about -----

MR. RAMPTON: No, of course, I understand that. I will say now,
without saying any more at the moment, that there is a
possible problem arising out of some provisions of French
laws which is what has caused the delay at the moment.
I will not say any more about that at the moment until the
       position is finalised.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. (To the witness): Can you come back in
time to start again by 10.30 in the morning?
       A. I can.

  Q. Be here in good time, please.

What I propose to do now is hand down a ruling on various
matters which have been argued since 25th September. There
are three copies for each side. Take your time to read
it. If anyone wants me to read it out in open court, I
will do so, but it is all or nothing so far as reading out
is concerned. I am not prepared to read out parts. I have
to read the whole of it or none of it at all. Unless
anyone requires me to read it out in open court, it is
taken as read. It is a public document and any use you
want it to be put to, it can be put to. 10.30 in the
       morning.
