Day 307 - 27 Nov 96 - Page 66
MS. STEEL: -- Mr. Love, and I think it was Miss Bensilum.

MR JUSTICE BELL: Was there anyone else?

MS. STEEL: I don't think so. I think there were four of
them. I was doing this from memory last night.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I would like to you deal with at some
stage before one o'clock tomorrow is to tell me what you
would say about any of those people as the embodiment of
malice -- which is just a homely way of describing it -- as
well as saying anything you want to do as well about
express malice.

MR. MORRIS: We cross-examined Mr. Preston the second time he
came back. I think almost all of the first two days of his
evidence -- and I was checking last night -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am aware of that. You probably had it in
mind anyway, but all I am doing is saying that tomorrow
morning is your opportunity, not necessarily to give me
pages and particular days of transcript, but just how you
would, in general terms, put your case of malice on the
part of any of those people. I am not asking for
references, but just a few sentences: "We would say that
Mr. Preston", et cetera. Do you understand?

MS. STEEL: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 10.30.
