Day 199 - 11 Dec 95 - Page 27
MR. RAMPTON: No, there is nothing else.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What other matters did you have in mind,
Ms. Steel or Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: My mind has gone blank. We were going to sit down
tomorrow after court or on Wednesday and work out what the
outstanding legal points are that we would like to bring up
and then fax over something to the Plaintiffs.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I want you to do, please, because we are
going to have an early day, in fact I do not think there is
anything more usefully we can do today, I would like you to
bring your list with you tomorrow so that when -- I am not
going to put off tomorrow, even though we may finish even
earlier than today, I think call Miss Watkins tomorrow and
we will hear her evidence. There may be some further
discussion on the matters which appear here. I would like
you to bring your list of further topics and I would like
you to think about which of those further topics you would
be able to discuss tomorrow, because it may be that some of
the them Mr. Rampton could deal with at very short notice
indeed, and we could discuss them tomorrow.

I would like you to come prepared to discuss tomorrow
Dr. North's further report, put Tuesday against that, and
I would like you to come tomorrow prepared to have some
discussion about No. 2, the further nutrition evidence.
Maybe what we discuss tomorrow will be partly continued on
Friday. I do not see why we should not start on it because
I would like to know the reaction of both sides as to how
they see the question of any further evidence on nutrition.

MS. STEEL: Can I just ask about tomorrow -- I did raise this
I think on Thursday, I cannot remember, when Miss Watkins
was going to be coming on Friday -- whether it would be OK
to start at 11 o'clock?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I will start at 11 tomorrow, unless you
have anything to say, Mr. Rampton?

MR. RAMPTON: No.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That gives Miss Watkins a better chance. As
I said, tomorrow I would like to discuss Mr. Fairgrieve's
documents as well. You told me you are paying attention to
your discovery about the leaflet, so I will not come back
to that until Friday.

So tomorrow I would like some discussion on further
nutrition evidence, including Mr. Fairgrieve's documents,
and Mr. North's report. We will start not before
