Day 265 - 19 Jun 96 - Page 24
look through those three sets? It will not take you very
long because there are not many of them, and then I will
ask you a question. Have you looked at them?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. Can you tell me, do you remember whether any of those were
the photographs you were shown at the time as far as you
can recall?
A. I think I would have at least seen set C.

Q. Set C?
A. Purely because I recognise the handwriting.

Q. Whose handwriting is it?
A. It is my principal at the time.

Q. You worked from a bureau called Bishops at that time?
A. That is correct.

Q. Who, I think, was a trading name for Waste-All Services?
A. That is correct.

Q. So if you look at set C, the first one has got heading
'Andrew' and an arrow up against the face of a chap
wearing glasses?
A. That is right, sir.

Q. Do you remember him?
A. I believe that would be Andrew Clark.

Q. Yes. Then turn over the page. It has got 'Steven' at the
top of it but then somebody has crossed that out and put in
feint writing, probably penciled, 'Jonathan Farell
question-mark'. Do you see that?
A. I have got that as a green background.

Q. Green? Sorry?
A. Yes, that comes after.

Q. Yes. It is the next photograph in set C?
A. Sorry. Set C.

Q. Is it a green background?
A. Yes.

Q. Has it got 'Stephen' at the top?
A. Yes.

Q. Has that been scratched out?
A. Scratched out.

Q. Whose writing is it that says 'Jonathan Farell'?
A. I believe that might have been mine.

Q. Amongst those people obviously you will recognise
Ms. Steel, I would guess, but what about anybody else in
that photograph do you recognise?
A. Jonathan with the black hat.

Q. And the badges?
