Q. I will go through the list of names. Paul Scott Shepherd,
does he work at Bath now?
A. He no longer works for us, no, he set his own business
up.

Q. When did he leave?
A. A year, maybe 18 months ago.

Q. Do you have any idea from your own personal knowledge why
he left?
A. He left because his wife left him and he could not
afford to pay his mortgage so he went into partnership with
a friend.

Q. How long had he been there before he left?
A. He had been there a couple of years.

Q. Do you have any knowledge of him raising any complaint of
the sort mentioned there?
A. Not that I know of. He did not specifically -- did not
speak to me about it.

Q. Are you aware of there, in fact, being a problem, whether
he raised or he did not, of that nature?
A. He was a Floor Manager so had he raised it he would
have done so at a Managers' meeting, and he did not do it
at any I was present at. I am not aware that he raised a
complaint.

Q. But are you aware of there, in fact, being some sort of
problem of about him having very many shifts?
A. He worked a lot of shifts in a row, but he did it
because his wife left him and he took the money up to start
his own business.

Q. If we go on to John Gore -----
