Day 254 - 22 May 96 - Page 75

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: What time?

MR. MORRIS: Because then I can do it on the way here; I can go
via the solicitors, in which case if we could start
tomorrow, say, at 11, something like that, or 11.15; say,
work for 11. Then that will save us having to break off at
3 and we can continue until 4, 4.15, which means we would
       get longer -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Unless Mr. Rampton has anything to say,
I will say not before 11.15 in the morning.

MR. MORRIS: That is very useful, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Then we will sit through for virtually a full
       day.
