       A. Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is at the bottom of page 163.

MR. MORRIS: Is it? I could not find it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is point 4; it is the bottom of page 2 of
       the actual notes.

MR. MORRIS: Right. I see, sorry. I could not find it.

MS. STEEL: Can I just say, for some reason, if you compare the
Kings report with Mr. Bishop's report, it seems to be that
number 5 in the Kings report about London Greenpeace
issuing press statements, calling upon interested groups to
organise anti-McDonald's pickets, has been blanked out in
       the Bishop report.

MR. RAMPTON: No. It is page 164.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is an addendum, addition to the existing
       report.

MR. RAMPTON: It is all in the report.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which comes after the main body of the notes.

  MS. STEEL: All right.

MR. MORRIS: (To the witness) Just on the same theme, you then
go on to say in your -- I am still working from the Kings
       report?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Point 3: "There will be a public meeting about the Troops
Out movement, in Northern Ireland", and then another one
about the 20 years of London Greenpeace's existence ---
       A. Yes.

  Q. -- in September. Then number 5 says: "A new up-to-date
fact sheet about McDonald's is to be produced by
Paul Gravett in time for 16th October 1990."
       A. Yes.

  Q. That is correct; yes?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is that what he said; that would be what he said at the
       meeting, would it?
       A. Yes, as far as I can remember, yes.

  Q. Do you remember anyone else commenting on that, or was is
very much just up to him?
       A. I do not remember any other comment being made at the
       time.

MS. STEEL: I have a couple of things I missed out from your
statement. In paragraph 12 of the first statement, you say
that: "During the course of the meetings leaflets,
including a 'What is wrong with McDonald's' leaflet were
