Q. I know that. Please do not worry about that. I am asking
you about the Trial News documents?
A. The third one is Trial News 2. Yes, that is the first
page.

Q. Yes?
A. Looks like page 2 has been missed out because at the
bottom of page 4 it says "Trial News 2 page 3".

bottom right-hand corner, page 1, under the heading
"Nutrition"?
A. Yes.

Q. Please read it to yourself and you will see that at the
bottom of that paragraph there is a quote which is
attributed to me in the Court of Appeal?
A. Yes.

Q. Yes?
A. Yes.

Q. Please turn over the page, and your Lordship will have seen
this document before because it is referred to in a ruling
your Lordship gave on our application for leave to amend
the statement of claim. Miss Steel, this is an article
from The Guardian newspaper, Thursday, 17th March 1994,
which was the day after the hearing at the Court of
Appeal. You will see by accident some faint markings in
paragraph 1, in the fourth paragraph in the middle column
and in the second paragraph in the final column; can you
see those markings?
A. Which bits, sorry? I am sorry, I am actually really
tired.

Q. I am sorry, am I going too quickly? The point is a simple
