Day 206 - 22 Jan 96 - Page 55

MR. MORRIS: Yes. Jane Jenard, according to Mr. Rampton's or
the Plaintiff's chart, and I have not check from the source
documents, she was still working in McDonald's in August 94
which is six months after you say she left. Is there any
       explanation for that?
       A. I am obviously mistaken about the dates that she left
       then.

  Q. Just so people know, that is the front sheet of the chart
       that was provided ---
       A. Have you got a reference there?

  Q. -- a few days ago. I do not know where it has been put.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is at the beginning of the pink bundle,
No. 2, I think, which is on the top left; it should have
"Bath" documents with a "2" on it.

MR. RAMPTON: Mrs. Brinley-Codd is not sure whether the weekly
and monthly totals are in the witness files; she thinks
that the daily record is in there.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Am I right that the hours scheduled or charts
should be at the beginning of the pink bundle 2?

MR. RAMPTON: The actual schedules, I think, Mr. Morris was
talking about the tables which we have prepared.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, that is what I mean.

MR. RAMPTON: Where would they be?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: At the beginning of pink 2 -- these things.

MR. RAMPTON: At the beginning of pink 2, my Lord, yes, that is
right. I wonder if the witness could -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have some charts like that at the
       beginning?

MR. RAMPTON: No, I think not, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Mr. Riley is going to hand them to you.
(Handed). Assume for the moment that that is correct.
What Mr. Morris is putting to you is that it looks as if
Jane Jenard, now Girdlestone was working in August of
1994. That is the only point which he is put to you at the
moment. She is there certainly week ending Sunday, 28th
       August 1994, do you see?
       A. I see, yes, in the eight line, etcetera.

  Q. I think it is being put to you that if David Wynn left in
February 1994 she stayed on for at least six months
       afterwards, do you see?
       A. Yes, I see.

  Q. Yes, Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: Yes, I did check the chart.
