  Q. Prior to this, did you have a cut out device that measured
the current that was being used that cut out if the current
       was insufficient?
       A. Yes, we had it from time to time on test, and this is
the equipment that has now been installed this week that
       I am now describing.

  Q. That is actually something that has been available for
quite a while, though, is it not?
       A. It has not been available commercially.

  Q. It is in recommendations, I think?
       A. Yes, it can be in recommendations but it was not
available commercially because the people who were actually
manufacturing it, unfortunately, ran short of money or went
into receivership. As I now say, it is now installed by
other people now. I do have literature on it, sir, if that
       is of interest to anyone?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, wait and see what Ms. Steel asks you.

MS. STEEL: So do you actually have any personal knowledge
       about these documents?
       A. I am not quite sure what you mean. Yes, I am aware of
what goes on at our factory and that. I am fully informed.

  Q. A computer does not print out "sheep" by accident, does it,
or by fault, does it? It is because somebody has entered
       the word "sheep" in there?
       A. It was entered in there because there was work going on
at our factory and at other factories and for the people
who were doing the work at the Meat and Livestock
Commission, they choose to try to keep it anonymous, that
       is the purpose.

  Q. If it had said "pigs" it would not have identified the
       source either, would it?
       A. Unfortunately, bush telegraph works rather well in our
industry and there are some things that when there is work
going on that is tried to be kept quiet until perfection is
       achieved.

  Q. So this document generated at the Meat and Livestock
       Commission -----
       A. Which, this document?

  Q. Yes.
       A. No. This is not produced at the Meat and Livestock
Commission. This is produced at our factory.

  Q. So why should you want to print it out with "sheep" on it?
       A. Purely and simply because they have this as also
available to them as well. They were doing the work in
conjunction with us. We have copies. They have copies.
But you asked whether work was done -----

  Q. Who is the work done by? Is it mainly by the Meat and
       Livestock Commission?
       A. By our staff and John Goodman of the Meat and Livestock
