Q. -- it is a computer printout of length of service ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- of employees, can you see that?
A. Yes.

Q. This is national McDonald's figures. We have looked at
this in great detail with Ms. Mead.
A. Yes.

Q. Do you know Lyn Mead, by the way?
A. I do, yes.

Q. You note the length of service column on the left, yes,
0 to 1 month, 1 to 2 months?
A. Yes.

Q. You note that next to it it has the quarter -- it has the
percentages of staff with that length of stay?
A. Where it says "X total"?

Q. Yes, and then it is actually a percentage total?
A. Right, yes.

Q. It is hard to read. Then there is another one next to

A. Yes.

Q. Those percentages, if you could cast your eye over those
percentages ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- for length of stay, would you say that, in your
experience, those percentages would be accurate for the
length of time employees would stay with the Company before
leaving?

only speak from when I was Restaurant Manager and I become
interested in figures like that, my particular restaurant
had one of the lowest crew turnovers in the Company. The
only one that was a lower crew member was the staff
restaurant, I think, at one time. So, I did not
particularly look at them because it was not a particularly
worrying problem in my store.

Q. You have been to quite a lot of different stores?
A. Yes.

Q. Are you aware of the various stores you have been to
roughly the length of stay ---
A. Yes, some stores would have -----

Q. -- before people leave?
A. Yes, some stores would have a higher crew turnover,
yes.

Q. Those figures there in those two columns for those two
quarters show 56 per cent people length of service less
than 12 months and 57 per cent of people in the previous
