not know. A company like McDonald's should be encouraging
people to report their concerns about undercooked
       products.

Can I move on from that set of documents now? That has
saved quite a lot of time having those like that. I have
found the documents. I don't know exactly where you would
have them. It may be at pink volume eight, section B, new
tab 7C. There was a series of documents which we obtained
regarding the microbiological testing, such as it is, at
the McKey hamburger plant. In particular, there were sets
of documents that were served. If I can say when they were
served it might help to identify where they went to. On
March 21st 1995, and 23rd March 1995, these were documents
which we had applied for and which I think you ordered.

MR JUSTICE BELL: What were they?

  MR. MORRIS: McDonald's to disclose.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are they the same ones you have just
       referred to?

MR. MORRIS: I think they might be, because I could not find
them in my bundles, but I had them in a separate folder.
I think it should be in that section 7C.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, I will just have a look. (Pause).

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It starts, what I have got is, "McKey Food
Service Limited, raw material specification, chilled
boneless pork shoulder and belly." That is the first page.

MR. MORRIS: Somewhere buried in those documents should be --
the ones I am referring to are these handwritten log book
       extracts.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have got a series of those.

MR. MORRIS: They are numbered 1 to 5, actually, I think we
start at No 5 at the bottom and go on to, hopefully, 11.
       Do you have -----?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have ones with various numbers on. I have
got a meat receiving report with a one in the top
right-hand corner, I then have a series of documents which
are columns like this, and they have got numbers in the top
       right-hand corner.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, I think further down there should be-----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Then I have got -----

MR. MORRIS: There is one that is headed 'finished product, No
6, Scunthorpe'. Then 'finished product tested during
period January '92', and another one that says 'finished
       product'-----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The first one I have has just got 'finished
product', and the first date on it is 11.1.94. The column
