    53        travel around the world do you make enquiries on that kind
    54        of detail on what percentage, for example, things like the
    55        amount of employees that would be getting the bare minimum?
    56        A.  No, only if there was an issue, something had come up
    57        that would be unusual.  It would not be something that
    58        would be in the ordinary course of my discussions.  You
    59        need to remember, Mr. Morris, I do not fully understand
    60        their systems or how they do things in this kind of detail,
