MR. JUSTICE BELL: I could bring it forward. It really just
depends how copious they are.

MS. STEEL: Right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The answer may well be this, that I have
invited you not to embark on further argument but just give
me the references to particular witnesses, the day and page
and the topic they deal with, so I know to look them up.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. The problem we have is that we have not had
the time to do that, so we have got to now concentrate on
the legal matters.

are going to produce something like that, it must be by one
o'clock on Wednesday, 18th December.

MR. MORRIS: Right. OK.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 10.30 in the morning.
