Day 184 - 06 Nov 95 - Page 08
MR. RAMPTON: It is somewhere in the middle.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the first on mine.

MR. RAMPTON: I am sorry. Having sent these off to the
Defendants at the weekend, we managed to re-order them and
to put Miss Iurilla's and Miss Wetli, but they are in the
bundle.

MS. STEEL: If we could find it before we carry on?

MR. RAMPTON: (To the witness) All I want to ask you,
Miss Iurilla, is just glance at that letter, which has a
short written statement in front of it, and tell me whether
that is the letter which you wrote to the Ontario Labour
Board at that date?
A. Yes.

Q. Is that your handwriting?
A. October 8th, the date, yes. This is my handwriting.

Q. That is your handwriting. One final thing -- you can turn,
if you will -- is that the yellow one you have in front of
you there?
A. Yes.

Q. Can you turn to the back of that, please, after the page
which you signed, and there should be a note, handwritten.

MS. STEEL: Where are we now?

MR. RAMPTON: A single page, the note of a meeting of
5th October. Is there a note there?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the note you were handed?
A. Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: It was sent at the weekend with the other papers.
First of all, whose handwriting is that?
A. That is mine.

Q. That is yours?
A. Yes.

Q. What was the reason why you took this note?
A. Well, the names at the top, I was just being almost
like a secretary, where I just wrote down who came and what
employee number they were and what time they came in,
because for rap sessions we get paid; and then the bottom
is just my own notes to myself.

Q. Are they thoughts of your own, or did you write down things
that Ballantyne said?
A. A little bit of both.

Q. Can you just have a look at it? Left-hand column, we see a
whole lot of times -- 7 o'clock in the evening -- yes?
A. Yes.

Q. Then in the right-hand column there are some other times,
