programme for '89 and that programme is after the '88
       programme, here.

  Q. Tell me please which is the '88 programme?
       A. The '88 programme is the one that says
"anti-McDonald's fayre, come and celebrate life without
       the Big Mac".

  Q. That is the '88 one?
       A. That is the '88 one.

  MS. STEEL: Page 93?
       A. Page 93.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I understand that, but if that was still
available, it might still be kicking around in '89, might
       it not?
       A. Well, I doubt it. I mean, what do you man by kicking
       around in '89?

  Q. Well, if it was still around in the office at 5 Caledonian
Road, somebody might have stuffed it into the materials for
the 1989 fayre, might they not?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is the third page all part of the same
       document?

  MR. RAMPTON: Page 94?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: 95.

MR. RAMPTON: That is what I was going to ask Mr. Gravett. I
cannot answer that. I know where these come from because
there had been evidence about it.
       A. Yes, this is all the programme page by page that was
       done for 1988.

  Q. Look at page 102 please, Mr. Gravett.
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you see the bottom of the page: If you want to know
more about McDonald's and what it does, pick up a copy of
London Greenpeace's fact sheet, What's Wrong with
McDonald's, Everything They Don't Want you to Know, from
the London Greenpeace stall in the foyer. There was a
London Greenpeace stall in 1989, was there not?
       A. There was at the 1989 fayre, yes, but this relates to
       the 1988 fayre.

  Q. What makes you say that?
       A. Because it is a 1988 programme.

  Q. How do you know?
       A. Because I published it, I printed it, I wrote it for
that programme that year, and the '89 programme says '89 on
it. It starts at page 104, you see? That is the '89
programme. It has got the same cover as the leaflet had.
That is the '89 programme. Page 104 is the front cover.
Page 105 says "welcome". It is welcoming people to the
fayre. 106, groups attending the fayre. Then there is a
