which is used, as it were, in-store by the customer?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And the other is what one might call transport packaging or
       storage packaging?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Are there any other kinds which I have left out which we
       ought to be thinking about?
       A. No.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, for this purpose I would ask that
Mr. Oakley should be allowed to look at his statement. I
do not believe that there will be any controversy about it
but, of course, your Lordship should hear any objection
from the Defendants, if it were so. What I was going to do
        -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you identify which parts?

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I will do that. I was going to ask him --
simply because it contains dates and figures and it would
not be fair to him, in my submission, to expect him to do
it from memory -- it is paragraph 23 on page 8 going
through to the letter K on page 10. These are individual
       items.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Is there any objection to that? It
gives a series of McDonald's items and various dates
pertinent to percentages of recycled paper.

  MR. MORRIS: No objection.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. Do you want to do that now or at
       2 o'clock?

MR. RAMPTON: I will do it after the adjournment, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, 2 o'clock.

                       (Luncheon Adjournment)

                                               2.00 p.m.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Oakley, you will find, I hope, in the shelves
behind you a yellow spined volume III, the first section of
which is called "Recycling and Waste", the first section of
which contains a statement made by you for the purposes of
       these proceedings, or should do?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Could you, please, turn to page 8 of that statement? The
page numbers are at the top.
       A. Right.

  Q. Turn your attention, please, to paragraph 23 in the middle
       of the page under "Packaging"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Just glance, please, from A down page 9 through "F" to "K"
