Day 265 - 19 Jun 96 - Page 61

       A. No, I do not.

  Q. Can you say why you did not put that in?
       A. Not relevant as far as I was concerned.

  Q. Not relevant?
       A. No.

  Q. You said before that if we said something myself or Helen
it was likely to be noted. Did you not say that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is it not relevant that I have stated that I had got such
domestic circumstances that I cannot be involved in the
       group?
       A. Not to me at that time. I did not make a note of it.

  Q. You do not remember me saying it anyway?
       A. If it is not in there. You may have said it. I
       didn't recall it.

  Q. You do not recall it now?
       A. I did not at the time.

  Q. You do not recall it now?
       A. I do not recall it now.

  Q. To be fair you said you do not recall any specific words
that I may have said anyway?
       A. No sir.

  Q. In your notes under top-half number 4, I have Dave and then
a double-cross there. Do you know what that is about?
       What does that mean?
       A. I do not know. I do not recall. It may have been
reference to -- I do not know. It may have been reference
to a photograph. I do not know. I do not recall.

  Q. Nobody else has a cross against their name?
       A. No. They do not, sir.

  Q. It says: "He helped organize the 1989 antiMcDonald's fair
and the leaflets campaign." Do you know if I said that or
       somebody else said that?
       A. It would have been said or implied or it would have
been something that I would have gleaned from that meeting,
but I do not recall if others said it or if you had said
       it.

  Q. Right. For example you do not recall -- if you do not
recall me saying that I have been out of the group because
of my domestic circumstances which six months previously
were twice as bad, it is very unlikely that I would have
been organizing the 1989 McDonald's fair?
       A. I would have made comments or notes on what I had
gleaned from that meeting. I would note them, yes.

  Q. Right. So what you gleaned was an impression you got from
difference sources during the meeting. It might have been
what somebody else said or what somebody said somebody else
