ads, but I could not be absolutely sure about that.

  Q. But your view is, or your opinion is, that the underlined
       ones are the two-page ones and the others are single pages;
       is that right?
       A. Yes, it seems to fit the pattern.

  Q. So, if that were right, then there were no two-page ads
       from April onwards?
       A. No, again the strategy was to start with the two-page
ads and then to go with the one-page ads after that.

  Q. One final paper chase, Mr. Green -- I am afraid it is a
       different file.

MR. MORRIS: Could I just ask a question, a legal question?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: It just struck us that the last five minutes was
all leading questions which we do not particularly object
to unless, because we have been brought up about that.
I do not know whether that qualifies -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The question about underlinings was not a
       leading question.

  MR. RAMPTON: No.

MS. STEEL: I want to make a slightly different point which is
that I think on the last time this was referred to, and the
witness was asked to say what they thought the underlining
meant, it was felt that, without the whole of the document,
it was not really fair to make a decision about what the
       underlining meant.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, I am not, and I do not know what, if any,
weight I will attach to Mr. Green's answer. He says he
does not know. He has given an opinion. One can see that,
if that were right, there would be certain inconsistencies
just on the face of the document. But you will be entitled
to argue in due course about what, if any, weight I should
       attach to it.

MS. STEEL: Actually, we have just remembered on the last
occasion this was referred to, I think the Plaintiffs were
       going to consider this document.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What happened was that Mr. Rampton said, if
my recollection is correct, that he was (or someone was)
going to have another look at the document to see if it
gave any indication. If it did give any indication, then
that part of the document, the part which had been blanked
out, would clearly be relevant to something which has
arisen in this case. I have assumed, Mr. Rampton -- you
must tell me if I am wrong -- that there was no indication
in the document as to the underlining.

MR. RAMPTON: The short answer to that is in some sense
embarrassing; not that I forgot about it, but that I could
