Q. How many people at that meeting?
A. I think there was anywhere from 15 to probably about 18
people there; and the majority of them signed then and
there.

Q. Were Sabina and Michelle at that meeting?
A. No, I do not believe they were. I think I had invited
Sabina, but I think she had to work or something; and I had
not spoken to Michelle about this.

Q. How many people went out to help with the signing of people
up?
A. Our original group, there was probably about 10, and
then it started dwindling; like, we separated it into, you
know, if you know this person, then you go to them, you
know. "I know this person, I will sign them up", you know,
"I will talk to them about it." So we just broke it down
so it worked faster and be easier on each person, so that,
you know, one person did not have to sign up 102
employees. Right?

Q. Did you harass anybody into signing a union card?
A. No.

Q. Did you pressurise anyone into signing a union card?
A. No.

Q. Did you lie to anybody about what automatic benefits they
would be got from signing a union cord?
A. No. There are no benefits that were automatic in a
union. When you have a union, you have to negotiate
everything in your contract.

Q. Did you make that clear to people?
A. Yes.

Q. Did you misinform anybody?
A. I do not think so.

Q. When did you first -- you signed up -- well, the union, the
people, the workers who got involved, signed up 67 people
out of 102 ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- correct?
A. Yes.

Q. Which, as I think the court understands, gives automatic
certification?
A. It used to, yes.

Q. Well, at that time, under Bill 40; yes?
A. That is right.

Q. The right to have union representation and negotiations?
A. Yes.

Q. When did you first hear about some employees pulling out of
the union?
