Day 265 - 19 Jun 96 - Page 30
A. I don't think I do.

Q. It is right in front of the photographs?
A. It is the last page of the statement and then the
beginning of the photographs.

Q. It came out by mistake. Mr. Riley? (Same handed).

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where are you looking now?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, in front of the photographs there is a
typewritten sheet headed: "Key to photographs."

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: I do not know if your Lordship has been provided
with one or not.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. It does not matter.

MR. RAMPTON: Have you seen this 'key to photographs' sheet
before, Mr. Claire?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. First of all, do you know who made that sheet?
A. It will either have been myself or my principal at the
time.

Q. At the time?
A. Yes.

Q. If you look at the photographs, the actual photographs, we
will just whiz through them in a moment, but if you turn to
the first photograph which is headed: "Main entrance to 5
Caledonian Road" somebody has put a quite sticker or
something like that with an arrow on it. Do you see that?
A. Yes, I do, sir.

Q. Do you know whether that was also done at the time?
A. Yes, sir.

Q. Well, that one speaks for itself. Is that an accurate main
entrance to 5 Caledonian Road? It appears to be a green
door?
A. Yes, it is the green door just to the left of the sign
on the pavement.

Q. And underneath the offices, I take it, because they are
upstairs to Houseman's book shop?
A. That is correct.

Q. We can see that can we not? Then we go inside and we look
upstairs. It says: "View from inside front door." Then
we go over the page, and there is an 'A' at the top of the
stairs. We move up to where 'A' was and we look
downstairs; yes?
A. That is correct, sir.

Q. Then photograph 4. There is a door on the right-hand side
at the top of the stairs on the landing with a '1' on it.
