Day 193 - 28 Nov 95 - Page 33

       A. No, it is not. The first time there were allegations
of locking people in my car, the locks in my car do not
even work, I believe that was Vincent Yonemitsu -- I am not
sure if that is the exact pronunciation of his last name --
that is who I believed; I believe he is the one that had
made allegations of me locking him in my car.

  Q. Yes, that is correct; it was Vincent Yonemitsu?
       A. Was it? OK. But the locks in my car do not work, or
they did not when I had -- the car at the time that I was
using did not, they did not work.

  Q. Sorry, I will come to the second one in a moment, "the
300 pound guy". Was it alleged at the hearing that you had
threatened Vincent Yonemitsu with a knife?
       A. I do not know if it was at the hearing, but that was a
rumour floating around McDonald's, that I had.

  Q. Because that is what you told the Council for Canadians,
       was it not?
       A. Yes. That was a rumour floating around McDonald's.

  Q. It is not an allegation, you are saying, was made by
       Vincent himself or by Cam?
       A. I do not have the allegations in front of me, so no.

  Q. Who was the 300 pound guy?
       A. Kristian Zan Wick de Haus. He was a very big guy.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, 300 pounds is roughly 21 and a half
       stone.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I had worked that out.

MR. RAMPTON: On a lighter note, Miss Inglis, by the time you
came to speak to the Council for Canadians, he had grown in
size to 350 pounds; am I right?
       A. I do not know.

  Q. Well, how big is he?
       A. He is a big guy. He is a lot larger than I am. I have
       never weighed him.

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes. Thank you.

MR. MORRIS: Can we have ten minutes to consider our whether we
       need to come back?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

                         (Short Adjournment)

                    Re-examined by the Defendants

MS. STEEL: I do not know if you still have the pink bundle, the
       large bundle?
       A. Yes, I do.

  Q. I think it is the one on top. If you could turn to
page 1491, please. This is Appendix A.
