would welcome Mr. Holm dealing with it if he makes a
       further statement or anyone else.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You will have to take it stage by stage.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have anything to say about that,
       Mr. Rampton?

MR. RAMPTON: No, I was only going to say that I could not
expect Mr. Holm to deal with either of these, particularly
       the first one.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is entirely a matter for you, whether
you wish him to deal with it.

MR. RAMPTON: No, I would be delighted if one could deal with
it; what I was going to say is they do not have the sort of
detail enabling satisfactory investigation. If I get that
        -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have to decide what, if any, weight is
attached to them in due course, but it is your decision.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, but I was only going to say, I notice the
first one has no dates on even, not for the signature, I do
not mean. No, I do not mean for the signature; I mean for
       the purported events.

MR. MORRIS: I think that is a fair enough comment. I will
certain try to get something like that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Leave it there for the moment and see what
happens. What I am going to do, I am going to put a "16"
under section B, Civil Evidence Act statements, in my
       volume 3, Mr. Gulliksen.

MS. STEEL: Is that in tab 16?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 16. Yes, I remember we have got 16. The new
blue index which I was given did not have witness -- was
that Mr. -- right, let us make sure we have the same
       numbers.  16 is David Dudley Boyden; 17 is Anthony Bryan;
       18 is Michael Soriano; I make 19 Mr. Gulliksen. 19 ---

  MR. RAMPTON: 20.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: -- 20, rather, thank you, Mrs. Odlolien.
Yes. Anything more to do with Norway at the moment?

  MR. MORRIS: No.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is the situation so far as Hassan Lamti
and Chantal Villeneuve are concerned? I can understand if
you are prepared to call them to this country to aver their
statements and giving Mr. Rampton the opportunity to
cross-examine them, if that is what you propose to do, then
it would be wrong for me to interfere. But what I do not
want to happen, because I just do not think it is fair,
