nagging her and saying, "Why have you not signed anyone
       up"?
       A. Not all the time. I called her up occasionally,
saying, "How is it going?" She said, "Well, Sarah, you
       know" -- I do not know what was going on with her family;
it was private business, she said -- "But I have got a lot
on my plate here." I said, "OK, fine."

  Q. Did you sign up Kevin Hanolon in the last week of August?
       A. Yes, I believe I did.

  Q. Did you tell him that he was guaranteed a 10 to 12 per cent
       increase in his wages?
       A. No, I did not.

  Q. Did you tell him that he could have his card back at any
       time?
       A. No, I did not.

  Q. Do you remember the Labour Day party at the beginning of
       September ---
       A. Yes, I do.

  Q. -- at Kevin Hanolon's house?
       A. Yes, I do.

  Q. Do you remember, between 9 and 10 in the evening, saying to
Kevin Hanolon you were going to "get" Cam and Rob?
       A. No, I do not, because I made a clear point of not
speaking about the union. I do not know if you remember
about yesterday, but people started talking about the union
and I said, "Listen, I have had something to drink. I do
not want to talk about this. If you want to talk about the
union, you can call me when I have not been drinking."

  Q. Sometimes, Miss Inglis, when people have had a bit to
drink, the truth has a way of slipping out. Did you say to
Mr. Hanolon: "I am going to tell people who want their
cards back that the cards have already been sent in"?
       A. No, I did not. I never said that.

  Q. Did you -----
       A. I made a point not to talk about the union at that
       party.

  Q. Did you say to him: "If you say anything about this
conversation, I will blame you for the union organisation"?
       A. No.

  Q. Did you recruit Derek Wong?
       A. I believe so.

  Q. Did you tell him that being a member of the union would
       bring more money?
       A. To who?

  Q. To the crew members?
       A. No.

  Q. You did not tell him, I suppose, either, that he could have
