MR. MORRIS: Yes. There was a chart which was behind, I think,
DJK5 - I have a number of documents - and DJK6. It is
actually in DJK6 appendix, which included a chart saying
McDonald's paper packaging consumption, December 16th
1993. In 1987 it was 6 percent recycled paper, 1988 and
1989 was 7 percent, and then it jumped in 1991 to 51
percent. There was some confusion about what happened in
1990. And I could not actually find the other document
either, the extra Kouchoucos document.

MR. RAMPTON: It is a Civil Evidence Act statement. I think it
is tab 1A of volume yellow 12. The relevant table,
I think, is 5. (Pause)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: My last appendix is appendix 5.

MR. RAMPTON: That is the one, my Lord, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Now, was there something you specifically
wanted to draw my attention to? You said 6 percent,
I thought. Was that -----

MR. MORRIS: Yes, the original one that he verified in court
in the witness box was DJK5 behind his statement, page 13,
page handwritten 13 at the bottom. I am sorry, DJK6. And
I cannot see any explanations of how he -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have -----

MR. MORRIS: The figures.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just pause a moment. So that is yellow 3,
page 58. Tab 3, page 58, yes. Whereabouts in that? I
mean, it is about -----

MR. MORRIS: Sorry?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is about 200 pages long.

MR. MORRIS: Is it really? I have just got a page handwritten
13 at the bottom, at the bottom of DJK6.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: DJK6.

MR. MORRIS: It is appendix DJK6. It says McDonald's
Restaurants paper packaging environmental perspective.
I have an old bundle page 349 at the bottom of it as well.
(Pause)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What does it looks like?

MR. MORRIS: It should be behind the statement. I have got
something that says ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can someone help me? I have got an enormous
volume behind the statement.

MR. RAMPTON: The big thing behind the yellow statement, the
first yellow statement, volume 3, is the USDA's forestry
