Day 167 - 02 Oct 95 - Page 16
Manager.

MS. STEEL: Is that E. Bensilum?
A. She was there at some of the time.

Q. Do you remember her being present during that particular
session?
A. No, I do not.

Q. You do not remember?
A. I do not remember whether she was there for that
particular session or not.

Q. Right. Who would the other PR person be that was
accompanying?
A. I think the Manager at the time was Corinne
Reid-Comfort, but I am not sure.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What was the name?
A. Actually, I think it is Corinne Reid at that time. She
has since married.

MS. STEEL: Would she have been the person in contact with Paul
Preston during the filming?
A. Certainly someone from Public Relations would have been
-- either of those two.

Q. Right. Can you just confirm something or state what the
situation is regarding the Training and Operation Manual,
or the other way round, whatever it is? Is the version
used in the UK the same as the US version or are there two
different ones?
A. There are some sections of it in the UK that are UK
based.

Q. Right. So the whole document is not shipped over from the
US then?
A. I think the whole document is shipped over but then
some sections are replaced.

Q. So sections of the manual can be taken out and changed for
other sections?
A. There are a number of sections on different areas of
the Company, yes.

Q. Yes, and certain sections can be taken out and exchanged
for the UK version?
A. Yes.

Q. Right. How do they do that physically?
A. Sorry?

Q. Is it like loose-leaf?
A. It is just a binder.

Q. It is a binder?
A. Yes, with kind of books in it, one on personnel, one on
meat, that kind of thing.

Q. OK. Are they used on the courses, during the courses?
