cannot be confusion from that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I am not going to speculate about it,
or what actually was there.

MS. STEEL: The next meeting would have been at Endsleigh Street
which Mr. Russell reported on. So, it cannot have been
that one, either

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you know how long you stayed there?
A. I do not recall, sir. I mean, I am literally relying
on those notes and it does not say.

MS. STEEL: Mr. Pocklington does record him as being there, so
he must have been there.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I see that.

Q. "TV crew came from Goldsmith College. Girl called

A. "Doing a post-graduate".

Q. -- "there on documentary". You go on to say, "She has come
to video Paul. She was here for about an hour. Paul
admitted to some heavy stuff and involvement to
McDonald's. We will try utmost to get video from them."
How were you going try and get the video?
A. I think that copies may have actually been, or were
envisaged to have been, made at some stage.

Q. So you were going to try and take one of the copies from
the office?
A. I am sure the copies would have been freely available
