were set up in Ireland, I presumed.

Q. Right. Certainly since you became involved in Hamburger
University?
A. Yes, we certainly took courses over there or they came
to us.

Q. You have seen the programme "One Every Mile", have you?
A. I have briefly seen it, yes.

Q. Have you seen it recently?
A. Yes, briefly.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You say you have briefly seen it. You have
seen the whole film, have you?
A. Not exactly. I flicked through some of it over the
weekend.

Q. Fast forwarding every now and again?

Q. So, in actual fact, if you were concerned about the content
of the programme it would not be inappropriate for you to
telephone the President and mention to him about a

A. It would be inappropriate of me to discuss a particular
Manager in that respect.

Q. So you might have phoned him about the incident but not
gone into details of who the Manager was?
A. I did not phone him about the incident.

Q. Did you speak to Mr. Preston about the film at all?
A. I think in the ensuing months we discussed it and how
