Day 188 - 15 Nov 95 - Page 36

       A. Yes. When we were filming, I saw that Henry was
wearing completely new gear, so I asked him when he had got
       it.

  Q. Right, OK. So, previously, when you had seen people doing
       the filtering -----
       A. Yes. I saw Henry during one night close, which was the
thing that is reported on in my notes. So I had watched
one night close previous to the filming, when Henry was
wearing the gear that I have described in those notes on
the night close. So the second time that I saw the night
close was when we were actually filming, and that was the
night that I saw Henry in new clothes, compared to the ones
he had worn during the night close I had watched during
       observation.

  Q. I understand. Did he have a visor the first time?
       A. I cannot remember whether he had a visor or whether it
was an old visor; I cannot remember.

  Q. Fair enough.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Or whether it was a -----
       A. An old visor.

  Q. Are you saying he had a visor of some kind previously,
       or -----
       A. I think he probably had a visor of some kind the first
time I saw him, but it was quite clear that he had a brand
new spotless visor on this night that we were filming.

MR. MORRIS: I think in the film it shows the -- it does not
       matter. Forget it.

At the top of page 18, I think that is something you have
already referred to, about Corinne stopping the filming?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Midway down that page, this incident here: "Meanwhile Moham
was bawling at Susan, so much that she was in tears", that
is the one you referred to in your statement, is it -- of
being a staff member in tears?
       A. Yes.

  Q. An example?
       A. Yes.

  Q. I think there may be something on the last page. Yes, just
something on the last page here about, somebody in charge
of Mac Security saying that -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: When you say you were snooping, you mean you
were just sitting in? I mean, you were not peeping through
the curtains, or something like that?
       A. No. The reason I say "snooping" is because -- I mean,
it is what television researchers do. It was supposed to
be a closed session, but I sat -----

  Q. They knew you were there?
       A. They knew I was there, and I sort of sat at the back
