       A. They would have been the sum total of the impressions
that I had received as a result of attending all the
       meetings.

  Q. The Plaintiffs had all your notes, did they?
       A. As far as I am aware. I cannot answer that, really,
because I do not know. I submitted all my reports to
Kings. What they did with them afterwards, I have no
       control over.

MS. STEEL: Just one thing. You mentioned about the
George Roby event, and Mr. Rampton asked you about whether
or not you handed out the leaflet?
       A. Yes.

  Q. The fact sheet which you have had a look at, that was on
       the stall at that event?
       A. To the best of my knowledge, it was.

  Q. People were coming up and taking copies of it off the
       stall?
       A. I did not -- yes, in the George Roby, nobody was
handing out any leaflets at all. The table was inside the
door. The leaflets were available to anyone who wanted to
       pick them up.

  Q. And people were picking them up?
       A. To the best of my knowledge, people were taking an
interest in what was going on, I suppose.

  Q. That would include that one?
       A. Not specifically the McDonald's one. I am unable to
say that I saw anyone pick up the McDonald's leaflet in
       particular.

  Q. It was not meant to mean that you were standing there
       handing it out.
       A. No.

  Q. But, generally, people were coming up and taking copies of
various different leaflets off that table; and that was the
       purpose of being there?
       A. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: So, although you cannot remember anyone taking that
specific leaflet, the probability is that that leaflet,
amongst others, would have been taken?
       A. It was available, yes.

  Q. Is that a "yes"?
       A. It was available to be taken. I cannot say that I saw
anybody take that or any other particular leaflet.

  Q. You did not hide it somewhere and cover it up and say, "Do
       not take that one"?
       A. No.

  Q. Were dozens of people taking -----
       A. There were not that many. There was not a great deal
of interest shown. I cannot say that the table was
