  Q. Then what would I get as a result of that?
       A. Generally speaking, the system would be one of giving a
percentage of your salary, if you will, as a benefit. Am
       I making myself clear?

  Q. Not entirely, no. What would I get on top of my hourly
rate for that 52 weeks at 20 hours a week, what do I get in
       addition to my hourly rate?
       A. OK. It is a contributory plan and it depends upon
which level of crew. For regular crew, not the Swing
Manager, if you will save eight per cent of your salary
into this plan, we will match it with four per cent. For
our Swing Managers, if you put -- and you can put as much
as, you do not have to put all the way up to eight; we
match it, I would call it a half a dollar for every dollar
you put in -- with regard to the Swing Managers, you can
contribute up to 10 per cent and we would match up to five
per cent of your wages again.

  Q. Are there any other kinds of what we in this country would
call financial bonuses which occasionally or from time to
time may be awarded or given to the hourly paid?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do they exist in the United States?
       A. Yes, they do, and also what I would call out of cycle
merit increases for someone who really has done a very fine
job, there is that opportunity as well.

  Q. When you say "out of cycle" you mean more often than twice
       a year?
       A. More often than twice a year.

  Q. What about benefit in kind? I assume that in the United
States, as in this country, they get a free uniform?
       A. Yes, they do.

  Q. Leave that on one side, if you do not mind. What about
       food?
       A. They either receive totally free food or pay half price
for food depending upon the particular marketplace would
make that decision. Approximately 75 per cent of our
markets give totally free food, and about the remaining 25
       would require half price payment.

  Q. What about things like health insurance?
       A. Health insurance would generally start at the Swing
Manager level. They qualify for health insurance.

  Q. Life insurance?
       A. The same there. The Swing Managers have the same
package as, frankly, I do or any of the management folks
       do.

  Q. Do they get stock options?
       A. They do not get stock options.

  Q. These kinds of performance related benefits in money, do
they apply in the licensed stores as well, as a rule?
       A. The licensees determine their own wage scale and
