MR. RAMPTON: In fact, your Lordship said Monday the 26th
November. It is, in fact, the 22nd.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 22nd. I meant to say the 22nd.

MR. RAMPTON: I know, which means I will start on Monday 25th
and finish on Friday 13th. Friday the 22nd the defence
finish. I start on Monday 25th.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: In case Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris finish
before the 22nd I would like you to be ready to start as
soon as they finish, Mr. Rampton. We will then have
fifteen court days.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I understand.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will hear no more evidence in this case
apart from any formal evidence required to produce
documents. If Civil Evidence Act notice has been given in
respect of statements which you have omitted to read Mr.
Morris and Ms. Steel, I will take them as read so they will
go in as evidence because that is what Mr. Rampton has
done. He has not read any of his Civil Evidence Act
statements. If there is any problem, you can communicate,
you can get in touch with Mr. Glenn, but we will, whatever
else happens, we will stick to that timetable.

MR. MORRIS: Can I just ask one piece of clarification? You may
remember that the Fairlawn McDonald's store in the US, the
Child Labour Violations. I have been in the touch with the
Department of Child Labour three days ago. They said they
would accept the relevant document verifying what we had
put in our pleading and seeing a newspaper cutting and I
had put to Mr. Stein and if that document arrives, is that
okay that we put that in the list of documents that we
are---

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You must put it on your list of documents
which hopefully you are going to make and see to what
extent, if at all, you can get agreement and prove it as a
document, if you do not get agreement. Yes, thank you.
