Day 265 - 19 Jun 96 - Page 25

       A. And the badges. Paul Gravett, with the shaved head to
the far left of the photograph.

  Q. I can tell you he is wearing one half of a cow suit?
       A. I believe that would possibly be, it may be Jane
       standing next to him.

  Q. We can see that--

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Could I just have that again? Jonathan
       Farell in the badged hat?
       A. That is right.

  Q. And then who next?
       A. Paul Gravett, my Lord, far left of the photograph,
looking directly -- well, it appears is wearing --

  Q. You stopped -- what has been called, looks as if he has
still got part of a cow uniform on?
       A. That is correct. I think that would look, it does look
like Jane standing to the right of him looking --

MR. RAMPTON: Between him and Mr. Farell?
       A. That is correct.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You can see the top of her?
       A. That is correct, and her legs.

MR. RAMPTON: And her legs. Anybody else there that you
       recognise?
       A. Not by name.

  Q. No. Over the page, it should be a pink one, this.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: They are in a slightly different order?
       A. They are the same photos.

  Q. They have got the colours.

MR. RAMPTON: That has got a heading 'Dave'. Have you got that?
       A. Yes, sir.

  Q. I do not think there is any dispute that is Mr. Morris. Do
you remember seeing that one or not back in '89 or '90?
       A. I may have as they are part of a set, yes.

  Q. Then I do not believe there are any others that matter.
Would you just glance at the last four photographs and see
if you can help tell us any additional names that you have
not already given us. We can see Mr. Gravett and Ms. Steel
in those last four photographs and probably Mr. Clark as
       well?
       A. No. I cannot identify anybody.

  Q. You do not recognise any others? Does that photograph of
Mr. Morris look what he looked like if you saw him at
       meetings, if you did?
       A. Yes. Perhaps, his hair might have been slightly
shorter but the beard and the glasses were.
