six piece or the nine piece?
       A. It does not but on the other one it does. On the one
of 8th March it does say "recycled" and -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It says for those hipped on 8th March it says
"recycled" and it is the same item number on 26th March?
       A. On 26th.

  Q. Is that your point?
       A. Yes.

MS. STEEL: Right. What about straws, are you responsible for
       straws?
       A. Yes, we are.

  Q. They do not have any recycled content, do they?
       A. No, they do not. None of the plastic items do. Straws
are made of polypropylene and they do not contain any
       recycled material.

  Q. Do you have any responsibility for officer paper at all?
       A. No, other than what we do in our own office.

  Q. The promotional material that you are talking about, that
would include happy hats, would that be right?
       A. Yes.

  Q. What does promotional material include?
       A. I could not tell you what it all includes because we
are not responsible for them. I just would not know.
Examples would be these -- the biggest example would
probably be these tray liners because they often have text
on them so that is why they are different country by
       country.

  Q. The packaging that is used, does that not have text on it
       as well?
       A. Some of them do. One of the things, one of the sort of
text that packaging has on them is a recycling symbol or a
recycled content symbol, but that actually has a text in
nine different languages on it. In general, we try to
avoid language because that gets us in trouble with some
countries. You try to produce a package which you can use
everywhere. That has got advantages in if something goes
wrong in one country and for whatever reason, a strike or
whatever, or transport, there is something in
transportation which does not work out, that you can switch
to a supplier in another country.

  Q. That is fairly standard practice, is it? If there are any
problems with supply, you just switch to another country to
       get the packaging?
       A. Yes, it is, if there is the possibility for it because
you have been able to standardise, which is definitely not
       everywhere the case.

  Q. Does any European packaging go outside Europe?
       A. Outside of Europe as in Morocco? Yes.

  Q. So it would only be the countries that you include -----
