15 chicken than in other -- is it more prevalent in chickens

17 A. Listeria is present in certain types of food products.
18 The reason cheese, it seems to be particularly a feature of
19 soft cheeses, and it is accepted that it will be present in
20 meat which comes from animals which are grown in situations
21 where contamination with the environment is inevitable.

23 Q. So it is much more prevalent in meat products basically; is
24 that correct?
25 A. I do not know particularly.
