  Q. Just so we have it straight, I am going to ask about
Maintenance Person in a minute. In order of ranking by
responsibility and rate of pay, yes, it goes at the bottom,
Crew Person, Crew Trainer, Crew Chief, Floor Supervisor to
       Swing Manager?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. How does the Maintenance Person fit into this?
       A. Each store has one or two, there could be more, but
generally one or two maintenance people, and that while it
is considered hourly, and we generally refer to those folks
       as "Maintenance".

  Q. Would they be special people or might they come from crew
       as well?
       A. Oh, they may have been hired into that position or they
may have come out of crew into that position.

  Q. Would they generally get a better rate of pay than the
       ordinary crew person?
       A. Yes, they would.

  Q. Right. Thank you very much. Looking back then at D1, is
everybody above the line on that hierarchy included in the
category Officials and Managers or not and, if not, where
do we stop in the hierarchy?
       A. I am not sure I follow the question.

  Q. Sorry, Officials and Managers is the first category ---
       A. Yes.

  Q. -- in D1. Looking at the hierarchy of the chart, which is
       E ---
       A. Yes.

  Q. -- how far up the chart do we go with that category,
       Officials and Managers?
       A. All the way up to President, Chief Executive Officer.
Actually, as I noticed the chart, there is one level above
President and Chief Executive Officer, beyond the US one,
and that is Mike Quinlan who is the CEO of the entire
       organisation.

  Q. Chief Executive Officer?
       A. Of the Company. This represents the Chief Executive
Officer of the US operation, if you will.

  Q. I see. The Chief Executive Officer of the USA is who?
       A. Ed Resni.

  Q. Mike Quinlan, you say, is the CEO of the whole Corporation?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. And all its subsidiaries?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. Thank you. Just in case anybody is curious, where does Mr.
       Fred Turner fit into this?
       A. OK, well, that is interesting! He is the -- he would
