    22        A.  Yes, I am.

    25        school?
    26        A.  She would have been two years below me.

    28   Q.   Two years below you at school.  You say you are currently a
    29        Swing Manager.  I asked Sabina about what her duties were
    30        as a Swing Manager.  Do you remember -- do you agree with
    31        what she said, that is what the general duties of what
    32        Swing Managers are?
    33        A.  Basically, yes.

    35   Q.   You do not have any extra duties apart from the ones that
    36        Sabina said that she had, from what you remember?
    37        A.  Well, each Swing Manager has -- like, they have their
    38        own little area they do their own little things in.  Like,
    39        as me, I do extra things with the community, whereas other
    40        ones have different responsibilities in the store.

    43        A.  But other than that, we all do the same thing.

    45   Q.   What are you your responsibilities in the community, as a
    46        Swing Manager?
    47        A.  With like donations, fund raisers, and stuff like that,
    48        throughout the town of Orangeville.  I kind of work with
    49        Cam on those.

    52        community? 
    53        A.  Yes, as a customer relations representative.

    56        you, do you remember?
    57        A.  Chris Broom.
