Day 267 - 21 Jun 96 - Page 46

       theirs?
       A. No, not after this time.

  Q. Just to finish off this meeting. You say that I turned up
about 10 pm and as you were leaving at 10.15 Paul turned
up, and nothing was said in your presence of any
significance. So there was nothing about McDonald's
       discussed at the meeting?
       A. Not that I have noted. That is right.

  Q. And nothing that I said about McDonald's in the short space
of time that I was there?
       A. I have not noted anything, no.

  Q. When you went and got in to London Greenpeace offices when
there was no one there, did you make a note of what
       happened on that day?
       A. Sorry, which day?

  Q. The day when you broke into London Greenpeace's offices?
       A. I did not break into London Greenpeace's offices.

  Q. Well, you slipped the lock. You were not invited in. Did
you make a note of that occasion?
       A. I do not believe I did.

  Q. Why did you not make a note of that occasion?
       A. Because it was not a meeting.

  Q. So you would not have made a note of it because it was not
       a meeting?
       A. There was no reason to make a note.

  Q. Well, while you are in there did you not make any
observations that might have been worth making a note
       about?
       A. No, I did not.

  Q. How did you gain entry to the main door?
       A. There is an entry 'phone.

  Q. Yes?
       A. Press the buzzer and I was allowed entry.

  Q. No one asked you who you were?
       A. They asked who I was.

  Q. What did you say?
       A. Allan.

  Q. You just said Allan?
       A. Probably from London Greenpeace.

  Q. They would not have let you in if you had said that?
       A. Well, they did.

  Q. Do you actually remember what you said?
       A. No, not specifically, but it would have been words to
       that effect.
