Day 038 - 19 Oct 94 - Page 61

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think we should go on with the evidence in
the morning, but when Dr. Millstone has finished giving his
evidence and has finished being cross-examined, all I am
saying is that I am not, subject to any argument from
Mr. Rampton, shutting the door if Dr. Millstone gives you
further information which enables you to point to some
harder evidence than he may have given as to the frequency
and incidence of these adverse reactions.

MR. MORRIS: I think that tonight I will be able to organise
going through the compounds a bit more efficiently as well,
bearing in mind what you want to know.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will resume at 10.30 in the morning.
