  Q. You do not know?
       A. I do not know.

  Q. Right. Were you willing to attend the hearing as a witness
to give evidence about the intimidation that you alleged or
the -- sorry, I do not know whether you specifically --
misinformation or whatever it was that you allege; were you
willing to attend the hearing to give evidence about that?
       A. They said -- well, I received two subpoenas, and that
       means you have to attend.

  Q. But they did not ask you -- nobody asked you beforehand
whether you were willing to give evidence without being
       subpoenaed?
       A. I cannot remember if they did or did not. I am sorry.

  Q. Would you have been willing, though, to give evidence
       voluntarily without being subpoenaed?
       A. I would have been willing to go to court, yes, but, you
know, as I am today, I would have been nervous.

  Q. Do you know whether all the witnesses were subpoenaed, the
       employees?
       A. I do not know. I did not ask the lawyer who he
subpoenaed; like, I did not ask him who he was going to
       give a subpoena to.

  Q. Right. Do you know who did the cartoon posters of Cam
wearing something like a Superman outfit?
       A. No, I do not.

  Q. You said about the night before the vote, the meeting being
held in the Roman Catholic Church, and then Sarah holding a
union meeting at George's Villa, and you said that very few
people in fact attended. Did you attend that meeting?
       A. No, I did not.

  Q. How did you know that very few people attended?
       A. That is what Chris Broom had told me.

  Q. Did he say how he found out?
       A. No, he did not.

MS. STEEL: (Pause) I am sorry. I am just checking through to
see whether I have got -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Sit down, Miss Iurilla.

MR. MORRIS: I have a couple of last questions.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: (To the witness): Do you know why -- was
Julie Wells fired on October 3rd, 1993?
       A. I do not know.

  Q. You do not know?
       A. I do not know. I do not know if she -- I do not know.
I know she left. I do not know if she quit or if she was
