12 for a favourable judgment. 400 to 401 in the speech of
13 Lord Radcliffe, starting at the bottom of 400. 404, which
14 is the passage I read this morning in the speech of Lord
15 Henryton. 407, the speech of Lord Cohen, the last
16 paragraph or so. 408 to 409, Lord Denning, starting at
17 paragraph numbered (1) at the bottom of 408. Then,
18 finally, Lord Morris of Borth-y-Gest, again starting at the
19 bottom of 418 and going through to the end of the first
20 paragraph on 419. They are all to the same effect.
