MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I can tell your Lordship where it is.
Bundle II -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Supplementary II?

MR. RAMPTON: Supplementary II, my Lord. It is at tab -- I do
not claim any credit for this -- 25 of Supplementary II.
It is one of the fatter ones, my Lord.

MR. MORRIS: Does that include the Oregon report?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have a bundle of the Defendants'
supplementary list of documents, bundle II.

MR. RAMPTON: Tab 25.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Tab 25.

MR. RAMPTON: Do you have a document about the Centre for
Communicable Diseases?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: It should have a cover note on the top from the

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I have not read that document.

report, that is, to consider what, if anything, you would
wish, if given leave, to add to your Preston pleaded
allegation? Do you remember our discussion about that?

MR. MORRIS: Yes. Actually, we have drafted up some new things,
but I do not want to bring them up now exactly until we
have had time to talk about it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: All I am doing is I am inviting you to
consider whether you need to do that in relation to Oregon
or Maryland or anything like that.

MR. MORRIS: It is pleaded and the Plaintiffs have mentioned the
issue acknowledging that something happened. That is open
to interpretation, what they are acknowledging exactly.
They have made a statement, George Rummel from America. I
do not think we need to ------

MR. JUSTICE BELL: When you are thinking about Preston think
about that as well.

MR. MORRIS: Oregon, OK.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Because they may be in a different position
if there is no formal admission with regard to Oregon or
Maryland but we will see.

MR. MORRIS: OK. If we can talk it over during the break? We
