own knowledge or some colleague, either with your present
employer or someone you still know at the TGWU. It is
entirely a matter for you, because you have given your
evidence now, but if you come across anything which may
help them on that and you can find the time to give it to
Ms. Steel or Mr. Morris, it might help?
       A. OK, I shall do that.

  Q. Thank you.
                       (The witness withdrew)

MR. MORRIS: There are a couple of points I wanted to make
before we close: I have got a continuation statement of
Ray Coton from the Manager of the Colchester store which
       arrived this morning. (Handed)

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: If that could be put behind his statement, I am not
sure what number his statement has been put at, wherever
       that has been put.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I put it at pale blue 2, section A, No. 31.
Mr. Whittle was 30, Mr. Coton, I put 31 and Mr. Alan John
Beach, who was the additional statement relating to the
Heathrow drive-through, I have put at 32. We have still to
deal with the question of leave to call those witnesses. I
have indicated that I would be minded to give leave, unless
Mr. Rampton wishes to oppose it, but at some stage if there
is to be opposition to their calling, I must deal with it.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, regarding scheduling, if I could just give the
latest update on who we have and when, if people have the
schedule in front of them? Tomorrow, we have Mr. Jenssen
from Norway. He is sitting in the room so he is definitely
appearing tomorrow and with the runover to Friday and then
        ---

  MR. RAMPTON: My Lord -----

MR. MORRIS: -- Sarah Baker in the afternoon.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What are you going to do with regard to
Mr. Jenssen because, having read his statement, I do not
see how he could possibly run over into Friday, unless you
have a lot of further things to ask him about.

MR. MORRIS: I mean, obviously, I have not had a chance to meet
him until now. He has got some further documents which
I have not even seen yet and he has included with his
statements some documents which he will have to explain.
I think there is a sort of line or two of translation with
each one, but he will need to explain those documents.
I mean, any suggestion that can be made where I can
       help .....

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You must remember the direction I gave the
       other day about notice.

MR. MORRIS: I understand that, but it is very difficult when
