the schedules as well. If there is any doubt about that
        .....

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Why not ask your question anyway,
Mr. Morris? Do not let us get involved in another
argument. Just put what you want to put.

MR. MORRIS: Lee Richards, for example ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just put what you want to put and what you
       are getting at now.

MR. MORRIS (To the witness): When you have done seven days in a
row -- you said it does not happen very often, rarely -- do
you know what the Company policy is on people working seven
       days in a row?
       A. I believe you are not supposed to work more than five.

  Q. Do you know what the Company rules or regulations are about
anyone that works on a Sunday, if they worked a Sunday
shift, regarding what other days they can work?
       A. In terms of Sundays, I believe you are only allowed to
       work two out of three.

  Q. If I just read out the legal and company requirements ---

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us have a look at the page.

MR. MORRIS: -- regarding Sundays -- it is volume XI, pink
       volume.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which divider, Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: Sorry, it is page 284. It is half way down the
page: "Sunday working. Restrictions regarding Sundays for
all hourly paid employees who normally work more than 35
hours or are scheduled to work more than 35 hours that
week". The full-timers generally work more than 35 hours,
       do they?
       A. Yes.

  Q. "(A) When an hourly paid employee works more than four
hours on a Sunday, he/she cannot work for more than a total
of three Sundays in that same calendar month". That is
what you just referred to as two out of three; there it
       says three out of four?
       A. Yes.

  Q. "(B) If an hourly paid employee works only four hours or
less on a Sunday, he/she can work every Sunday of the
       month;
       (C) When an hourly paid employee works on a Sunday for more
than four hours, he/she must receive a full day off during
that same week". Were you aware of that?
       A. You would not be scheduled -- well, I never been
scheduled -- more than six days anyway so you can have a
       day off at some point.

  Q. No, it does not say anything about scheduling. It is
talking about working, actually working more than -- what
