and it when it became apparent that the problem was too
severe to repair, or it was a problem we could not repair,
then we obtained a new one.

  Q. That took over two months?
       A. It did not take over two months without a grease
       trough, no.

  Q. No, but without a non-leaking grease trough?
       A. No, I did not say that. I did not say the grease
trough leaked constantly for two months. What I said was
there was a problem with the grease trough approximately
once a week or possibly once every two weeks. This may be
a problem that they will not slide in properly because of
the guide rails because maybe that somebody as dropped them
and bent them out of shape, and occasionally it may mean
       that they leak.

  Q. That problem every week or every two weeks carried on for
       over two months?
       A. Approximately, yes, I should imagine.

  Q. Right. It did sometimes happen, did it not, that it
actually spilled out further on the floor because the leaks
were not just at the top, and there did not have to be four
days grease in there for them to leak enough to get over
       the floor as a whole?
       A. No, it did not, no, it did not.

  Q. Beyond the extent of the grills?
       A. You are suggesting it leaked onto the floor where
       people stood?

  Q. On occasions, yes.
       A. No.

  Q. The undercooking of products: You are saying Mr. Logan is
accurate in saying that such complaints about undercooked
products are received approximately once a week and that
you say an incident report form must be completed. So, you
are aware of one incident report form for each week; is
       that right?
       A. No, I am aware of one incident report form when any
problem with meat or chicken bearing sandwiches which
occurred. It is not a problem with an untoasted bun that
would be an undercooked product. A bun that is not toasted
properly or a bun that is over-toasted, you do not really
need to fill in an incident report form to report that
someone, for instance, put the tray in crooked when they
       were loading a toaster.

  Q. No, but in terms of complaints, we are not talking about
whether or not someone happened to notice that the buns
were undercooked while they were taking them out ---
       A. Well, I am.

  Q. -- because the tray was in crooked.
       A. I am in my statement.

  Q. What, customers complained about the trays going in
