  Q. Are its contents true, accurate?
       A. Yes.

  Q. I want to ask you a few questions about it, and then I want
to ask you one question about your personnel file which, as
I think you are aware, has been disclosed and is in court.
       A. OK, yes.

  Q. You tell us, if you go to the front of your statement, are
       you still 32 years old?
       A. Yes, I am.

  Q. You joined McDonald's in October 87 as a crew member; were
you full-time or part-time when you started?
       A. I did 10.00/5.00, so it would have been about -- yes, I
think just scraped in the full-time, yes.

  Q. Full-time. So that is sort of nine years ago -- eight and
       a half years ago?
       A. Yes, it will be nine years in October, yes.

  Q. You say that you had three previous jobs before you joined
McDonald's, the last of which was the Post Office which you
       did not like?
       A. Yes.

  Q. What were the two jobs before the Post Office?
       A. Before the Post Office I worked at the RSPCA.

  Q. Before the Post Office, the RSPCA?
       A. And before the RSPCA I worked in a printing firm in
       Bath.

  Q. Yes. Do you remember why you left the RSPCA?
       A. I left the RSPCA because, even though I enjoyed the
job, the money was so bad that I just could not live on the
       money that I was getting.

  Q. What was it about the Post Office that you did not like?
       A. Well, I did not like going out in all weathers at half
past 6 in the morning, or whatever, in all weathers, and
I did not find the people very friendly. The atmosphere
       there was not very friendly.

  Q. Do you find it a contrast with that at McDonald's?
       A. I find, yes, McDonald's people, on the whole, are very
       friendly people, yes.

  Q. Then you tell us in paragraph 3 that in the summer of 1990
       you became a Breakfast Manager?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is there only one of you at Bath, one Breakfast Manager?
       A. There is two. There was only one at the time; we have
       now got two.

  Q. How many days a week, it is five, is it not, you do?
       A. I do five days a week, yes.
