Day 201 - 15 Dec 95 - Page 20

evidence-in-chief and then waiting to see what
       cross-examination there is.

MR. RAMPTON: Would your Lordship then be inclined to indicate,
not to order, that we should try to start Bath on Monday,
       22nd?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: I am grateful beyond that, my Lord, I cannot at
the moment go because there is nothing else that is left in
       my hands ---

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, let me just complete my note.

MR. RAMPTON: -- apart from Heathrow. We will fit it in
somewhere but I do not know where at the moment. Then, my
Lord, one might try to start Heathrow the week after that,
the week of 29th, with Mr. Soriano to be fitted in at his
       convenience.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Mr. Soriano I would like you to tell me
about as soon as possible when you have made arrangements
for him. Heathrow, we will have a better measure of when
we see what, if any, statements are served on behalf of the
Plaintiffs. The only other thing I have on my list (and it
may no longer be active) was the question of the
       Defendants' discovery concerning the leaflet.

MR. RAMPTON: What Ms. Steel said about that was that I think
they were going to consider it and write to us, so I am not
going to ask your Lordship to deal with that now.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, very well. Are there any other matters
you want to raise today, Ms. Steel or Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: I do not think so, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I hope everyone does get a decent break and
we will resume at 10.30 on Thursday, 11th January.
