27 shortly afterwards shows a McDonald's sign. Is that
28 intended to make kids feel at home at McDonald's?
29 A. No, it was not, actually; it was just getting back to

32 MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is probably silliness on my part, but if
33 you could bring yourself to use the word "children" rather
34 than "kids", it just makes them sound more like people, in
35 my view. I am not going to hold it against you. It is
36 just easier on my ear to hear "children" rather than
37 "kids".
