3 Maintenance Person in a minute. In order of ranking by
4 responsibility and rate of pay, yes, it goes at the bottom,
5 Crew Person, Crew Trainer, Crew Chief, Floor Supervisor to

7 A. That is correct.

9 Q. How does the Maintenance Person fit into this?
10 A. Each store has one or two, there could be more, but
11 generally one or two maintenance people, and that while it
12 is considered hourly, and we generally refer to those folks
13 as "Maintenance".

15 Q. Would they be special people or might they come from crew
16 as well?
17 A. Oh, they may have been hired into that position or they
18 may have come out of crew into that position.

20 Q. Would they generally get a better rate of pay than the
21 ordinary crew person?
22 A. Yes, they would.

24 Q. Right. Thank you very much. Looking back then at D1, is
25 everybody above the line on that hierarchy included in the
26 category Officials and Managers or not and, if not, where
27 do we stop in the hierarchy?
28 A. I am not sure I follow the question.

39 A. All the way up to President, Chief Executive Officer.
40 Actually, as I noticed the chart, there is one level above
41 President and Chief Executive Officer, beyond the US one,
42 and that is Mike Quinlan who is the CEO of the entire
43 organisation.

46 A. Of the Company. This represents the Chief Executive
47 Officer of the US operation, if you will.
