Q. Then, at the end of the week, there is a weekly time sheet,
is there, which records what people have actually done?
A. No. Each day there is a time sheet.

Q. Each day there is time sheet?
A. Each day there is a time sheet showing when people used
their clock cards each day.

Q. So, every week there is a time sheet -- sorry, sorry --
every day there is a time sheet one for all the staff?
A. That is right.

Q. Crew that is, of course. They would also be kept for about
18 months, would they?
A. Normally for about 18 months the schedules. There is
no Company edict on how long we are supposed to keep them
for. We generally keep them from 12 to 18 months.

Q. Right, and it is the time sheet that would actually
represent what actually happened?
A. That is right. That is right. The time ----

Q. The schedule would show the intention and the time sheet
would show the reality?
A. That is right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How much do they vary?
A. The only real thing that would vary would be if someone
swapped a shift, for instance, someone did a night shift
instead of a day shift and swapped with someone else or if
someone was sick they obviously would not be in on the day
when they were supposed to be in.

Q. Yes, but what sort of frequency does that happen with?
A. We probably get one person sick or swapping a shift
every day or two days. It is quite regular.

MR. MORRIS: The time sheets -- for example, if the schedule
said four until close, yes?
A. That is right.

Q. The time sheet would actually specify the hours the person
finished, would it?
A. It would, yes.

Q. Rather than just say four to closing, it would say four to
one thirty?
A. It would say, for instance, 3.57 or 15.57 in the
afternoon when they clocked in. It would show when they
clocked out for their break, whey they clocked back in for
their break, and it would then show what time they left the
building when they clocked out.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Would there be one time sheet per person or
for the whole ----
A. You get -- it is about seven or eight pages and it
would show -- it would be a line per person for each day,
basically.
