24 wondering whether you could see in either of those
25 photographs the bone itself, or the alleged bone?
26 A. I see a dark spot. I would assume that is the size of
27 the bone.

53 A. No follow-up -- there is a normal process, when every
54 complaint is made, they follow up and look and provide all
55 the information to, in this case it is the Food Safety
56 Inspection Service; they go to the plant tour with
57 inspector and they inspect every process, every meat, every
58 product, and found no reason to believe that we had a
59 problem. In addition, that was the only complaint that
