Day 152 - 11 Jul 95 - Page 82

MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If that went according to plan we then have
Friday, Monday and Tuesday to fill. If I might say so
I would be inclined to stay off Mr. Fairgrieve. I know he
must feel like a yo-yo on a string at the moment, but
everyone has to get up to speed on him and get their mind
back on track on his evidence of the case. So what I would
encourage you to do is, assuming that we do have Friday,
Monday and Tuesday or parts of them available, yet another
individual employment witness or witnesses.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I have witnesses for those days. They
have already been notified. I have Almez Antenni on Friday
and Monday and Mr. James Atkinson on Monday and Tuesday.
I have also got the nursing mother, Annette Hall, somewhere
to be fitted in but she might have to wait because there
may not be time for her. My Lord, I would like to try to
keep Mr. Gardina and Mrs. Farrer quite close together
because they are both the same restaurant.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have any comments to make about that?
It seems reasonable to me. It has removed any concern
about Mr. Fairgrieve from the horizon.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. That seems to be an improvement now.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us aim at that. 10.30 in the morning.
