any parts he would choose to use, if he wants to. Just
       read her short statement.

MS. STEEL: Can I just say that, with respect to what you said,
I do not think that there is any grounds for saying the
conclusions are not a fair summary. Because, as we have
heard from the Plaintiff's, they are not challenging this.
Therefore, what she decides is the summary is evidence and
       has been accepted by them.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Well, just follow my Ruling anyway and
       read her short statement.

MR. MORRIS: "I, Fiona Winter (nee Carruthers) am a qualified
state registered dietician. I can confirm that during 1987
and 1988 I carried out two surveys of fast food eaters.
Namely "Grazing In Peckham" 1987 and "Who Is Under The
Golden Arches?" 1988 and that the results contained in them
are to the best of my knowledge correct as read. Signed
       Fiona Winter."

And then she gives her full name: "Fiona E. S. Winter BSc
Honours, SRD community dietician. Tuesday 26th July 1994."

We would like the whole of the survey that she did to be
taken as read as evidence in the case, which is the survey,
"Who Is Under The Golden Arches?" behind that statement
about the amount of fast food that people are eating and
the nutritional quality of it, and her survey on much the
same subject with much the same conclusions called "Grazing
in Peckham", which is a survey of fast food eaters in the
London Borough of Southwark, which is document 75 in bundle
3 of the Defendants' list of documents.

MS. STEEL: That is the original list of documents.

MR. MORRIS: The original list of documents. If we can note,
there are specific references to McDonald's and the
regularity that McDonald's customers are eating fast food.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have the reference for the other
       survey?

MR. MORRIS: The Peckham one you have the reference for. The
one that I have, the Leeds survey, is behind her statement
which, for some reason, is behind Tim Lobstein's statement
in mine, but that does not mean anything, really.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I would be very grateful if someone could
make me up another short bundle.

MR. ATKINSON: Yes, that will be done.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will hand down, if Mr. Riley is there, this
so that it can go in the bundle.

MR. MORRIS: We then come to the statements of Dr. Michael
Miller and Dr. Robert Vogel, both from the University of
Maryland, School of Medicine and I do not know -----
