    14        A.  Yes, that is right.

    18        A.  Yes, that they are the current versions.

    21        A.  Its full title is something like Personnel Procedures
    22        Manual, I think -- nothing more than that -- and that is
    23        broadly what it is, it is -----

    29        A.  It gives samples of many of the forms that are
    30        displayed, it gives details of guidelines about
    31        disciplinary action, things like how to hold a rap session.

    34        A.  Yes, things about recruitment, you know, a recruitment
    35        calendar suggesting when they should recruit and things
    36        like that.  There are probably other things in it as well.

    43        A.  Well, what I meant was I cannot remember every detail
    44        of what is in it.

    46   Q.   OK.  But it is generally a guide on how to treat personnel,
    47        how to deal with them, how to organise them?
    48        A.  When you say "how to treat personnel"?

    50   Q.   How to hire them, how to fire them, how to do the 
    51        performance reviews, how to organise the rap sessions? 
    52        A.  Right.  It is more the organisational part of what they 
    53        would do in terms of their management skills, if you like.
    54        So, it is things like the forms and so on, as I have
    55        described.

    58        A.  So it is not intended to cover every aspect; it is more
    59        the organisational and administrative part of those things.
