Day 184 - 06 Nov 95 - Page 05

what she judged in paragraph 25. What I make of it at the
       end of the day ---

  MR. RAMPTON: Of course.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: -- is another matter entirely. I will cross
out the last clauses in paragraph 31 on page 11.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes. My Lord, the only one other thing, that
magazine article, of course, handed in this morning, none
of us has seen it; more particularly -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am not expressing any judgment on that. If
there is an argument about its admissibility or anything
arising from it, we will come to it in due course.

MR. RAMPTON: All I was going to say was that now that it has
been handed to us, it may be something on which I ought to
be allowed to speak to -- well, obviously, at the moment,
I can speak to both of them -- my witnesses about that,
because I doubt (inaudible). That is all.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us carry on now anyway, and if -----

MR. MORRIS: We would certainly object strongly to the
Plaintiffs discussing anything with the witnesses once they
have started giving evidence. So if there needs to be an
       argument -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If there is an application, I will hear the
application, I will hear your objection and I will decide.
But I do not think we need argue about that one way or the
other now. It probably will not come to anything, anyway.

                         SABINA IURILLA, sworn
                      Examined by MR. RAMPTON Q.C.

MR. RAMPTON: Miss Iurilla, can you, when you are giving
evidence, try to keep your voice up, because the sound gets
       lost?
       A. OK.

  Q. If you try to shout at me, as I am furthest away, everybody
else will hear what you say. I call you Sabina Iurilla.
I think, in fact, you were married on 21st October. Have
       I got that right?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Of this year?
       A. Yes.

  Q. To Mr. Travis Green?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Shall we call you Miss Iurilla or shall we call you
       Mrs. Green?
       A. Miss Iurilla is fine.

  Q. That is fine. Are your full names Sabina Iurilla?
       A. Yes.
