Q. So, paper two and four hole trays; what can you tell us
about them?
A. As far as I know, they have been with recycled paper,

A. Yes.

Q. Right. The fry cartons for french fries?
A. Yes.

Q. What do you know about them?
A. They changed from zero to 72 per cent and that must
have been in -- that must have been either in end of 1991
or the beginning of 1992.

Q. It was after you joined then?
A. That was about at the time I joined because I joined in
end of 1991.

Q. What about the small portions of fries; they come in bags,
do they not?
A. Yes, they do.

Q. What is the position with the -----
A. They are virgin paper.

Q. Right.
A. And they have always been virgin paper.

Q. Apple pie cartons?
A. The same thing, although I have got a date for that.
If we trace the date for that, and that was March 1991.

Q. March 1991?
A. March 1991, exactly.

Q. What percentage?
A. It changed from -----

Q. They went from 0 to 72?
A. Yes.

Q. Did you say you have got a letter for that?
A. That has been part of -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is looking at a document which we have
already got.

THE WITNESS: Yes. These documents show the difference in
numbers for consecutive orders where we changed from one
carton to the other.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you hold up the document?

MR. RAMPTON: That we have already got, my Lord.

MS. STEEL: Is that one of the ones we got the other day?
