  Q. Right. The meetings they went for on a couple of hours on
       most occasions. Yes?
       A. Generally, yes.

  Q. So where your notes extend to only one page and part of
that is description, we can take it from that that none of
the rest of the discussion you recollected as being
something worth making a note of?
       A. It would probably be when McDonald's was not discussed
or minimally discussed and nothing of particular
       importance.

MR. MORRIS: Mr. Rampton said, when he went to look at a meeting
in March and you had noted that it was the first meeting
that you had been to that you had seen me at. Do you
remember when he asked the question?
       A. The first one, yes.

  Q. And that is your recollection, is it?
       A. If that is what my notes say.

  Q. It is entirely based on your notes?
       A. That would be correct, yes.

  Q. Can you remember at this length of time any specific
meeting where people were sitting, that kind of thing?
       A. Within the room?

  Q. Yes?
       A. Where the meetings were held?

  Q. I mean, what I am saying is at this length of time, you
have got your notes but it does not say where people were
       sitting?
       A. No.

  Q. But is there any particular meeting where you can remember,
"Oh yes, so and so was there and were sitting there", kind
       of thing?
       A. No, I do not remember particularly where people sat.
There was limited seating in the room.

  Q. To say the least. What I mean is, you have not got any
kind of photographic memory where you can remember
       specifics?
       A. I can recall the room and I can recall the layout of
the room, but as to where people sat on a particular
       occasion, no, I can't.

  Q. Right. So you have not got in your mind any particular
bits where you can say, "Oh yes, I remember I was sitting
there and then there was three or four people sitting there
       and someone was sitting there"?
       A. No, I can't. I recall the first ones got the
comfortable seats and that was it.

  Q. So it was a general impression?
       A. It was a general impression. People sat where they
       could.
