27 purchasing. You said it included food and packaging. Can
28 you just say the other areas of responsibility for
29 purchasing?

40 A. Oh, I see. No, I am not, not directly, other than
41 cleaning materials used in the restaurant.

44 store?

47 Q. Who is responsible for that?
48 A. That would be the equipment department.

51 A. Yes. I have -- if I just qualify that -- I have been
52 asked from time to time to help in negotiation with an
53 equipment supplier by the equipment department, but it is
54 not something I have responsibility for. I might just sit
55 in on one meeting and help them negotiate a price or a
56 quantity.

59 has to be matched, presumably, with the equipment inside
60 the store, or maybe not just packaging, but the two
