  Q. -- in your own restaurant?
       A. Yes, my Lord, we do.

  Q. When did you start to use them? That, in effect, is what
       you are being asked.
       A. Oh, we started using that, I think, as far back -----

  Q. Of that design?
       A. Yes, sir. We use it all the time at Barnet, but at
Kings Road as well, we used that while I was at Kings Road,
Chelsea, and High Street, Kensington -- I think it was also
there at the time of High Street, Kensington.

MR. MORRIS: Maybe it is just important to point out that it
says it is imported from the USA, that particular bag.

MS. STEEL: It does not say "imported"; it says "Made in the
       USA".

MR. MORRIS: Or made in the USA; it just seemed a bit of an
       unusual bag, that is all.
       A. If you go to I think almost any restaurant for
breakfast to carry out, if there are more than one
breakfast, then they will give it to you.

MS. STEEL: I think we have finished.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I have no re-examination. There are a
couple of matters I should wish to raise very briefly.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Would you like to go and sit down,
       Mr. Siddique, in the court?

                       (The witness withdrew)

MR. RAMPTON: The first is about Mr. North who may be still be
waiting. I mention that because the day when Mr. Jackson
and Mr. Clark, the Scottish hygiene experts, are coming is
approaching ever faster. I do not want to put them off for
lack of Mr. North's materials. The second minor thing is
I wonder, although those are now Exhibits and I believe
ought to stay in court, as these ought to, if we might
recover from that bag the trifle which is going to go off
if it is left and take it away?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: In case it becomes of any significance,
I suggest someone eats the trifle, washes the container and
puts it back in the bag.

MR. RAMPTON: Perhaps Mr. Stiles would like to try it?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, I think it is better if someone in your
team takes the trifle home, eats it and brings the package
back in the morning. What was the date I gave? What was
       the date I gave?

MR. RAMPTON: Last Friday, the 13th. We were told that he or
his minions had brought some papers into court, and that is
       all we have heard since.
