28 A. Yes, the Human Resource head of department would.

31 A. Carmel Flatley. But the individual cases would be
32 dealt with by the Human Resource officer for that area.
33 I am just trying to see if I can give you some guidance as
34 to what dealt with this one. Gerry Nichols, Field
35 Personnel Officer. I do not know who he is.

38 A. No. I virtually ceased functioning in personnel in
39 November 1991. I had one or two weeks back on in early
40 1992, but then I did not return to the company after an
41 illness until part-time December 1992, at which time I took
42 up the role of Ombudsman and had no further dealings with
43 the Human Resource department.

51 was working for McDonald's she was repeatedly told no
52 overtime pay was paid due to a current agreement between
53 the Wages Council and McDonald's. Is that something that
54 management are instructed to tell crew members?
55 A. Probably. I do not know really, but probably, yes.
56 There is no secret about our policy of not paying overtime.
