2 reargue it but we do not actually feel that it is
3 sufficient time.

5 MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, particularly, if I may take up that last
6 point of your Lordship, since Mr. Nicholson is only going
7 to give evidence on employment, why, then his
8 evidence-in-chief is going to be well within the estimate
9 that I have given.

11 MS. STEEL: It is just because of the considerable number of
12 files that there are to be read before that issue starts
13 that we are concerned about.

15 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Unless there is anything else we must discuss
