MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let Mr. Morris finish making his note and
       then see.

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: What we want to do first, we want to do the Civil
       Evidence Act or .....

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think what will be helpful is if you tell
me who we have still got to come on employment ---

  MR. MORRIS: Right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: -- from your point of view.

MR. MORRIS: Can I ask Mrs. Brinley-Codd something?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Tell me whether they are to be called or
read. I mean, we can start with Mr. Brett and Mr. Cranna.
Then you have got Mr. Shafibeik and Mr. and Mrs. Harrison.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. There is Harriet Lamb that needs to come
after the argument about whether a Civil Evidence Act
and/or -- we have actually put a Civil Evidence Act notice
on the interviews with Mark Ryan and Lynval and have asked
the Plaintiffs for further information, which we have not
had. So, effectively, it seems as though those statements
can be dealt with by Civil Evidence Act -- those interviews
can be dealt with by Civil Evidence Act notices.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will come back to that. I am going to
just put Bath witnesses as well. You need not give me
names there. I know Mr. Logan.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You have got Mr. Beech.

  MR. MORRIS: Mr. Beech.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are there any others that you are proposing
       to call?

MR. MORRIS: There is Melanie O'Riordan, and we are in
difficulty there. It is probable that we will not call
her, although we could subpoena her but I do not think we
       will do that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Right. Are there any more -----

MR. MORRIS: There is the question -- let me have a look at the
list. Mr. Patel; we have a lead on -- this is Bhanulal
Patel -- and we have been trying to trace him for the last
       six months.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where is he?

MR. MORRIS: He was -- I cannot remember now, but he was a
salaried Manager for a number of stores.
