Day 126 - 17 May 95 - Page 16

Q. Where should we put these? To which bigger document, if
any, did they relate?
A. They will relate to documents, I think the original AF3
and 4 documents, that were submitted prior to my previous
appearance, and relate directly to similar attributes in
the Harris research Fast-Track information that was
referred to on that occasion.

Q. So does it work if we put it, for example, behind AF3 or
behind AF4, I should say?
A. The information on the sheet that we have just referred
to relates to the section AF3, according to this document,
where similar attributes appear in for 1992, 1993 and the
first part of 1994.

Q. So we put it after AF3 and before AF4; is that right?
A. Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I believe it would be helpful if before
we reassemble somebody from Barlows makes sure that all the
files are in the same order, including your Lordship's.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am sure that would be a good idea. Anyone
can ask Mr. Stiles for my file for that purpose. I think
it would help if Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris were given a
complete list of the AF appendices with what each of them
includes, because the documents which I have marked 1, 2,
3, 5 -- because 4, what would have been marked 4, is in
fact AF4 and I have put a 6 on that last sheet, Fast-Track
Attributes Movement -- are at the moment in my divider
AF5. I now have AF6 and AF7 as well which I will put in.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, with Mr. Fairgrieve's help and your
Lordship's permission, I will make sure that mine are in
the order that Mr. Fairgrieve thinks they ought to be.
That having been done, we will then send a complete list,
in other words, an index to the Defendants and to
Mr. Stiles. We will do it as soon as possible.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. When you get the list -- perhaps you
could tell Mr. Morris when he gets his list as well --
I would be grateful if you would check against the
documents you have, because if you think you do not have
any one of the documents, then ask Mrs. Brinley-Codd
whether or not she thinks you may have been sent one in the
past. I would be grateful if she would give you a further
copy if you cannot immediately find anything which is on
the list.

MS. STEEL: Yes. I know we do not have them with the new ones
in the trial bundle. We photocopied the old ones and put
them in.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Before Mr. Fairgrieve comes back, I think you
should give a bit of thought as to whether, in the light of
the extra documentation, you want to ask him anything
further before the cross-examination continues.

Is there any more we can do today? I do not think so. We
