Day 259 - 10 Jun 96 - Page 84
A. The only leaflet I removed from the premises was that
which I passed over to Kings.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, thank you. My Lord, those are all the
questions I have in evidence-in-chief.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just pause there. Yes, thank you.
(To the Defendants): Do you want to start your
cross-examination this evening, or not? I will leave it
entirely to you. It is a question of we can adjourn now if
you wish and you can start in the morning. If you want to
ask some questions tonight, then we will go on for a while.

MR. MORRIS: The only thing that may be worth -- we would like
not to do it tonight but there may be a couple of questions
related to the documentation which might help us in what
the issue is tomorrow morning.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just pause. If you want to sit down at any
stage tomorrow, Mr. Bishop, just pull the chair forward
into the witness box and sit down now, if you want, while
Mr. Morris considers his position.

Cross-examined by the Defendants

MR. MORRIS: You said that you went to meetings most weeks,
anyway?
A. Yes.

Q. Missing out two or three, or something, in the period that
you were employed. You went to the demonstration. Did you
also go to other events or to the office to, you know, deal
with other matters?
A. No.

Q. As well as the weekly meetings, what other events did you
go to apart from the George Roby and that particularly?
A. No other, none other. The only meetings I attended
were the scheduled meetings at Caledonian Road and the
public meetings at Endsleigh Street.

Q. And the march, the rally in the park?
A. I did not go on the march. I went to the afternoon
park.

Q. And the pub in the evening?
A. Yes, yes.

Q. We have heard, I think from Mr. Nicholson, that there were
weekly reports by the agents, or something like that. Were
you aware that there -- for example, there is a report that
is based entirely upon your notes that we have got. That
report which you have seen, was that the kind of weekly
report that was done from Kings throughout the time you
were employed?
A. As far as I am aware. The only reports that
I submitted were direct to Kings. What they did with them
after that I was not at the time made aware of.

Q. But you were aware they were doing weekly reports, even if
