       A. No. I had to clock out when I went to the hospital.

MR. MORRIS: If we go back to 7th April, we have here 10.30 p.m.
       to, is it, 8.18?
       A. 8.18 a.m., that is correct.

  Q. Can you just explain what that refers to?
       A. That is when I started, and that was one of the all
night closes. I started at 10.30 in the evening and
finished at 8.18 in the morning.

  Q. I notice that 12 days later on Saturday, 19th April, you
       have one that says 3.45 p.m. to 5.00 -- is that 5.55 a.m.
       A. 5.55, that is right.

  Q. That is what?
       A. That is another late night, another all night close.

  Q. So that would be a 14-hour shift?
       A. Yes.

  Q. The May 3rd one you said may have been an all night close.
From your recollection, you came back and they were still
working, is that correct, after your accident?
       A. Yes.

  Q. That would be three all night closes, each one 12 days
apart, well, actually the first two 12 days apart and the
       next one 14 days after?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Would there be any reason for three all night closes in
       that period of time?
       A. April 86 -----

  Q. If you cannot remember, you cannot remember.
       A. No, I cannot. I was just trying to see if there was
any connection between Frank Stanton starting in his new
job and late night closes or all night closes.

  Q. But you cannot remember?
       A. I cannot remember the exact reason for that, no.

  Q. On April 9th you have written "8.00 to 2.35 no break"?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. Can you just explain what you mean?
       A. It means that I worked continuously from 8.00 to 2.35
       without any breaks.

  Q. That is six and half hours?
       A. Yes.

  Q. When you wrote this "no break", if you have not written "no
break" on other days, does that mean you did not get a
break or just that you did not make a note?
       A. Not necessarily. It means that I did not bother to
       write it down.

  Q. From Monday, May 5th, that is, the two days after your
