MR. MORRIS: How many of those combos do you get a week at McKey
       approximately? Is it a 1,000, is it 20,000 is it a 100?
       A. Well, 1,600,000 pounds divided by 1,400, if someone has
       a calculator.

  Q. About 1,000?
       A. Yes.

  Q. A week?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So, all the meat that comes in to McKey's goes through
those same machines, is that correct?
       A. Yes.

  Q. That line?
       A. Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: When did you last have to stain food because
       of E.coli?
       A. Once, my Lord.

  Q. When was that?
       A. Early last year.

  Q. Is that the only occasion?
       A. The only occasion, my Lord.

MR. MORRIS: You said before that you would destroy that batch
on that occasion. Did you destroy that batch?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And how much meat did you destroy?
       A. About 11 pallet loads.

  Q. I am just trying to get an idea of the percentage of meat
that would have gone through that day. Is that 5 per cent
of meat that would have gone through that day?
       A. No, less than 1 per cent.

  Q. Less than 1 per cent of the meat. How many lines are
there -- these lines that are in that picture with the ----

  Q. There are five lines?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So, how many batches would each line have in a day?
       A. Each line strokes, if it is running tens, 92 strokes a
minute, six burgers a stroke, 3,200 pounds an hour.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I do wonder what the purpose of all this
       is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where are we going on this? We have got so
many facts and figures about it.

MS. STEEL: There is a relevance to that.
