Day 059 - 01 Dec 94 - Page 31

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I know. That is why I raised it now; I do
not at the moment have it.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: No.

THE WITNESS: It is not a document we have in our possession.

MR. RAMPTON: No, I understand that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is for Mr. Rampton. You need not
concern yourself about it unless and until the extent you
       are asked questions about it.

MR. RAMPTON: Can you please put away, Mr. Oakley, the
nutritional volume VI and replace it with the one numbered
IV which should have Recycling and Waste on it?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Right at the back of that tab 20 -- I think it is at the
back -- you should find some tables provided to this court
by Mr. David Kouchoukos of Perseco, showing country by
country throughout the world what kind of wrapping is used
for the sandwiches, and whether it is polystyrene what
blowing agent is used. Do you see that?
       A. What is the page number?

  Q. It should start at 489A.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is tab 20 which is the very back. There
is a memo of Mr. Langert there and then some tables
       following?
       A. Yes, I have it. It is tab 20A in this document.

MR. MORRIS: We do not have it. I do not know whether that is
       our fault or not.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the one which starts with the list of
countries and a column for CFC, HCFC, hydrocarbon with
crosses in it, if you remember?

MS. STEEL: The tab in our file is empty.

MR. RAMPTON: I know the Defendants did have it, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just take time to see if you can find it.
You may have moved it or had it put in a different -- is it
possible for someone to lend Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris a
copy to share, then before they cross-examine they will, no
doubt, find their own. That is very kind of you,
Mrs. Brinley-Codd. Just share Mrs. Brinley-Codd's for the
moment. You will recognise it when you see it. Yes, carry
       on.

MR. RAMPTON: Can you turn, please, to the last page in this
document or this set of documents which should be 489G, is
       it?
       A. Yes.

  Q. I hope that it has in the bottom right-hand corner a date
       February 3rd 1994, is it?
