book, to which I shall be referring in due course.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is DJK5.

MR. RAMPTON: Then, my Lord, the tables originally used ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is behind tab 4.

MR. RAMPTON: I have got them in front of. I have got them as
DJK4. In front of the huge forestry book there are a whole
set of tables running from page 50 to page 57.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: All I need to know is what is the longhand
number at the bottom, Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: It is 9 onwards, and it is number 13. There are
two charts, number 13 and 14, and in fact there is just a
whole series of charts. The first one is McDonald's paper
       packaging, sideways.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, in that case, Mr. Morris is talking
about Mr. Kouchoucos' second statement, which is tab 4, not
       tab 3.

  MR. MORRIS: Sorry about that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us get it straight.

MR. RAMPTON: Yellow 3, tab 4, which is Mr. Kouchoucos' second
statement. The file page number with the stamp on it is
349 behind main tab 4, where a figure of 7 percent is given
for 1989. There is a 13 which has been written in
manuscript. Does your Lordship have it?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: Good. Thank you very much.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you. I have got -----

MR. RAMPTON: What happened, if your Lordship remembers, was
that when Mr. Langert gave evidence after Mr. Kouchoucos,
he said he thought Mr. Kouchoucos was wrong; it was
something around 19 percent, Mr. Langert thought. So Mr.
Kouchoucos went away and re-did the calculations. The
re-done results are at appendix 5 of tab 1A of yellow 12
and the figure given there is 17 percent, although it does
not include a number of items.

MR. MORRIS: Well, I do not think it helps us at all. I think
it makes even more confusion. I think we have to rely on
        ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Does it make any difference to your point
whether it is 6 or 16?

MR. MORRIS: Not particularly. I think that the point also
would be -- well, as they say, much material is not
considered by Persico in their calculations, in any event,
and also, of course, if it is not post-consumer, we would
