Day 128 - 24 May 95 - Page 65
MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is fair enough.

MR. RAMPTON: I will not produce them tomorrow.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The other matter is this. It is question of
timetable. I hope that Mr. Morris will come to court on
Friday. We probably will not know about that until
sometime tomorrow. Mr. Stiles will communicate with him
tomorrow, unless you bring some information with you in the
morning. It is not incumbent upon you to bring information
at all. What I hope is that you will complete your
cross-examination of Mrs. Barnes tomorrow. I hope that
Mr. Morris will come on Friday. If he does come he has led
me, through Mr. Stiles, to expect that he will finish his
cross-examination, because I have said we should finish the
cross-examination of Mrs. Barnes and re-examination, if
Mr. Rampton has got any, this week, which, of course, would
be subject to any further discovery which may come about,
and any question which might -- and I underline might --
arise in relation to recall, but I hope it does not come to
that, and I very much hope that we can we will, therefore,
complete Mrs. Barnes this week; but let us see.

We will resume at 10.30.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, sorry, I may need to speak to Mrs. Barnes
about these documents.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think that would be for everyone's benefit.
