Day 259 - 10 Jun 96 - Page 85
you did not see them?
A. I assumed that they must be, otherwise there would be
no point in me going to the meetings.

Q. Right. You have said in your report dated 20th September,
1990 -- just take my word for it.
A. Yes, sure.

Q. It is just a quick note to relevant documents. You said
something about Shelley who was employed by Kings; correct?
A. I have to look at that.

Q. Agent Shelley.

MS. STEEL: 20th September.

MR. MORRIS: I do not know where everyone has their 20th
September -----?
A. Yes, I have a report dated 20th September.

Q. Yes. It says, towards the bottom of that, the large
paragraph and it is nearly the bottom of the paragraph, "At
one point Shelley was called away by New Zealand John" et
cetera. Then it says in brackets, "(This will, presumably,
be covered in her report)".
A. Yes.

Q. Then it says, "Jan managed to volunteer to do the
children's creche at the fare and to obtain Charlie's
contact telephone number for liaison purposes (see her
report, I should imagine)".
A. Yes.

Q. So, Jan and Shelley were doing the same kind of things that
you were doing, weekly reports or reports of the meetings
that they went to?
A. By the 20th September I was aware of their involvement,
yes.

Q. Right. They were doing the same as you?
A. I do not know.

Q. In terms of making reports?
A. I can only assume that they were.

Q. OK. The weekly reports done by Kings Investigation Agency
would have included their information as well as
information from you?
A. I would assume so.

Q. Right.

MS. STEEL: You have mentioned about Jan and Shelley in that
particular note. Which were the other agents you were
aware of that were working for Kings, in this particular
investigation?
A. The only other one I later became aware of was Jack
Russell.

Q. Right.
