incorrect, but it was just through neglect of their own or
       incorrect documentation.

  Q. So, that was a fairly frequent occurrence, that people
would say, "My pay is wrong", or -----
       A. No, not at all. It happened on occasions.

  Q. But, normally -- I am just going back to your previous
answer: you had people complain about the money being
incorrect, but it was through neglect or their own
incorrect documentation. Are you saying that usually it
was assumed that it was people's, a crew member's own
mistake, that they have not worked the number of hours they
thought they had worked, and things like that?
       A. Yes, possibly. I mean, I worked quite closely with the
crew as a Floor Manager and it was never an issue of people
being incorrectly paid all the time.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What sort of neglect do you mean in the
answer you gave to Ms. Steel; what were you thinking of?
       A. For instance, in the future when the Husky was
introduced, if people did not -- when they came on to a
shift, forgot to clock in, where they forget to clock out.

  Q. Any other examples you can think of?
       A. No; just clocking in and out, really, the actual use of
       the Husky.

  Q. When you noticed your one hour missing, you actually saw
the payroll summary report, did you?
       A. That was before the Husky was introduced, so if there
       was -----

  Q. You actually saw the payroll summary report?
       A. I did, sir, yes.

  Q. And ordinary crew members would not see that?
       A. No, they would not.

  Q. If they had been docked one or two hours, they would have
to notice when looking at their payslip that they had so
many hours, let us say over a two week period, that they
had 50 hours put down, when in fact they would have to
remember that they have worked 51 or 52, for them to
notice; is that right or not?
       A. Yes, I mean ------

  Q. That is the only way they could notice?
       A. Prior to the Hunter Husky being introduced, when we had
the manual clock cards, it was all totalled up at the
bottom on a Saturday or a Sunday.

  Q. What, on their clock cards?
       A. That is right, yes; so they would actually see the
hours they had actually done when they finished their last
shift. So there was opportunity for them to actually
review their own hours as such.

  Q. That was weekly, not fortnightly, was it?
       A. The actual payroll summary on the report was done
