  Q. I know that. Please do not worry about that. I am asking
you about the Trial News documents?
       A. The third one is Trial News 2. Yes, that is the first
       page.

  Q. Yes?
       A. Looks like page 2 has been missed out because at the
bottom of page 4 it says "Trial News 2 page 3".

  Q. It has been, Ms. Steel. Please don't worry about that. I
just want to know if you recognise the documents?
       A. Yes.

  Q. You will have seen them at the time that they went out will
       you not?
       A. I know I have seen them at some time, yes.

  Q. Your case, as you have said repeatedly in this court, is
that you do not like to be involved, or you would not like
to be involved, in misleading the public?
       A. That is right.

  Q. These are intended for public consumption are they not?
       A. I think they went out to supporters.

  Q. Well, you would not want them to be misled either would
       you?
       A. No, of course not.

  Q. Well, then, please look at -- and I think now your Lordship
can look at them. Please look at the short paragraph in
the first document. I have numbered the pages in the
bottom right-hand corner, page 1, under the heading
       "Nutrition"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Please read it to yourself and you will see that at the
bottom of that paragraph there is a quote which is
attributed to me in the Court of Appeal?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Yes?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Please turn over the page, and your Lordship will have seen
this document before because it is referred to in a ruling
your Lordship gave on our application for leave to amend
the statement of claim. Miss Steel, this is an article
from The Guardian newspaper, Thursday, 17th March 1994,
which was the day after the hearing at the Court of
Appeal. You will see by accident some faint markings in
paragraph 1, in the fourth paragraph in the middle column
and in the second paragraph in the final column; can you
       see those markings?
       A. Which bits, sorry? I am sorry, I am actually really
       tired.

  Q. I am sorry, am I going too quickly? The point is a simple
