consuming an absurd amount of that food.

Q. But does that mean that food itself could be considered as
healthy?
A. No, I think in the ordinary sense -- in the ordinary
meaning of the word, that foods like that would be
unhealthy, that is to say, foods, food nutritional
composition relevantly is worse than the average, than the
average diet. That is to say, foods which are higher in
fat or saturated fat or sugar or salt or any combination
of the four in that respect could be reasonably considered
as being unhealthy.

Q. Could we just move on to the references? I am not going
to deal with them in any particularly sensible order,
but if you have all your references available?
A. I do not have copies of all the documents.

Q. These are ones I think you do not have copies of; there is
also a list on top.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where I shall I put these ultimately in the
bundles?

MR. MORRIS: Behind Mr. Cannon's statement.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: There is absolutely no room at all.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, may I intervene? We have split the
Defendants' witnesses statements into two volumes; if has
not been done for your Lordship, it will be. Your clerk
had them this morning, the two separate volumes, and there
will be room in the first volume.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you not have to do it. We can do it
perfectly well as long as -----

MR. RAMPTON: Does it have holes in?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Is there a new index or something of
that kind?

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, there is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris have a copy of
the index?

MR. MORRIS: Not yet, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That answers my question because I can deal
with that later. If you get a couple of copies of the
index to Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris, then they can use it if
they wish.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: That index covers all the documents that have been
served in the firs -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. All I am expecting it will be is it
