4 A. No. The only time we met was in the solicitors'

13 A. No. We attended the office of the solicitors to sign
14 our statements.

20 A. Nothing specific. We did not discuss the case between

32 A. I have not seen Mr. Pocklington. It is the first time
33 I have seen him since we met at the solicitors.

38 MS. STEEL: When you say -- this is in the notes, and it is
39 actually in your statement as well -- London Greenpeace
40 agreed at this meeting to picket either the Charing Cross
41 McDonald's or one of the Oxford Street branches at
42 lunchtime and then a picket of the Headquarters in the
43 evening, and then, later than that still, a picket of the
44 Tottenham Court Road restaurant, and then it says "final
45 details are to be decided before the actual day". So what
46 happened there was that somebody put forward a suggestion
47 that there should be a picket of these branches of
48 McDonald's at those times?

52 have said, "Yes, that is a good idea"?
53 A. It is highly likely, yes. Certainly, somebody
54 suggested those times and dates, yes.
