       floor.

  Q. It is on the shop floor?
       A. Yes, just next to the kitchen.

  Q. You said they were upstairs, previously?
       A. Upstairs is that -- what is happening on the delivery
is downstairs; that is why I said upstairs.

  Q. Right. So, deliveries are more or less in the basement?
       A. Yes; and the freezer is also downstairs in the
       basement.

  Q. OK. Where are the gloves kept?
       A. That is the same place.

  Q. How are the crew made aware that they are there?
       A. They start training to deliver, doing a delivery, they
will be told what to wear and where it is kept, and how to
       do the job as well.

MS. STEEL: OK. If you carry on, please.

(Video film continued to be played)

MS. STEEL: Can you pause there? Did you see anything that you
would regard as unsatisfactory in that clip of the
interviews, in terms of what the Manager was saying?
       A. No, I do not.

  Q. The 16 year old boy said he wants to work in the evenings
and wants to finish at closing time, along with his friend
who works the same hours. Would there be any problem with
       that?
       A. He would not be scheduled to work until past 12, so we
make sure he is not scheduled after 12; and if he is going
to wait for his friend, he needs more time. But he would
       not be scheduled after 12.

  Q. He said he wanted to finish at closing time, which is
       1 a.m.?
       A. That is correct. But it is the Company policy that the
girls are not allowed to work after 10 if they are under
16, and the boys after 12. So we would not do that. We
       obey the rules.

  Q. If you had seen that Manager dealing with that boy in the
interview, would you have told him to tell the boy there
and then that he could not work?
       A. No, I would not, because he asked him what time he
would like to finish; the boy wished to finish at
1 o'clock. But the scheduled manager is different; he
knows all of the rules. So I would not interfere at all.

  Q. So you would just leave it to check -- as far as you are
concerned, it does not matter if the Manager does not tell
the boy there and then tht he cannot work until 1 a.m.; it
would be up to the scheduling person to make sure he was
       not scheduled past 12 o'clock?
       A. Prior to that, there is an orientation where they would
