MR. MORRIS: Right. (Pause)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If you are having to think this hard,
I think, really, it probably is not appropriate for
re-examination, which is normally glaring matters which you
think need expansion or were confusing in some way. It is
not that we do not have plenty of time, but there is no
point in using a minute unless there is some point in it.

MR. MORRIS: We have finished, but I am trying to see if there
is anything we have missed out that was important. No
further questions.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Gibney.

(The witness withdrew)

MR. RAMPTON: There is just one thing, since Mr. Pearson is
coming tomorrow. We all found over the weekend, when we
were looking at Mr. Pearson's second statement, that its
sixth page was missing from our copies. I do not know what

MR. MORRIS: We have 13, 14 and 15.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, that page is missing, you see.

MR. MORRIS: It is in our official trial bundle.

MR. RAMPTON: It does not matter -----

MR. MORRIS: I will give it to the Plaintiffs.

MR. RAMPTON: I just wanted to check that your Lordship had it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have it. What I suggest is, if you take
yours out for the moment -----

MR. MORRIS: What page was it?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the one with the paragraph 15 on and
then the beginning of paragraph 16. I will rise now. We
