Day 259 - 10 Jun 96 - Page 77
MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well.

MS. STEEL: As in physically handed.

MR. RAMPTON: I do not know what it does mean in that case.
Anyhow, that is 16th June 1990, Mr. Bishop. One other
thing, one specific thing to which I would like to draw
attention: Your first statement, which is 8 without a
letter after it, describes a meeting on 2nd August at 5
Caledonian Road which was attended by both Mr. Morris and
Ms. Steel at which, it appears, there was a certain amount
of discussion about McDonald's. You amplify that -- there
is no need to look it up -- in your fourth statement,
number D, at paragraph (2) on page 5. I say that for other
people's benefit. If you look behind your first statement
in 8 you should find -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which date did you say?

MR. RAMPTON: 2nd August, 1990, my Lord. Just before the
divider 8B and C ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- you will find a document headed Kings Investigation
Bureau Limited; behind the appendices to your statement and
just before divider -----
A. Yes.

Q. Have you got it?
A. Yes, I have.

MR. MORRIS: Is this a dated report?

MR. RAMPTON: Just let me ask the questions.

MR. MORRIS: I have them in a different order, you see.

MR. RAMPTON: It has the date 2nd August, 1990, on it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where is it?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, it should be right at the back of 8, just
before the divider B and C, 8B and C.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not have a divider. I have put matters
in. But behind Mr. Bishop I have got appendix 1, which is
the Aims and Objectives; I have got appendix 2, which is
London Greenpeace fare, Saturday, October 27th; I have got
appendix 3, which is the leaflet complained of and then
I go to the supplementary statement.

MR. RAMPTON: I am sorry, this has not reached your Lordship.
My Lord, it sometimes happens that there is a breakdown in
admin. Can I ask your Lordship to put that either directly
behind Mr. Bishop's statement, which is what I have done,
or else behind the appendices.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I had better put it where you have it, behind
the appendices.
