A. No.

Q. Right. When you first started attending the meetings of
London Greenpeace how old were you then?
A. Can you remind me when the first?

Q. 1990 is the date. January 1990 is the first date in your?
A. I would have been 19.

Q. 19. So presumably you were not a solicitor's clerk for
very long?
A. If my dates are right, for about two years.

Q. And that was?
A. And that was from leaving school.

Q. So when you were, from 16-17 you were a solicitor's clerk?
A. That is right.

Q. So you must have started being a private investigator in
about 1989?
A. I would probably guess, '88.

Q. '88?
A. I am thinking back now.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Why do we not have your date of birth?
A. 1970, my Lord.

Q. Sorry?
A. 1970. From recollection it would have been '88,
perhaps, very early '89. I can't recall.

MS. STEEL: Your first job as a private investigator, was that
freelance or was that employed?
A. It was employment.

Q. But not for Bishops?
A. No, it was not.

Q. Can you tell us how it was that you came to be involved in
this investigation?
A. I was employed with a firm or small company of
investigators. We, as a company, did freelance work.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Please keep your voice up. I cannot keep
reminding you?
A. We did freelance work for Bishops and this was that
relationship.

MS. STEEL: What was the name of that company?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I am not sure that is relevant
information.

MS. STEEL: It might be.

MR. RAMPTON: No. It is not that I mind saying in open Court.
