A. Not in tab 7, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What, the new photographs?

MS. STEEL: The witness could have the photographs.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: They are they not in there yet? They should
be in 5A. They are not there?
A. 5A. I have some photographs in 5A.

MS. STEEL: No. These are the new ones. All right, they are
not the latest ones, but they are the new ones from 1990.
(Handed) If I could ask you to look at photograph 3?
A. Yes.

Q. There is a woman in a white T-shirt talking to a man with

A. That looks like her, yes.

MS. STEEL: Right. Thank you. That was the end of that ---

A. I have been working for Kings on other projects during

Q. Were you aware that Michelle Hooker and/or other agents
were still attending meetings of London Greenpeace after
you had finished?
A. No, I did not know.

Q. You are not aware of that?
A. No.

Q. Did you talk about what you had seen with Michelle and Jan
and Jack Russell?
A. Not at the time; not until long afterwards.

Q. When did you speak to them about it, then?
A. Probably around about the same time -- if I did speak
to them all of them, actually; I do not think I have spoken
to Michelle about it -- when I was made aware that there
would be a court case.

Q. So that would have been -- you spoke to them round about
1993, then?
A. Jack Russell, certainly, Mr. Pocklington, but not
