6 section, it says, "OCLs possible 102, actual 36", implying
7 that 11 out of 30, something of a percentage, are done; so
8 only just over a third have been done. That was from
9 February.

53 under OCLs -- because they are part of the performance
54 reviews system -- "They have improved greatly since new
55 Store Manager in June", which implies it was worse in the
56 previous period.
