1 MR. JUSTICE BELL: We have had this on several occasions in the
2 past. You know that my attitude is rather different to
3 your own, because my own experience is that one gets a lot
4 further a lot quicker if you put what your point is at the
5 beginning and then, by all means, try and chip away at the
6 answer, if you do not like it, by further
7 cross-examination. If you come out into the open right at
8 the beginning, you make much better progress.
