Day 053 - 22 Nov 94 - Page 53
them up and I can read them.

MR. MORRIS: If it is possible for us to do that I am sure there
is no objection, but it is slightly different because the
references that Helen is referring to she is doing
directly, whereas Mr. Rampton did not go through those. It
was an easier way of just handing it over to the parties
and then, if you like, leaving them to get on with it to
check them out for themselves. I think that because of the
interpretation aspect of the references that Helen is
intending to draw inferences from, going through specific
references, rather than to say, well, this is a great long
list. Obviously, if that can be done it can be done.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do your best to do that. I will break off
now. We will resume on Thursday morning with Ms. Dibb. We
will come back to this as soon we can, even if it is just
we find that a witness or that part of a witness has
finished at a quarter past 3 in the afternoon, everyone
must be expected to go back and use such time as is left in
the afternoon; or if a witness, for instance, came late so
we were all here at half past 10 and could not start, to go
back to this application for such time as we are able to.
