A. Yes.

Q. You are aware of that visit. Are you aware of him visiting
in the late 80s or at any time like that, a time around
then?
A. No.

Q. You are not aware of that?
A. No.

Q. Has the change over from 2.5 grain been since you became
the Quality Assurance Manager?
A. Yes, I think so, although I honestly do not -- you
know, I cannot recall being alerted to the fact that this
has gone on, you know. I know it is something that we have
done.

Q. You think it probably was since you have become ----
A. I honestly do not know.

Q. You do not know. Dr. Gregory said it was not unusual for
cows to be reluctant to enter the stunning pen, would you
agree with that?
A. I would say it is not unusual.

Q. Do you know what speed the captive bolt pistol fires at?
A. No.

Q. You do not know. What is the Livestock Movement booklet or
the Livestock Movement book?
A. I believe it is a document more or less what it says.
It just records where livestock are being moved to and
from, but I cannot honestly say that I have seen one.

MR. MORRIS: Could you just show us visually what the size of
the stunning pen would be like compared with the press box
in front of you.
A. Maybe a little longer. It is about that size. It may
be a little longer, perhaps a bit higher.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: So, from the back wall of it to the near edge
of the desk is about the width, is it, the gap there?
A. Yes, actually, I am looking at it with this lip over
the desk here, so maybe a little -- probably halfway along
this table here would probably be about the width of it.

Q. What about the length?
A. I would say that was probably about the length of it.

MR. MORRIS: We are definitely going to finish today.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I was going to ask, we would normally
have a break in the middle of the afternoon, if you think
you are going to finish comfortably, then I suggest we go
on until a time when you want to take stock of what further
you have to ask and we will have our break then.

MR. MORRIS (To the witness): Do you know what percentage of the
cattle -----
