       Michelle.

  Q. Did they talk to you about what they had seen at meetings?
       A. No. The only time we met was in the solicitors'
offices when we were making our statements.

  Q. So you were present at the same time as they were having a
discussion with the solicitors, where people were giving
their accounts of what they had seen at various meetings?
       A. No.

  Q. And the overall impression they got?
       A. No. We attended the office of the solicitors to sign
       our statements.

  Q. You spoke to them there?
       A. Yes.

  Q. What did you speak to them about?
       A. Nothing specific. We did not discuss the case between
       us.

  Q. You did not discuss -----
       A. We were not required to.

  Q. You did not discuss any of the meetings?
       A. We were not required to.

MR. MORRIS: Did you have a chance to discuss with
Mr. Pocklington today, to compare notes about what
       happened?
       A. I have not seen Mr. Pocklington. It is the first time
I have seen him since we met at the solicitors.

  Q. You did not have a chance to discuss anything?
       A. No.

MS. STEEL: When you say -- this is in the notes, and it is
actually in your statement as well -- London Greenpeace
agreed at this meeting to picket either the Charing Cross
McDonald's or one of the Oxford Street branches at
lunchtime and then a picket of the Headquarters in the
evening, and then, later than that still, a picket of the
Tottenham Court Road restaurant, and then it says "final
details are to be decided before the actual day". So what
happened there was that somebody put forward a suggestion
that there should be a picket of these branches of
       McDonald's at those times?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And other people, some of the other people present might
have said, "Yes, that is a good idea"?
       A. It is highly likely, yes. Certainly, somebody
suggested those times and dates, yes.

  Q. You are not able to say who?
       A. No.

  Q. Then, in the next paragraph: "On another subject, the group
decided to picket the Bank of England on 25th September in
