reporting on the pickets saying that she had been present.

I remember her on the picket of McDonald's head office
on world anti-McDonald's day, the picket on 16th October
1990. I can recall her being on the picket and handing out
anti-McDonald's leaflets. I also remember her having a
relationship with Charlie Brooke and getting very involved
in the group. I was going to say actually I wanted to show
the video so that I can say.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us see where you have got to. You want
to show the video about the --
       A. 1990.

  Q. 16th October 1990?
       A. Yes, yes.

  Q. Right. Well can we do without a break then, because I
think you will have a little rest while we watch some of
the video? Mrs Brinley-Codd, can you help again please if
the video is present? Thank you. Do you have the video,
       the copy of it?
       A. I have not got it with me. I thought there was one in
       court.

  Q. How are you going to deal with it? Do you want it shown
and then you are going to say things, or are you going to
ask Mrs Brinley-Codd if she will stop it?
       A. Shall I take the control and stop it?

  Q. I think --
       A. I could just talk over it if I talk loudly, because
there is not anything particularly important in the sound
       track.

  Q. Do you want to go down there so you can see it, or can you
see it from where you are?
       A. I cannot actually see the whole screen. I can see part
       of it.

  Q. I think you had better go down. If you stand in front of
the microphone in front of Mr. Morris it will be picked up.

                     (Witness left witness box)
                        (Video switched on)

  Q. Can we turn the sound right down; is it possible? You do
not need the sound do you?
       A. No, no not on this one. That is Michelle Hooker, there
in the white shirt, standing right next to me by the tree.
She has got leaflets in her hand. That is her there
picking up the other end of the banner, me holding one end
of the London Greenpeace banner and her holding the other
end. (Pause) That is her again standing on the right of the
picture in a white shirt, with leaflets in her hand. And I
do remember that she was handing out anti-McDonald's
leaflets, the A5 "What is wrong with McDonald's?" leaflets
       (pause).

That is her again with the blue jacket on and the
