  Q. Is it not a fact that it is an industry organisation?
       A. Nutrition Foundation?

  Q. British Nutrition Foundation, yes?
       A. I believe so, yes.

  Q. What about the other one? The British Diabetic
       Association?
       A. I honestly do not know about that one; it could be.

  Q. So certainly the first one is not an independent
       organisation?
       A. It is independent in as such as it is not associated
with any particular commercial company that I am aware of.

  Q. No, just the food industry in general.
       A. It is an association for the industry.

  Q. Right. I wanted to ask some questions about the Question
of Balance leaflet. I am not sure if it has been put in
       the bundle yet or not?
       A. I have it here in a separate file.

MR. MORRIS: Have you got it?
       A. It is in my briefcase, if I have permission to get it?
It is a Barlow Lyde & Gilbert file.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is the one with the red emblem on the
bottom rather than the black, is it not, Ms. Steel?

MS. STEEL: It has a blue thing across the top, yes, rather than
       the black.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there a spare copy of that? (Handed).

MS. STEEL: You have responsibility for this leaflet, do you
       not?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Are you happy with this leaflet?
       A. I think every leaflet can be improved. It sets out a
very clear idea of what a question of balance is, but we
could make improvements I am sure.

  Q. The paragraph at the bottom of the page on the question of

  Q. "With a broad range of customers from different age groups
and walks of life we have to ensure that any nutritional
changes are designed to help them all. We therefore
continually review our products to ensure that we fulfil
