from -- they are not pathogenic, they are spoilage
bacteria, and it is a test really to see whether you have
got a significant amount of these in your products.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can we forget them for food poisoning or not?
       A. Yes, they are not a food poisoning concern.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I suggest we finish there. I suggest you
spend a bit of time overnight so you are well organised
tomorrow with a view to finish comfortably within the day.

MR. RAMPTON: There is one thing before your Lordship rises. We
were promised and do not yet have and we would like to have
before the end of the day so we have at least one working
day left before Monday to deal with, which is the
particulars of the Sun Valley ex-catcher

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, the catcher.

MR. RAMPTON: It is becoming urgent.

MS. STEEL: I was trying to finish jotting some things down
       about that now.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How long will it take you?

MS. STEEL: Hopefully I can do it within about five minutes. It
is all from notes and it is a bit rough, but it will give
       the basic idea.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will rise now. Unless my recollection
fails me there are a multitude of quite large tables
outside in the hall. I would ask you to sit there with
your clean piece of paper finish compiling what you want to
do and then Mr. Riley might be kind enough to make
photocopies, so that you can give it to Mrs. Brinley-Codd
and keep copies for yourself and Mr. Morris, but before you
       go away this afternoon.
