Can I say a couple of references which were referred to
last week, which I don't think I gave pages and reference
numbers for? There was one on whether or not - I think
this was Wheelock - it was sensible to encourage people to
eat food high in fat, and so on. I will not read out the
whole quote again. That was day 50, page 18, line 14.

Day 15, page 20, line 12, he accepted that there were
certain of the products in McDonald's range which did not
conform to the recommendations for dietary guidelines.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are those both 15?

MS. STEEL: Yes, 15. Day 16, page 30, line 23 was the
agreement that diet plays an important role in degenerative
diseases such as heart disease and some cancers. Day 16,
page 66, line 4, was when he gave his definition of
nutritious being contains nutrients. And at line 13 was
where he agreed that he could not think of a food which by
his definition would not be described as nutritious, or
where he said that he could not think of a food.

Day 21, page 6, line 8, was if we are to make substantial
improvements in public health by reducing the death rate
from cardiovascular diseases it would be advisable to
reduce the amount of saturated fat in the diet and to also
reduce the total amount of calories they consume and to
       reduce total fat.

On day 21, page 29, line 30, he agreed that there was no
dispute that many of McDonald's products are relatively
high in fat and saturated fat and that it was impossible to
reach the recommendations for sodium with commonly
available processed foods and that that applied to
McDonald's foods as well. This is all Professor Wheelock.

On day 21, page 30, line 23 he said that there was no
question that some meal combinations that a person would
have in McDonald's, if you work out the proportions of fat,
saturated fat and salt, they would come above the
recommendations for the total diet in terms of
       concentration.

And on page 31, line 18, he agreed that a typical meal of
cheeseburger, fries and milkshake was going to be high in
fat, saturated fat and salt and sodium. He said he did not
think there would be any question or argument about that.

On day 21, page 46, line 12, was the quote about that there
was a considerable amount of evidence to suggest that many
of the diseases which are more common in the western
affluent world, such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease,
some forms of cancer, and so on, were related to diet and
that the typical western diet was low in fibre, high in
       fat, et cetera.

On page 47 he went on to say that the dietary factors that
were being considered in relation to breast and bowel
cancer were the total amount of fat, the total amount of
