  Q. Saturday, you had to get up absolutely with the lark, do
       you not?
       A. I get up at half past 4 usually on a Saturday but now
it has changed to 5.00 because we start open -- we get in
at 6.00 now so I get up at 5.00.

  Q. Finally, can you remember to speak up a bit because this is
a rotten court to hear in.
       A. Yes.

  Q. But each shift that you do, it stops at 2.30?
       A. Yes, well, within a week ago it changed, Saturdays now
       I finish at 3.00, I do a 6.00/3.00. But until a week ago,
       that was correct, yes.

  Q. So Saturdays it is now 6.00 to 3.00, is it?

       A. Yes, that is a good time for me to stop.

  Q. What is the reason for that?
       A. It gives me a chance to get home and sort my animals
       out ---

of this week made by Michael Logan that, so far as he is
concerned or he alleges, various products were watered
down, milkshakes, stuff like that. Can I ask you this
first, what is sold over the counter to the customers
during the time that you are on duty?
       A. We do various breakfast products like Big Breakfast,
