Day 002 - 29 Jun 94 - Page 62
1
MR. JUSTICE BELL: If they do reconsider otherwise, well and
2 good, otherwise is the headquarters at Finchley much
nearer to you than Barlow's office?
3
MISS STEEL: It is nearer but not much nearer. It is still
4 quite a trek.
5 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I stick by my ruling of last night. We will
wait and see how we do.
6
Tomorrow until tomorrow at 2 o'clock you have some time to
7 get your bundles in order or start getting them in order.
I know you have already said that you will concentrate on
8 the documents for the first two witnesses.
9 MR. RAMPTON: I should have said that without any
acknowledgment, any thanks, gratitude or anything else
10 from either Mr. Morris or Miss Steel, we did deliver a
whole knew set of trial bundles to Mr. Morris' house last
11 night despite it not having been said by your Lordship
that we should.
12
MR. JUSTICE BELL: Anyway, we will have Mr. Preston in the
13 witness box called by Mr. Rampton at 2 o'clock tomorrow.
14 MISS STEEL: OK.
15 MR. JUSTICE BELL: This case will be listed again at 2 o'clock
tomorrow.
