Day 145 - 29 Jun 95 - Page 60
that Mr. Rampton has that he wants to bring up, we expect
to be told, as he knows what it is, by the end of today --
in fact, before we walk out of court, it would be helpful
-- so that we can we get advice on it, if we need to. If
they just want to write it down, we will make sure it is in
confidence, or whatever -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Will you give notice of that, Mr. Rampton?

MR. RAMPTON: Mrs. Brinley-Codd will do it on a piece of paper
when your Lordship has risen. I said what I said not to
save my blushes, but I will not say any more about that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not worry about that. If someone would be
kind enough just to write down what the matter is and hand
it to Mr. Morris or Ms. Steel. We will adjourn now and
resume in chambers at 10.30 on Monday morning.
