Day 125 - 12 May 95 - Page 51
MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. That may well be right. Yes, I
will look.

MR. RAMPTON: Mine is at the back of the transcript of the
argument.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I looked at the transcript for the day so
that is probably the explanation.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, if it would help, I think it would be
useful in due course if we put all the rulings from the
beginning of the case into one file. Then we have got a
recent collection in there.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there anything we need to discuss? Monday
and Tuesday, you and Mrs. Brinley-Codd want to direct your
energies elsewhere?

MR. RAMPTON: If that is all right, given that Mr. Fairgrieve is
coming on Wednesday, he has three days for his
cross-examination to be completed. My Lord, I do have a
firm date now for Mr. Stein which is the date that he was
originally coming which is 19th June. So he has two full
weeks. The reason I do not offer him for the early part of
July is that that is when his family holiday starts.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Do you understand that?

MS. STEEL: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Mr. Stein is back where he was on the list.

MR. RAMPTON: He had a meeting at the beginning of that week but
he has got out of that and he is coming.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If I may say so, I think that is helpful and
a satisfactory conclusion. Unless is anything we must
discuss, we will resume at 10.30 next Wednesday with
Mr. Fairgrieve.
