10 A. No, they are told that they have a 39 hour working day
11 -- working week, sorry.

13 Q. If a Manager, First Assistant or Second Assistant, all
14 three of them, perhaps, in one restaurant, were for any
15 particular reason absent from the restaurant on a
16 particular day during a particular shift period, and
17 delegated the management of the shift to the Floor Manager,
18 would they have anything deducted from their salaries for
19 the fact that they were absent during that shift or not?
