Day 267 - 21 Jun 96 - Page 50

       A. I would have been in the vicinity of that area, yes.

  Q. So you would be aware -- were you there when the writ was
served on me, or close by?
       A. I cannot recall. There were many writs that needed to
be served and there were lots of people involved. I cannot
       remember.

  Q. Do you know north London?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you know Haringey?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you know Green Lane?
       A. Yes.

  Q. The writ was served on me in a road just off Green Lane.
Were you there when it was served?
       A. I do not recall.

  Q. It was not outside my house?
       A. I do not recall.

  Q. Where the writs were not served outside peoples' houses is
that because you had followed them to friends' houses or
other places where they might visit?
       A. Those tasked with serving the writs were given
numerous addresses, possibly whereabouts of those that
needed to be served with writs. Where they were served, I
       cannot recall.

  Q. But it was not just peoples' home addresses that you gave
       over?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where are we going now in relation to the
       issues in this case?

MS. STEEL: Well, I do not know. The Plaintiffs have been
moaning about intimidation. Personally, at the time I must
say they found it quite intimidating that a writ was served
on me over a mile away from my house.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What has that got to do with an issue in the
       case?

MS. STEEL: Well, my character has been maligned so I do not see
why we should not hear the full extent of McDonald's dirty
       tricks.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Move on to something else then, because I do
not see that as helping me in relation to an issue in this
       case.

MS. STEEL: Just going back to the business in the office, you
were just in there for a few minutes, yes, you said?
       A. However long it would have taken to take those
       photographs, yes.

  Q. Did you go through the filing cabinets and boxes while you
