Q. You say that Sarah spoke to you a couple of times about the
union, and then Chris approached you at least twice after
that; is that correct?
A. Yes. Sarah talked to me a couple of times, and so did
Chris Morrison.

Q. Right. That was over something like a three week period?
A. I cannot remember the exact date of signing my card,
but every -- you know, Sarah talked to me at the meeting
and tried to get me to sign a card, and I said, you
know, "No. I do not know all the details yet. I have to
go to work." She tried again when I was going into work.
She said, "Do you want to sign a card now?" I said, "No,
I do not want to sign a card." I said, "You know, I have
questions and I am not sure if I want to do this", and she
said, "Oh, you do not have to worry about anything." Then,
I mean, every time she saw me or I saw her, she was always
asking, "When can I come over? When are you thinking about
signing a card"; and then the next thing I know, Chris
Morrison also started asking me, "When do you want to sign
the card? Can I come over to get you to sign the card?"
He did that -- like, every time I called him, he would say,
"Have you thought any more about the union? What do you
think? Have you decided to sign the card yet?"

I cannot remember the exact date I signed my card, but
it felt like every time I saw them they always had to --
they were always asking me if I wanted to sign the card.

Q. But you had about four specific discussions with them?
A. I remember ---

Q. That is what you have put in your statement?
A. -- four distinct, like, you know, discussions, and then
there were also many minor ones, when we would see each
other for two minutes passing by each other, type thing,
or, you know, Chris Morrison calling me up, saying, "Do you
want to go to the movies tonight", or, "Do you want to do
this? Do you want to do that", and he would be like, "Oh,
have you thought anything about it?"

Q. Right. This was over some kind of number of weeks, anyway?
A. Until I signed my card.

Q. I am trying to find out roughly when that was, even if you
do not know the exact day. Was this over a number of
weeks?
A. I think it was either the second or third week of
August. I cannot remember the exact date I signed my
card. That would be, you know, the amount of times they
approached me in that time, yes.

Q. You have been working at McDonald's now for five years,
something like that; yes?
A. Yes.

Q. Since you were 15. The management at McDonald's, they
would talk to you about the way they like to run things,
when you were at the store, would they not? They would
