8 Q. Would you agree that it would be irresponsible if important
9 Company documents, only one copy is made and they are kept
10 in somebody's personal house?
11 A. It could be viewed as being irresponsible.

13 Q. They might just say, "I am fed up with McDonald's", rip all
14 the documents up, and walk off, might they not?
15 A. They could do, yes.

22 MR. MORRIS: Who receives copies of -- when a performance review
23 of a Manager is done, who are copies made to? Is one kept
24 at the store, one kept at the Birmingham office, or -----
25 A. One will be given to the Manager who had the review
26 conducted upon him.

29 A. One will go to the senior Supervisor, i.e. me; and then
30 one would go to personnel, Human Resources in the region.

32 Q. Right. That would be the -- whether it is a six monthly or
33 annual performance review, that would be the same process?
34 A. Yes.

36 Q. Were you asked by the Plaintiffs' solicitors or by anybody
37 in the Company about your recollection of these meetings,
38 these leaving meetings with Mr. Coton, before you were
39 approached about doing a statement?

41 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which statement are you talking about?

43 MR. MORRIS: The statement that you have made about Mr. Coton.
44 Before you were approached about the actual statement, were
45 you asked about meetings with Mr. Coton and whether there
46 were any reports of those meetings?
47 A. Before I made the statement, before I made the
48 statement, I had discussions with Patty about Ray Coton,
49 and then came and made the statement.

54 it is known that she is a solicitor of the Supreme Court we
