Day 195 - 04 Dec 95 - Page 76
of witnesses on the same topic while the issues are in our
mind.

Is there anything more you want to say about the timetable?

MR. MORRIS: No.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have anything to say?

MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord, except by Friday 15th December,
although I would encourage your Lordship to sit, I think
there may be a sufficient amount of administrative material
to occupy most of that day, including, of course, next
term's arrangements because we have to get people organised
for next term.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Concentrate on Friday, Mr. Morris, if you
will, if you are doing the organising for yourselves and
Ms. Steel in relation to these witnesses.

What I would appreciate, so I can get a measure of Friday
15th, is if you, Mr. Rampton, could make out a list of the
loose ends and, as it were, if you, Ms. Steel and
Mr. Morris, could make up a list of loose ends yourselves
so I can see whether I think reasonably we will fill the
best part of the day.

We will resume at 2 p.m. on Wednesday with Mr. Coton.
