MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is it? I do not have subsections within
       the tabs.

  MR. MORRIS: It is...

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have put numbers on some of them.

MR. MORRIS: It is a document in Swedish, which I will not ask
you to translate, you will be pleased to know. There is a
       translation behind it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What does it look like?

  MR. MORRIS: It is...

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. That is 6 is it?

MR. MORRIS: It is in the directory at the front, it should be
in the index. Have you seen that? I am sure you have not
seen it before but this is, I am reliably informed, Swedish
broadcasting regulations, and the translation at the back,
which is the last page in that section, indicates that no
advertising is to be directed at children under 12 years of
       age.
       A. On the bottom of the page? I am sorry, I hope we are
looking at the same thing. On the bottom of my page it
talks about this not being a good translation.

  Q. Yes. That is correct. That is the actual translation?
       A. We are on the same page. Right.

  Q. Yes, that is right.
       A. OK.

  Q. Are you aware that in Sweden McDonald's is not allowed to
advertise directly to children on television?
       A. They are a different advertising laws in many countries
around the world, and we comply with those laws.

  Q. I am not saying you do not comply with it, I am just trying
to say that you are aware that in some countries there is
       bans on advertising to children?
       A. Yes.

  Q. On television?
       A. Yes.

  Q. OK. Thank you. That is all. Do you know what the reason
       for those bans are?
       A. I did not write the law, and I am not Swedish. I could
       not begin to guess.

  Q. OK. We can leave that document. I think that is all with
that file. Thank you very much.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, might I say something which I was
attempting to say a moment ago. I have said it in a way.
I would be very keen for Mr. Preston should finish this
afternoon for all sorts of reasons, not least his own
