Day 205 - 17 Jan 96 - Page 57

order is, my Lord, Le Maire, Plaister -- Plaister and
Le Maire, but the order of those two not yet certain -- and
then, finally, Khazna and Roberts, again the order not yet
certain. But Moffatt, Plaister and Le Maire and then
Khazna and Roberts. My Lord, that is so far as I go on
       employment.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. If there are no other applications, we
will adjourn until Monday, 22nd at 10.30.

MR. MORRIS: Can I just say one thing as regards scheduling, I
have a dental problem at the moment. In fact, I have had
it throughout the case but I have not done anything about
it until now. I have booked times on Friday afternoons on
three consecutive weeks. Now the problem is they are all
on afternoons where there might be some danger that we do
       not finish early.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What times are your appointment?

MR. MORRIS: 2.45. I am going to see if I can get them changed,
but I have got some problems I need to sort out with my
teeth. But what I have got at the moment is 26th of this
month which is Logan's second day, which I thought we might
be quite a safe booking; the 2nd February which is Beech,
although I have not confirmed Beech to attend that day --
he is actually out of the country at the moment -- and the
9th, which is Hovey which is probably an unsafe time. So
I could try -- I mean, I will see what I can do, but I may
not be able to -- those are the dates.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I mean, I suggest you keep your appointment
for Friday, 26th. We might see if we cannot sit a bit
early, have a 20 minute break in the middle of the morning
and go on until half past one or something like that. If
you can change the Friday 22nd and Friday 9th to some day
round those times but later in the day, so much the
       better.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I mean, just to say that I did -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Your dentist is near home, is he or she?

MR. MORRIS: No, it is not. It is the other side of London, for
       reasons unknown to myself.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How long do you need to leave yourself to get
there? Is an hour and a quarter enough?

MR. MORRIS: If I was leaving from here I am sure I could get
there in an about three-quarters of an hour, an hour,
       something like that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will possibly start early on Friday 26th
and have a slightly longer break in the middle of the
morning than normal and sit on to something like half past
one. But if you can change the other to put them later in
the day, so much the better.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.
