MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will read the letter and the voluntary
particulars of the defence and counterclaim.

MR. RAMPTON: I do not encourage your Lordship to read the

MR. MORRIS: Mr. Clark cannot make the 22nd, so our first
witness will be Mr. North on the 23rd. Mr. Clark is very
busy for a whole month.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not concern yourself with that. If he
cannot come on that day, he cannot come on that day. We
will leave the schedule as it is, and think about Mr. Clark
later, if need be. We will have that Monday as a
preparation day. Ten thirty on Monday.
