Day 272 - 02 Jul 96 - Page 76

  Q. I sometimes interrupt because I think you have finished. I
do not mean to be rude?
       A. Sorry.

  Q. No, no. It is my fault. The World Day of Action on the
16th October 1990 took place because London Greenpeace had
decided amongst its members and amongst its members and by
members I do not include inquiry agents that it should do
       so?
       A. Well, obviously if people who were at the meetings
would decide to do that, but there were inquiry agents at
       meetings.

  Q. I know. OK. Then, perhaps, one last document this evening
Mr. Gravett, then I will come back to this topic previously
in the morning and then ask you a few more questions, then
I hope I will have finished.

  Q. Where do I find Michelle Hooker's notes? If you put down
pink 1A which you will not need until tomorrow morning, and
replace it with the mid- blue or royal blue on the top
       shelf?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And please turn to the notes of the 13th September, 1990
made by Michelle Hooker. My Lord, I think it is page 201D.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will see where I have it.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Gravett, the relevant section starts with a 4
in a circle, which I hope is 201A.

MS. STEEL: I have 201B, but I might be completely wrong.

  MR. RAMPTON: Mine is too.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Mine is 210B; 210A having the 19th September
       90 on it.

MS. STEEL: That is the blank sheet?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Page 2301B, yes.

MR. RAMPTON: That shows us we are on the 13th September 1990
Mr. Gravett. The page I would like you to look at is 201D
for Donald which is not quite the last page of these
notes. Now it says at the top of the page: "The next
matter to be discussed was McDonald's. Helen produced a
book on McDonald's by John F Love, entitled Behind The" --
and I can tell you what the rest of it is. Behind the
Arches; I am sure you know it backwards. "It appeared to be
about the financial rise of McDonalds's." Do you remember
Helen Steel having a copy of that book, not necessarily at
that meeting, but around that time?
       A. No, I do not.

  Q. You do not?
       A. No.
