       immediately mopped up.

  Q. What about environment/index.html">litter outside the restaurant, what happens?
       A. We do have environment/index.html">litter patrols and they are out every hour.

  Q. Have you been on then?
       A. Many a times and I do still do now if I find anything.

  Q. You do, do you?
       A. Outside, if I find it is still outside, rubbish, I will
       go and sweep it up.

  Q. Do you remember a girl called -- I think she was a black
girl; that is what we were told anyway -- called Fiona or
       Jackie Byfield?
       A. Yes, I do remember her.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What name do you remember?
       A. Jackie.

MR. RAMPTON: Do you remember anything about her?
       A. What really struck me about how clean and tidy she
really was. She was really immaculate in that way. She --
I would say she was a well educated girl and that. As
I say, she was spotless. She is one of those type of
person, I think, who liked the till but did not like the
dining room area. She did not like the cleaning projects
       and all that.

MR. MORRIS: Hang on a second.

THE WITNESS: I think she came -- sorry.

MR. RAMPTON: Hang on just a tick. You said you think she
       came -----
       A. She came as a party hostess.

  Q. As a party hostess?
       A. Yes, for the children's parties.

  Q. But, in fact, she preferred working at the till or behind?
       A. At the till.

  Q. Liked the till?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is there a lady working, or was there a lady working --
perhaps she still does -- at Seven Sisters called Lena?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Has she been there all the time you have been there?
       A. She has left now.

  Q. She has left now?
       A. Yes, she approximately worked there for nearly 18
       years, I would say.

  Q. Nearly 18 years?
       A. Yes.
