Day 245 - 07 May 96 - Page 80

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. I think what has happened is that I was
given fresh bundles which were in my room and at some stage
I have asked Mr. Glen or one of his predecessors to bring
them down again and they have been brought down and the old
ones have not been taken away. All I want to make sure of
is I have got what the current bundles are and they can be
checked, because some have got 1B, some have got 1B and
then a little (i) in brackets and others have got 1B and a
little (ii) in brackets, and the 1s and 2s may be first,
second, third versions.

All I would like at some stage, and if it can possibly be
done before Thursday morning well and good, is to know
which are the current bundles and if there have been first
and second editions if they can actually be written on the
pink labels so one knows it is first bundle and then second
version and then current version. So if we fall into this
problem again, I know where we are.

MR. RAMPTON: That will involve Mrs. Brinley-Codd looking at
what your Lordship has got. She has a spare set here.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: As far as I am concerned, Mrs. Brinley-Codd
can come up here if she wants to and look through mine --
there is nothing secret there -- when she has a moment to
do so.
