MR. RAMPTON: Thank you, Mrs. Tiller.

MS. STEEL: Can we just borrow that poster, because we have not
       actually got ours with us?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will hand mine back down again. (Handed).

                   Re-examined by THE DEFENDANTS

MR. MORRIS: The poster that you looked at, this is the one that
is headed Hackney and Islington Animal Rights Campaign with
some kind of logo from that group?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So, that seems to be a poster produced by Hackney and
       Islington Animal Rights?
       A. Yes, it seems to be so, yes.

MR. MORRIS: We have no further questions. Thank you very
       much.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, thank you, Mrs. Tiller. If you would
just put those on the table and someone else will put the
folders away. Can you help, Mr. Riley?

                       (The witness withdrew)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have another witness for this
       afternoon?

MR. MORRIS: We do not have one that we want to call today. We
have got the Civil Evidence Act Notices that we would like
       to read out.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will come back and do that this
afternoon. But let us just use a minute or two to look at
the schedule. Have you got any other names I can put in it
       now?

MR. MORRIS: Mr. Brett is on Monday.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What about Monday afternoon or Monday morning
for that matter. How long will Mr. Brett take, Mr.
       Rampton?

  MR. RAMPTON: Very short.

MR. MORRIS: We had Mr. Gravett lined up for Tuesday, but maybe
we could bring him forward. I have actually got a bit of a
difficulty on Monday in that my son is off school and I was
hoping to attend -- I have not actually attended, since
this case started, any parents' -- it is a parents' day and
the parents are expected to book in some time with the
teacher and I have never actually done that. I was hoping
       to do that late afternoon.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let me see before I make a decision about
       that.

MR. MORRIS: We have asked Paul Gravett to be available for
