MR. MORRIS: Thank you for the brief moment there. There are
just a couple of things before we move on to animals that
I want to say. Something I was not sure if I made clear
when I was doing the meaning section of the tropical forest
rainforest, was I did sort of refer to but I did not
specifically, talking about the box, "fifty acres every
minute" box, I did say that the area of concern is the one
that is supplied by the one billion people, depending on
water flowing from these forests, et cetera et cetera. It
talks about the disaster in Ethiopia, of which there is a
reference to in the very first side, that is the live aid,
if you remember, Bob Geldoff raising money for people in
Ethiopia, and I was going to make the points that there
is.... It says: "The disaster in Ethiopia and Sudan is at
least partly due to uncontrolled deforestation". And it
       talks about Amazonia.

The point I am making is that it is my understanding that
there is no rainforest, as defined by McDonald's or
Mr. Rampton in this case, in Ethiopia, but there are
tropical forests, and that adds weight to our point that
the description in the pamphlet, in the important boxes,
which is the first two, on that section defines the area of
concern as all tropical forests, the lush green belt around
       the equator.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You did make those two points before, in
       fact.

MR. MORRIS: The other thing I have to say is that I was trying
to find - I don't know what happened to it - Mr. Malinson
produced a sheet with some calculations on it by somebody
else about the forest area knocked down. I don't know
       where it got put.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It was a Mr. Thomson or something.

MR. MORRIS: Something like that, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It may be behind his statement. But did you
want to make a point on that?

MR. MORRIS: No, it was just I was looking for it, preparing
       for the packaging section, sorry.

  MS. STEEL: I am just looking -- sorry, I couldn't find ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just let me complete my note. (Pause) Yes?

MS. STEEL: If I just say that we were not actually able to get
legal advice at the weekend after all, but obviously, you
know, we realise we have to carry on anyway, so I will move
on to the animal section of the fact sheet.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do get the legal advice. I do not think it
need be over-complicated. I mean, what occurs to me on
animals is it seems to me there is a general sting there,
apart from any specific sting, and the question is what you
