to the back of that, nearly to the back, if you open it, it
should have a lever inside it which enables you to release
the papers. Turn the papers over to the back to a tab
called 39E. Have you got in front of you a statement by
       you?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Can you turn to the back of it where you see on page 21 at
the top there is a signature and a date, 16th October 1995?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is that your signature?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Have you read this statement recently?
       A. Yes.

  Q. There are one or two things I am just going to ask you
about. Are you satisfied that that is a true account of
what you have written in the statement?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Just a couple of things. For this, if you would not mind,
a pink file with a large XIV on the back of it, if you
could do the same thing with that and turn to a tab 94A? I
will just tell you this, in paragraphs 18 to 22 -- you do
not need to look at it, but you can if you want -- you tell
us about a petition, yes, which you, as it were, took part
in arranging over the weekend of the 2nd, 3rd and through
to Monday, 4th October 1993. Do you remember that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. What I would like you to do is turn to -- you see the page
numbers in the pink file? Sorry, this is a bit
complicated, but in the pink file, inside tab 94A at
page number 1576 -- have you got that? It goes on to
       1577. Do you see that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Is that the petition which is referred to in those
       paragraphs of your statement?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Thank you. Then I want you to look at one more thing.

My Lord, these have gone into yellow XIII, but for saving
time I will just pass them up. My Lord, Miss Iurilla's
letter to the Ontario Labour Board is the first in that
       bundle.

(To the witness) All I want you to do, please,
       Miss Iurilla -----

MR. MORRIS: Sorry, which bundle are we looking at now?

MR. RAMPTON: It is the Civil Evidence Act bundle, or you will
       find it in -----

MR. MORRIS: It is not the first one. Lee Wilson -----
