Day 250 - 15 May 96 - Page 64
MR. RAMPTON: Can I make a request before your Lordship rises
for the original of that Veggies leaflet that was handed in
a moment ago, and also the originals of the Defendants'
photographs, which I do not think I have seen.

MS. STEEL: If they want to inspect them they can look at them
after court, that is no problem.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I suggest you look at the photographs after
court.

MR. RAMPTON: I do not need to do it now, but I do want to look
at them.

MS. STEEL: Was it handed up or anything, or the photographs
there?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It did not stay up here nor did the
photographs. Sort that out with Mrs. Brinley-Codd's help
if she would not mind.

MR. MORRIS: Before we rise, can we just say, it is agreed that
we have booked a legal meeting at four on Friday, is it
agreed we will not sit beyond?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Unless something extraordinary happens with
Ms Bramford we will rise -- where is it?

MR. MORRIS: It is in Holborn.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will not sit beyond half past 3 on Friday
afternoon, at the latest.

MR. MORRIS: It will be 3 o'clock.
