Day 260 - 11 Jun 96 - Page 57
MS. STEEL: OK. 9th August. Have you got the notes?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. Do you remember who was at this meeting?
A. I can only go from the notes, the report that was
written the following day.

Q. That first paragraph would have been about who the people
were who were attending the meetings?
A. Yes. That is how I normally started.

Q. It would not have been about anything else?
A. I cannot say. It does not mention anything else.

Q. Were you likely to go on to a different subject in the
first paragraph?
A. It is possible, yes.

Q. What about between the names of Alan from Catford and
Charlie, would it be likely to talk about a completely
different subject?
A. I see what you mean. Probably not.

MR. MORRIS: There would have been some other names of people
that attended the meetings?
A. It would appear to be that way, yes.

MS. STEEL: In your notes, you have said: "The meeting was
chaired by Jane and the meeting lacked the direction of
last week, probably due to the absence of the leading
members of the group."

Now, you have not put any names in there, but in your
statement you have put my name, Mr. Gravett's name and
Mr. Morris' name?
A. Yes.

Q. Again, is that because, basically, you knew that the action
was about myself and Mr. Morris?
A. No. That was because when yourself, Mr. Morris and or
Mr. Gravett were at meetings, decisions seemed to be
taken. When you were not present, not much seemed to
happen.

Q. Charlie and Mark that are referred to there, had you seen
them at many meetings?
A. Charlie, yes; Mark, no -- not at many meetings.

Q. Alan, as we know, is a private investigator. You go on to
say that you had the impression that no one present wished
to be definitive about such matters -- which is about the
workshops, I think.
A. Yes.

Q. "...because whatever they said would be overruled by the
non-existent hierarchy. The latter disagreed." So this
was your impression?
A. Yes.

Q. Nobody actually said, "We are not going to make a decision,
