Day 133 - 12 Jun 95 - Page 63
last couple of months or so because you have given a list
in court, but it would greatly help me if you could make up
a list of the total, it can just be in long-hand, which you
can hand up to me or if Mrs. Brinley-Codd or Mr. Rampton or
Mr. Atkinson has made a list as you have given their names
I would be grateful if they could give me a copy of it, so
that I make sure I have a complete list.

MR. RAMPTON: We think we have a pretty good idea. We have had
to have a pretty good idea because we have to schedule
witnesses for after Mr. Stein.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not worry now. Perhaps someone tomorrow
afternoon will give me a list of them all.

MR. RAMPTON: We will do that. What I was going to say was,
which your Lordship may not have picked up, at the end of
week I think I said I would try to get either
Mr. Fairgrieve or preferably Mr. Newton Brown and Mr. Tony
Jardina. I have Mr. Newton Brown.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You have Mr. Sexton who deals with East Ham.

MR. RAMPTON: That is right, yes. There will be those two.
I am afraid to say I think they will be on separate days,
that is to say one on Thursday and the other on Friday.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will have Mr. Sexton on Thursday. If he
is finished early the time I am sure can be used. We will
have Mr. Newton Brown on Friday and if he finishes earlier
again the time can be used.

MR. RAMPTON: That is how it looks at the moment.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will resume at 10.30 in the morning.
