combination.

Q. You said a moment ago, if I am not mistaken. I will just
check it, and I assume you were talking about McDonald's
food?
A. Can you wait a moment while I find the information?

Q. Yes, of course.
A. Could somebody help me as to where they are?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. It is pink 6 and it is divider 5, and
then page 52 stamped at the bottom of the page

MR. RAMPTON: Can you tell me... I am sorry, because I do not
know. Which document are you looking at?
A. I am not sure. If you give me a McDonald's meal I
will be able to look at it.

Q. I cannot do that. You said a moment ago, talking about
McDonald's food, that it was low in minerals and vitamins,
and I ask you what are the minerals in which you think, no
doubt on the basis of research, are the minerals in which
McDonald's food is low or deficient?
A. I think, when I was talking about vitamins and minerals
I was talking about a healthy diet in general. When you
look at a healthy diet in general, for example, the report
on the diets of British school children there were certain
minerals like calcium which were quite low in the diets of
British school children. So, it would obviously depend on
exactly what meal you are referring to, but I would suggest
calcium is one that would be low.

Q. If with your hamburger, your milk shake or your cheese on
top of it, you are getting bags of calcium?
A. But not everybody would put cheese and have a milk
shake with McDonald's food.

Q. There is plenty of calcium in meat is there not?
A. No, there is not very much calcium in meat.

Q. And there is lots in dairy products?
A. Meat is particularly low in calcium. If you want to
increase the calcium content of your diet eating more meat
would not do that.

Q. What about dairy products?
A. Dairy products are a good source of calcium. That is
true, yes.

Q. And meat is full of vitamins too is it not?
A. There are certain vitamins that meat is particularly
low in.

Q. I know, but it also has vitamins which we all need does it
not?
A. You could pick any food and say, you know, that this
food has vitamins that we need, but there are some vitamins
that meat is lacking in. For example, vitamin C, it is not
very high -- well, it is particularly low in vitamin C. I
have heard of instances of school children who have a diet
