Day 016 - 22 Jul 94 - Page 79
1 MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, I do not think you can yet. I think
what you have to do is -- Monday is not a problem.
2 Hopefully, we deal with Dr. Arnott in-chief. Whatever
time it is when we finish him (and we are very much hoping
3 to finish him within the day) we will adjourn. We will go
to Mr. Gregory on Tuesday, not sooner than Tuesday
4 morning, hopefully, promptly on Tuesday morning.
5 MR. RAMPTON: He will go into Wednesday, I suppose.
6 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. We will take stock sometime on Tuesday
afternoon of what things look like then. By that time,
7 hopefully, Professor Wheelock -- I am sure he will -- will
have been able to tell you when, if he is, available next
8 week. But for my purposes, I would very much like to get
Professor Wheelock finished ---
9
MR. RAMPTON: I understand that.
10
MR. JUSTICE BELL: -- and out of the way next week.
11
MR. RAMPTON: I should think he might appreciate that.
12
MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Thank you. I will adjourn now. We
13 will resume on 10.30 on Monday.
