Day 015 - 21 Jul 94 - Page 38

1 A. Not precisely. I think we do have details in here.
I will turn it up so that I make sure I get right.
     2
         Q. I am just interested in how you might eat a fried egg
3 without a knife and fork; presumably, take some other
              form.
     4
MR. RAMPTON: Your Lordship will find description of a Big
5 Breakfast on page 21. This is 1989 one.

6 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Of that bundle?
              A. Yes, that is right.
     7
         MR. RAMPTON: Pink bundle.
     8 A. Volume VI.

9 MR. RAMPTON: It is page 21, but it is 1989 so it may have-----

10 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I just wanted some idea.

11 MR. RAMPTON: It looks fairly nutritious to me!
              A. Yes, page 21.
    12
MR. JUSTICE BELL: In that same bundle?
    13
MR. RAMPTON: Yes, in this pink bundle.
14 A. Sorry, it is pink No. VI.

15 MR. MORRIS: It says scrambled eggs, hash brown and sausage
pattie and muffin and butter. If we could just go through
16 that: Hash brown, I believe the cooking fat for that was
changed -- yes? We do not know, do we, what figures you
17 have, whether it is the beef fat -----
              A. No, I could not be definitive on that.
    18
         Q. In fact, it is: "Potatoes, a blend of animal fat and
19 vegetable oil, salt, cornflour wheat flour, dextrose,
spice. Cooked in our own shortening blend". Sausage
20 pattie: Do you happen to know if the sodium content of
that has been reduced. I vaguely remember something about
    21 that.
              A. I do not think it has.
    22
         Q. Muffin and butter, we will just leave it at that. You are
    23 not sure.

24 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, thank you.

25 MR. MORRIS: Regular size orange -- that is orange juice,
              natural orange juice?
    26 A. Yes.

27 Q. That has only been brought in, what, last year?
              A. Again, I could not give you a definitive answer on
    28 that.

29 Q. It is in your chart somewhere. Fresh orange juice is
under your recent changes in recent years, so in your page
    30 -----
              A. It was introduced some time prior to autumn 1993.
