A. Yes.

Q. These two documents at the back, there is one for 1979 and
one for 1978. I am afraid they are probably not split up.
You had these in a file at your office, did you, these
documents? Have you found the ones I am talking about?
They re right at the back of the file, McDonald's
Specifications?
A. McDonald's Specifications for Frozen Quarter Pounders,
yes.

Q. Did these come from a file in your office?
A. Yes, that did.

Q. Can you tell us, these have the appearance ----

MR. MORRIS: May I just say that I think Mr. Rampton is asking
quite a few leading questions.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I know, but it does save time. If I had to
I would give evidence about it, but I do not intend to.
These have the appearance, Mr. Walker, of being American
documents?
A. They are American documents.

Q. The first one is dated 31st August 1978 for its revision.
That is actually the second, I am sorry, they are in the
wrong order in the bundle. It is the second document.

MS. STEEL: Can you tell us which page it is?

MR. RAMPTON: It has not got a page number.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have page numbers -- I have a 5 on
something which is 31st August, then a 6 on something else
which is revision date 31st August 1978.

MR. RAMPTON: There is a page number 2 which by good luck is the
second page of that document. They are not actually in
page order either. Do you have a document with a
handwritten August 31st 1978 in the top right-hand corner?
A. Yes, I do.

Q. It is a page of text. Where did you get these documents
from, can you remember?
A. I think these documents came to McKey Food Service via
Keystone of Philadelphia.

Q. The second page of the second document dated 31st August
1978 -- perhaps I should ask you this, whose handwriting is
that date, August 31st 1978, do you know?
A. I have not a clue, sir.

Q. Not yours anyway?
A. No, sir.
