       not quite sure.

  Q. James Maxwell?
       A. He is Scope.

  Q. He is from Scope and Richard Alwinkle?
       A. I have never heard of him.

  Q. OK, so this is mostly McDonald's people anyway plus
solicitors, the majority of those people, Sid Nicholson,
       Mike Love, Eddie Bensilum?
       A. They definitely are.

  Q. Martin Campiche, Amanda stone, Patti Brinley-Codd?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Robert Hill and then some Scope people, James Maxwell
Richard Alwinkle we do not know?
       A. He might be Scope, I would put him down as Scope. I do
not know him so I would say he was a Scope man.

  Q. But the majority of people present were McDonald's people
or their legal representatives, do you accept that?
       A. Yes, because they were.

  Q. That is obvious. Now, do you remember what happened at
this meeting? Have a think before you answer. Try and
       remember back?
       A. I really have no idea. I take it that that must have
been the second meeting I went to. I take it, if it was,
it was the meeting in which they produced this bullet point
thing for distribution but I cannot be sure.

  Q. Was it a long meeting.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there any harm, do not look for the
moment, but is there any harm in Mr. Nicholson looking at
       page 17?

MR. MORRIS: No, not really, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Look at page 17 then, Mr. Nicholson.

MR. MORRIS: This is a "leaflet for customers" it says. The
wording to be added is: "For further information please
       contact Mike Love.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It looks as though that is a draft?
       A. It looks as though that might have been.

  Q. It is a draft?
       A. Yes. It looks as though it might have been the draft
       that I saw.

MR. MORRIS: Yes of the customer leaflet?
       A. Well, I cannot remember whether it was a customer
leaflet or if it was a briefing.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If that was the meeting when you saw a draft,
it would mean, if this is accurate, that it was the
