  Q. Timer lights?
       A. Timer lights.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Pursue that a little, Mr. Morris.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will get it going. Why should they be on
       all the time?
       A. Because the timers display a constant LED view. It
says if you are cooking, for instance, regulars and Macs it
says "regular/McClam" and it has zero zero zero, zero zero
there; when you hit the timer it will come up with the time
you have programmed into the timer like 46 seconds, for
instance, and it will tell you when the clam is about to
       come up.

  Q. Are there any circumstances where those lights will go off
unless the current to the equipment has gone off?
       A. No, there is a constant display. The only reason those
lights will blink off is if the current to the grill is
       cut.

MR. MORRIS: But people do not generally check the timer lights?
       A. Yes, they do.

  Q. They do?
       A. It is an integral part of cooking the product.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: As I understand it, the timer display has a
number of minutes or seconds on it?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. For the time that the patties have been on the grill, is
       that right?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. But you are saying that it is lit up generally?
       A. It is lit up all the time and when you cook the product
       ----

  Q. Is it a digital display?
       A. It is a digital display, but when you -----

  Q. But there are lights ----
       A. It is a digital display and when you touch the bottom
it will start the countdown, and if there is no power to
the grill then there will be no digital display whatsoever.
Instead of having a bank of green in front of you, you
       have nothing.

  Q. So if no current no digital display, but also no lights
       illuminating the display?
       A. There is nothing; it just goes dark.

MR. MORRIS: As a Manager, are you spending most of your time in
the, sort of, working area or are you mostly in the office?
       A. I probably spend 80 to 90 per cent of my time on the
       shop floor, yes.
