Answering Questions

 

 

Receiving Questions

When you receive a question an email is sent to your email address (if email notification is turned on) and the question is placed in your Received Folder . You can answer the question either by clicking on the link in the email message (if your email client recognizes URLs) or by logging into Organik and opening your Received Folder and clicking on a link question. This will take you to the question pages.

Question Options

Reject Question: Clicking on the Reject Button deletes the question from your Received Folder.

Escalate Question: Clicking on the Escalate Button gives you the option of sending the question to a more appropriate expert.

Answering the Question: Clicking on the Answer Button takes the user to an answer question page. You can provide an answer by typing text into the answer text- field or by providing URLs to relevant documents. The system provides a list of documents it thinks are relevant to the question, check ones you wish to include in the answer. Click on the Submit Answer button.
