Frames
Add beautiful frames to your photos to print and email.
- Click on the “Frames” to open the “Frame Maker” window.
- Thumbnails strip:
- Add images manually by dragging them from “My computer“, albums or connected removable storage devices into the thumbnails strip.
- Add an image by clicking the “Open image” button, browse your computer to select an image and click the “OK” button.
- Add all the images in an album by clicking the “Select album” button, then select an album from the list and click the “OK” button.
- Select the photo you wish to frame.
The “Frame” window
- Click the “Frame” tab to open the window.
- Select a border from the “Borders” drop down list.
- Use one of the “Rotate frame” buttons to rotate the frame 90 degrees to the right or to the left.
The “Design” window
- Click the “Design” tab to open the window.
- Scale photo - slide to the “Photo scale” slider right or left to enlarge or reduce the image size.
- Rotate photo - use one of the “Rotate photo” buttons to rotate photo 90 degrees to the left or to the right.
- Flip photo - use one of the “Flip photo” buttons to flip photo horizontally or vertically.
- Position photo - you have the ability to position the photo anywhere within the frame. To position it, simply click on the photo with the right mouse button, and then drag the photo to the location that you would like it to appear.
- Add text onto the photo - click the “Add text” button and type text in the “Add text” box.
- Change font - select the font from the “Text appearance” drop down list.
- Font size - select the font size from the “Size” drop down list.
- Select font style- Select the “Bold“, “Italic” or “Underline” buttons to change the font to bold or italic or to underline the text.
- Font color - click the “Set color” button to change the color of the text, choose a color in the “Color” box and click “OK“.
- Text alignment- align the text left, right or center on the actual photo by selecting “Left Justify Text“, “Right justify text” or “Center text” respectively.
- Position text - once the text is displayed in the photo, you have the ability to position it anywhere in the photo. To position it, simply click on the caption with the right mouse button, and then drag the text to the location that you would like the text to appear.
The “Share” window
- Click the “Share” tab to open the window.
- Print - click “Print” to open “Print photos” window and print your photo frame. Click “Close” to return to the “Share” window.
- Email - click “Email” to open “Email photos” window and email your photo frame. Click “Close” to return to the “Share” window.
- Click “Save” to save the photo frame in the FrameMaker Images folder in My Pictures/Pictures on your computer.
