You should start loosening up your muscle before trying to relax your knotted up nerves. Try stimulating a therapeutic point called "KENSEI," on the upper portion of your right shoulder, to loosen shoulder muscles and a point called "TENRYO" to loosen muscles in the area extending to the scapulae (shoulder blades). Please remember NOT to use this method if you have a fever due to a cold or any other reason.
