  9. This program is a print utility for the LOGIT ham logging
  10. program.  I have found that I like to keep a hardcopy of
  11. old logs and this program will read a version 3.0 LOGIT
  12. log file and outputs an ascii print file that contains all
  13. the necessary printer control information so that it can be
  14. routed directly to the printer.

  17. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION:
  18.  
  19. Install LOGPRT.COM in the same directory as LOGIT. TYPE LOGPRT
  20. and enter the name of the LOGIT file and you wish printed.
  21. (complete with the .LOG extension).  Then enter the name you
  22. wish to use for an output print file.  The start and end dates
  23. are optional, if you just press enter the default is to print the
  24. entire file.  If you choose to select the output by date, the input
  25. must be 8 characters long and in the format  mm/dd/yy - slashes are
  26. required.

  28. The output begins with a skip to top of forms so position the paper in
  29. your printer to top of form with the printer power off, then turn the
  30. printer on.  The output will set your printer to condensed printing
  31. mode and print a header on each page and separate the data into 5 line
  32. segments for easy reading.  All data from the LOGIT record is printed
  33. but the equipment and comments fields are truncated to fit on 132 column
  34.
