G0LOV and G4LUE Spring 1994 UK Amateur Radio callbook on disc.
This distribution contains the shareware version of the first edition of the
G0LOV and G4LUE UK Callbook.
It requires about 2Mb hard disc space are runs on any PC with a 286 (386
for the MS-Windows version) and DOS 3.3 (or MS-Windows 3.1) or better.
It's a fully functional copy of the full copy, however it contains only
a sample of the data which is available.
To install this program just type "install" answering the questions as you
go along. When asked which disc to install from say "C" or whatever your hard
disc is, alternatively just unzip callbook.zip in any place you want.
To start the program simply change directory, using "cd", to wherever you
chose to install the callbook then type "callbook" then press ENTER.
To quit the program, or any screen you may be on, press the ESCAPE key.
Full documentation is included with the full version however the software
has been designed to be used easily by people who don't believe in reading
manuals!
The full version comes on 4 3.5" discs and takes around 15Mb of disc space,
including:
1) All full and novice licencees
2) Post codes of "particular witheld" entries
3) WAB information
4) Search by post-code, surname or any part of the address
5) UK BBS and nodes
6) UK Mircowave, VHF and UHF repeaters and beacons
7) Continental Europe VHF and UHF repeaters
8) HF beacons

direct from us. Currently we charge #12.50 inc PPI, however check before you
buy.
