  2.      Many of the proverbs make sense naturally;
  3. that is, it is not difficult to understand their
  4. meaning.  We comprehend their meaning immediately
  5. and our own experiences in life tell us that they
  6. are true.  Other proverbs, however, are more
  7. difficult to understand.  Part of this is due to
  8. the difference in our modern culture and that of
  9. ancient Israel.  Sometimes the problem is a
  10. result of the "language barrier" of the King
  11. James Bible.
