  8. What it does..
  9.     This application is sort of like Light Bright.
  10.     But a little more..You can save Big City Lights
  11.     files.  You can also add multiple pictures to
  12.     each file.  This allows you to play the files.
  13.     Also I am working on a screen saver that reads 
  14.     these files.  The idea is your kid can create
  15.     a Big City lights file and You can take it to 
  16.     work to be used as you screen saver.

  18. How to install..
  19.     To use copy files to a directory of your choice.
  20.     Create you a shortcut to Big City Lights.exe.
  21.     Start playing.

  23. Whats new..
  24.     There was a problem with the ten day evaluation
  25.     where if you did it at the end of the month it
  26.     didn't give you a full ten days. It should now 
  27.     work.  Also you will get 10 days with each new
  28.     version.

  30. Bug Reports..
  31.     There is a bug when playing the files
  32.     on a over 256 color machine playback becomes
  33.     very slow.

  35.     The screen saver is not finished but works.
  36.  
  37. Special Keys..
  38.     Space - The space bar add a frame to the current
  39.         file.  This allows for faster frame entry.
