  16.    Ditto is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user 
  17.    for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do 
  18.    not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of 
  19.    "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with 
  20.    quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for 
  21.    programmers to continue to develop new products. If you find this 
  22.    program useful and find that you are using Ditto and continue to use it
  23.    after a 30 day trial period, you must make a registration payment of 
  24.    $5.00 to Sage Software. This registration fee will license one copy for 
  25.    use on any one computer at any one time. You must treat this software 
  26.    just like a book. An example is that this software may be used by any 
  27.    number of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to 
  28.    another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one 
  29.    location while it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot be read 
  30.    by two different persons at the same time.

  32.    Commercial users of Ditto must register and pay for their copies of 
  33.    Ditto within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn. 
  34.    Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting Sage Software.

  36.    Anyone distributing Ditto for any kind of remuneration may do so as long 
  37.    as they identify it as shareware (with appropriate definition), leave 
  38.    all intellectual property (copyright) notices in place, and as long as 
  39.    Sage Software does not request that they stop. Sage Software advises 
  40.    that the distributer contact them so that they can be kept up-to-date 
  41.    with the latest version of Ditto.

  43.    You are encouraged to pass a copy of Ditto along to your friends for 
  44.    evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find 
  45.    that they can use it. All registered users will receive a copy of the 
  46.    latest version of this program.
