System requirements:
1. VGA.
2. 286 or better.
3. Microsoft compatable mouse.
Installing:
1. Create a directory for Global War.
2. Copy the Global War program and all its files to your Global War
directory.
3. Change to your Global War directory.
4. Run SETUP to select sound options for the game.
Running:
1. Change to your Global War directory.
2. Enter GW at the DOS prompt. After the title screen, a menu will
appear.
3. Select Instructions. This accesses the built-in documentation for
the game. This will tell you what you need to know to play Global
War.

Differences between the registered and unregistered versions:
The unregistered version of Global War allows you to play a game with
just armies and navies. The unregistered version ends when one player
controls one quarter of the world. The following features are only
available in the registered version of Global War:
1. UNLIMITED PLAY - control all countries to win.
2. 1-9 players, human or computer.
3. Air units, carriers, and air force bases.
4. Nuke option.
5. Multi attacks.
6. Join and quit alliances.
7. Load and save games.
8. Airborne units.
9. Three levels of reenforcements.
