Make sure that both¢ "MAKCLOCK.BAS" and "SETCLOCK.BAS" are¢ on a disk along with DOS and DUP.¢ (Make sure disk DOES NOT HAVE¢ "AUTORUN.SYS" on it, because this¢ setup will create one, and will write¢ to your disk.)¢ 2. Run "D:MAKCLOCK.BAS", which¢ will create an "AUTORUN.SYS" on your¢ disk for you.¢ 3. After you run the program, you¢ will be toldto first remove lines 144,¢ 145, 146, and 147.¢ 4. Reboot your system in BASIC¢ with the new "AUTORUN.SYS" on it.¢ 5. When "READY" comes up on the¢ screen, run "D:SETCLOCK.BAS".¢ 6. Respond to prompts by typing¢ in hour, RETURN, then minutes, RETURN,¢ and seconds and RETURN.¢ ¢ If you have followed the above¢ instructions, you should see the time¢ printed on the top line of your¢ screen. now you will not be late to¢ your next appointment (grin).
