Software License Agreement
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is for the use of the software, the packaging and all other contents therein ("Product"):
1. GRANT: On the condition, that you have lawfully obtained this software as part of a genuine Sega Product, Sega grants you, as Licensee, a non-transferable personal license to load and play this software on your personal computer.
2. LIMITATIONS: You are NOT authorized to-
a) Make copies of the Product;
b) Loan, rent or otherwise distribute it to others;
c) Upload, transfer, duplicate, reproduce or otherwise make it, or any portions of it, available on any server, network computer, website, BBS or any other forum or format from which it can be accessed by others;
d) Decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble it; or
e) Create derivative works or in any other way alter it.
3. WARRANTIES: Sega disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the Product and/or its condition, quality, performance, title, merchantability, durability or fitness for any purpose. Licensee irrevocably assumes all risk of loss or damage arising in any way out of the use of the Product. In no event will Sega or its suppliers be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the Product.
4. TERMINATION: Without affecting any other rights, Sega may terminate this Software License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. In such event, you must destroy the original and any copies of the product in your possession.
5. ENFORCEMENT: All of the terms of this Agreement are enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Should a court determine any portion of the terms unenforceable, the remainder of such provision shall continue unaffected.
6. COPYRIGHT: This Product is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws, treaties and accords. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permissible under the law.
