Use this option if you're sure that these entries do not already exist in the address book folder you are sending them to. If duplicates are found in the target address book folder, they will be overwritten. Click on the Transfer button to start the transfer. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
This option checks for similarities between the entries you are transferring and the entries in the target address book folder. If duplicates are found (identical IDentification number and Name), they will be merged. Click on the Transfer button to start the transfer. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
Sometimes you may want to transfer some or all of your address book entries into another address book folder, work on them for a while, then merge the changes you have made back into this address book folder. A salesperson going on the road and taking his portion of an address book folder would be an example of this. If you want to make sure that changes made to the data while it is away, and changes that are made to this address book folder in the interm, are both preserved, select this option. Click on the Transfer button to start the transfer. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
Select this option to return address book entries to an address book folder that they were transferred from earlier. Changes made to this data, and changes made to the original data, will both be preserved. Click on the Transfer button to start the transfer. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
Normally you will not need to change the Transfer options yourself. However if the need arises please read the information provided for each Transfer option carefully, and only make changes if you're sure you have to. Data may be lost if these options are altered incorrectly.
If this option is selected, address book entries in the target address book folder will be REPLACED if they have the same Name and IDentification number as the entries being transferred in. If an entry has been transferred out of the target address book folder, changed, and is now being transferred back in, it will REPLACE all changes made to that entry in the target address book folder. This option should only be set if you are POSITIVE that the information you are sending is correct; or if you are POSITIVE that no one has changed the information in the target address book folder. If you leave this box unchecked, duplicate entries will be merged - the information in the source and target entries will be combined instead of the source data replacing the target data.
This flag should be left on, unless you wish to do a complete transfer of all the selected address book entries. The record modify flag is set when a change is made to an address book entry. When the Use record modify flag is checked, Maximizer only transfers duplicate entries if they have been altered since the last time a transfer occurred.
When the Reset record modify flag is selected, all entries sent to the target address book folder will have their modify flags cleared so they will appear to be unchanged since the last transfer.
The specified folder "%1" does not exist.Would you like Maximizer to create it for you?
This is not a valid folder path .Maximizer cannot create the "%1" folder.
Select the Maximizer address book folder where you want to transfer information to. You can choose one from the list of Available Maximizer address book folders, or you can browse for one which is not listed, or you can enter a new path (e.g. A:\) to create a new folder.
The target address book folder has security enabled and in order to insert or change information in the address book folder, you have to specify a valid User ID and password. If you are transferring to a new folder and the source address book folder has security enabled, the security will be transferred to the new address book folder, and you will also have to specify your User ID and password. To transfer any information you must have all user rights in the target address book folder.
Information can only be transferred from the address book window.
If you wish to transfer information from a different window or transfer non address book information, then cancel this wizard and select File>Transfer from the appropriate window. If you wish to transfer different address book entries, then cancel this wizard, select the address book entries you wish to transfer, and restart this wizard.
Select this option if you do not plan on bringing the address book entries back into this address book folder, or if you are transferring them into an intermediate folder, then from there into the folder that will be the final destination. An example of the latter would be if the data is to be put on floppy disk, then from the disk will be put into an existing address book folder. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
Select this option if you are transferring directly to a new address book folder where the entries will be worked upon then transferred back into this address book folder. When the transfer is complete, a summary of the number of entries and amount of additional information that was transferred will be shown.
Choose an Address Book Folder
The action cannot be performed because this address book folder is not compatible with this version of Maximizer. Select File>Open Address Book Folder to convert it, and then try again.
You do not have sufficient transfer and export rights to transfer information.
