62006 In order to paste a file or object into Maximizer, you first must copy it to the Windows Clipboard. To do this, switch to the application that you want to copy from. You do not have to exit Maximizer to do this, just hit ALT-TAB on your keyboard. In the other application, select the object you wish to copy, and choose that application s Edit Copy command. The object you select can be a file, a block of text, some cells from a spreadsheet, or almost anything. Once you have performed the Copy command in the other application, select "Paste an object from the Clipboard" in the next page of this wizard, you will then see details about the object.

62045 When attaching an object to an entry in your Address Book, you can choose to have that object either LINKED or EMBEDDED into Maximizer. If you link the object, any changes made to the object will be reflected in the image attached to your Address Book entry. If the object is deleted or removed from the computer, or if you move the Address Book entry to another computer, the link will be lost.If you embed the object, a copy of it will be saved inside Maximizer. The object will stay permanently connected to the Address Book entry. Embedding takes extra disk space, because you are making a copy of the object.
