  2. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. You should carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement before 
  5. installing the GSP HOMEwise program.  By pressing the button below, you are 
  6. agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement.  If you do 
  7. not agree with them, you should quit this installation and remove the program.
  8.  
  9. Global Software Publishing Ltd agrees to grant, and the customer agrees to 
  10. accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program delivered 
  11. with this agreement under the terms and conditions set forth below.

  13. Prior to purchasing the software, you are granted full permission to copy and 
  14. distribute the original setup files, provided they are not modified in any way, 
  15. and provided that no profit is made in selling the reproductions.
  16.  
  17. Once purchased, the software becomes subject to the following restrictions:  
  18. You may use this Software on any compatible computer, provided you use the 
  19. Software on only one computer at a time.  Should you wish to use the program 
  20. on more than one computer at a time you will need to purchase a license for 
  21. each concurrent user.  The Software may not be transferred to another party 
  22. under any circumstances.  You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, transcribe, or 
  23. translate the software into any other language or format without the express 
  24. written approval of Down To Earth Software Inc.  Any such unauthorized 
  25. activity may result in criminal or civil liability.

  27. Copyright: This Software is a proprietary product of Down To Earth Software Inc. 
  28. and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty.  You must keep the 
  29. Software in strict confidence and treat it in a similar manner to any other 
  30. copyrighted material.

  32. Limited Warranty:  This program is produced as is without warranty of any 
  33. kind, either expressed or implied including but not limited to the implied 
  34. warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose.  The 
  35. entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you.  
  36. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so 
  37. the above exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific 
  38. legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state 
  39. and province to province.

  41. General:  You may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license or the 
  42. program except as expressly provided in this agreement.  Any attempt otherwise 
  43. to sublicense, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations 
  44. hereunder is void.

  46. Notice:  Down To Earth Software Inc. reserves the right to make changes or 
  47. improvements to the GSP HOMEwise computer program at any time and without notice.

  49. By continuing this installation you acknowledge that you have read this 
  50. license agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and 
  51. conditions.  You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement 
  52. of the license agreement between us that supersedes any proposal or prior 
  53. agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between us relating to 
  54. the subject matter of this license agreement.
