  1.           END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE

  6. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between 
  7. you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer for 
  8. the software product, which includes Palm software and may include 
  9. associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic 
  10. documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise 
  11. using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of 
  12. this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not 
  13. install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  15. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  16. Software.
  17. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single 
  18. Palm based PDA or other digital electronic device based on Palm OS 
  19. ("COMPUTER"). If multiple licenses have been purchased, you may 
  20. install and use the software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on 
  21. the same number of COMPUTERS as licenses purchased. 
  22.  
  23. Backup Copy.
  24. You may make a single backup copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  You may 
  25. use the backup copy solely for archival purposes.

  27. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
  28. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  29. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  30. PRODUCT.
  31.  
  32. Separation of Components.
  33. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  34. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  35.  
  36. Single COMPUTER.
  37. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed with the COMPUTER or to a SITE as a 
  38. single integrated product.  Unless a Site License is purchased, the 
  39. SOFTWARE PRODUCT may only be used with the COMPUTER.
  40.  
  41. Rental.
  42. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  43.  
  44. Software Transfer.
  45. You may not transfer your rights under this EULA.
  46.  
  47. Termination.
  48. Without prejudice to any other rights, the developer of this software 
  49. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions 
  50. of this EULA.  In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE 
  51. PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  52.  
  53. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY 
  54.  
  55. NO WARRANTIES.
  56. The developer disclaims any warranty for the 
  57. SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  58. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  59. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  60. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  61. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  62. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  63.  
  64. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  65. In no event shall the software developer be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  66. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, 
  67. business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary 
  68. loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if 
  69. he has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
