  1. This is the demo version of Tang Chi for Windows.
  2. It requires no hard disk installation and 
  3. can be run directly from the CD.
  4.  
  5. To play Tang Chi:
  6. 1) In File Manager, open the TANGCHI directory.  
  7. 2) Double-Click on TANGCHI.EXE and play!
  8.

  10. MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
  11. --------------------------------------------------------
  12. CPU                 : 486 CPU 33MHz or better.
  13. Memory                 : 4MB or more.    
  14. Graphic Modes             : 640x480 with 256 colors (SVGA)
  15. Input Devices             : Keyboard, Mouse.
  16. Sound Systems             : Sound Blaster
  17. Media                 : ISO-9660 CD-ROM.
  18. OS Support            : Windows 3.x (or greater)
  19. HD Minimum Requirement        : None
  20. Misc                : Video For Windows is required

  23. TROUBLESHOOTING - "File Missing" error messages:
  24. ------------------------------------------------
  25. If you experience problems when attempting to run the Tang Chi
  26. Demo, verify that the file "CTL3DV2.DLL" exists in your 
  27. Windows\System subdirectory.  If it does not, copy this file
  28. from the Demo CD to this subdirectory on your hard drive and
  29. try to run the demo again.

  31. TROUBLESHOOTING - Video For Windows:
  32. ------------------------------------
  33. This program requires that Video For Windows is installed
  34. on your machine.  If you do not have VFW installed, the 
  35. Tang Chi Demo will not run on your system.  (NOTE: the 
  36. shipping version of Tang Chi will install VFW during 
  37. the installation process.)
