Remote Working with OfficeTalk

Working Off-Line

This allows users to copy certain portions of the OfficeTalk database onto a local disk and continue using OfficeTalk as if you were connected to a shared database. When they return to the office and reconnect to the network the main database is automatically updated. This is very useful if you have a notebook computer and spend time away from the office, but still wish to benefit from the shared data offered by the main database.

Transfer OfficeTalk data to individual computers for offline working
Download a user's Diary, Mail and personal & private Planners as standard
Optional Downloading of other users' Diaries, Resources, Meetings, Contacts, Conversations and public and private Projects
Automatic Conflict Checking upon reconnection to main database
