Meeting Management
The OfficeTalk Meeting Manager lets you schedule meetings simply and efficiently.
From within Meeting Mode, you can check other users' and resources'
availability, write meeting agendas, place tentative bookings in users' diaries, send out meeting invitations
and monitor the replies. OfficeTalk Meeting Management is closely integrated with the OfficeTalk
E-Mail system and Pop-up messaging.
