TERMS OF EVALUATION

1. You are free to evaluate SpellBuddy for a period of 15 days after 
   first installing and running it. 

2. After the evaluation period, a registration code can be purchased
   at www.handango.com. Registration instructions can be found in the
   readme file or the registration screen in SpellBuddy.


SOFTWARE LICENSE
================
1. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this 
   software.

2. SpellBuddy is protected by copyright laws and international 
   copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property 
   laws and treaties. 

3. SpellBuddy is licensed, not sold. AK Solutions, LLP retains title 
   and ownership of this software and any copies of it, regardless of 
   the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may 
   exist.


WARRANTY
========
1. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE LICENSED "AS IS" AND 
   WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
   OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 

2. Because of the various hardware and software environments into 
   which this software can be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED OR IMPLIED.

3. ANY LIABILITY OF AK SOLUTIONS, LLP WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO

DISTRIBUTION

   for evaluation purposes.  The registration code obtained by 
   purchasing this software may not be shared. Any person who receives
   a copy of this program is bound by the terms of this license.
