Use Copy Time to copy time from one or more tracks. After selecting a block of time, you can cut or copy the block to the clipboard, and then paste it to selected tracks.
You can use the clipboard to copy time, with keys, to different places in the same track or from one track to another. For example, you can copy the position track from one object to another.
Procedure
To copy time from tracks:
On the Track View toolbar, select Edit Time.
In the Hierarchy list, select item labels to select tracks for time editing.
Select a block of time.
Click Copy.
The selected block of time is copied to the time clipboard. The original block remains unchanged.
