Add special effects to .wav files
Tip Who says Sound Recorder can't do special audio effects? Launch Sound Recorder (select Start--Programs--Accessories--Multimedia--Sound Recorder), open the .wav file you want to enhance, and choose Edit--Copy. Then move the slider a little to the right of the beginning. For a mild reverberation effect, set the slider at about 0.04 second (watch the Position box). For a more dramatic echo, move the slider further. When you're ready, choose Edit--Paste Mix. Click the play button to test. - Scott Dunn | Category: Win95 Issue: Apr 1998 |
