Repeat a search in Word
Tip If you've used the Edit--Find command in any version of Word to locate a text string in a document, and then closed the Find and Replace dialogue box, you can use a keyboard shortcut to find the next occurrence of the same text without reopening the dialogue box. Just press <Shift>-<F4>. This works even after you've closed the document, letting you conduct the same search instantly in another document. - George Campbell | Category: Word processing Issue: Jan 1998 Pages: 168 |
