You've always suspected that Win 95 took up more disk space than it needed to, and you may be right. Launch Explorer, and navigate to the Help folder in the Windows folder. Choose View-Arrange Icons-by Type. Then scroll through the folder and look for video clip icons. Chances are you'll find 7MB of AVI files demonstrating such procedures as scrolling in a window. Take a look at these files to make sure you don't need them, then press <Delete> and enjoy a bit more breathing room.
