Emphasise text with arrows
Everything in your document is important, of course, but some passages are especially pithy. To make sure that they get read, point to them with arrows.
In Word 7 and Word 97, you can insert several kinds of arrows into text by typing normal keyboard characters (see the table for several options). The arrow will appear in the current font size, but you can enlarge it as you would any text. Note: If this tip doesn't work when you try it, select ToolsûAutoCorrect, click the AutoCorrect tab, select Replace text as you type, and then click OK. û George Campbell |
